Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a submersible pump having a structure capable of efficiently sucking and discharging sediment or sludge from the bottom of the water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, what is described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-23358 is known as a submersible pump used in order to process bottom sediment or sludge. In this submersible pump, a cutter fan with a stirring function is provided in the lower half of the extension portion of the rotating shaft, and earth and sand feed blades are provided in the upper half of the extension portion. The earth and sand at the bottom of the water is agitated by the cutter fan, and the agitated and guided earth and sand can be efficiently fed into the impeller chamber by the feed blade. Also, when the submersible pump is lowered into the water while the rotating shaft is activated on the water by the two sets of rotating blades, that is, the cutter fan and the feeding blade, the air stagnating in the pump will reduce the time for air removal. Since it is not necessary and is discharged together with the earth and sand immediately after the start of rotation in water, the workability is high. The structure of the cutter fan is composed of three rotating blade pieces provided in a spiral shape along the axial direction of the rotating shaft so that the bottom sediment can be stirred.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the submersible pump described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-23358 has still had the following problems to be solved.
The cutter fan was limited to a narrow range of stirring action, and when the sediment at the bottom of the water was solidified, only the sediment immediately adjacent to the cutter fan could be broken.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is possible to impart fluidity by loosening a wider range of sediment, sludge, etc., and including water, and even a solid mass that is firmly solid can be efficiently obtained. An object of the present invention is to provide a submersible pump that can be sucked and discharged.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A submersible pump according to a first aspect of the present invention, which has the above-mentioned object, has a rotating shaft at the center, and is mounted on the upper side of an extension portion of the rotating shaft and an impeller that is driven to rotate by a motor and a casing thereof. A submersible pump having a bearing that rotatably supports the extension part through the casing, and a crushing part provided with a plurality of crushing blades provided below the extension part,
Each of the crushing blades is provided at an equal pitch in plan view around the extension portion of the rotating shaft, and each of the crushing blades is formed in an arcuate shape in plan view, and the blades are formed in the recesses in the rotation direction of the crushing blades. The crushing blades are provided in two upper and lower stages at a pitch of 120 degrees around the extended portion of the rotating shaft . Thereby, the earth and sand sufficiently loosened by the earth crushing part are discharged through the pump part.
In the submersible pump according to the first aspect of the present invention, a spiral blade may be provided in the extension between the pump portion and the bearing. As a result, the earth and sand sufficiently loosened by the earth crushing part is guided to the pump part by the spiral blade, and suction is made more efficient.
[0006]
In the submersible pump according to the first aspect of the present invention, a spiral blade for transporting earth and sand can be provided in the extension between the pump section and the bearing. As a result, earth and sand can be sucked while being efficiently guided to the pump unit.

【Effect of the invention】
In the submersible pump according to claims 1 and 2 , the crushing part can loosen a wider range of sediment, sludge, etc., and can be made fluid by including water, and is firmly solidified. Since earth and sand can also be crushed and sprinkled into water, it can be efficiently sucked and discharged.
In particular, in the submersible pump according to claim 2 , earth and sand which have been loosened by the clot crushing part and mixed with water to improve fluidity are guided to the pump part by the spiral blade, so that suction and discharge can be performed more efficiently. Is done. In addition, since the spiral blade is relatively long, thin water with a high concentration above the spiral blade is infused, so even soil and sand with a relatively high specific gravity are more diluted with water, without clogging the pump, Can be transported continuously.
