Claims (1)
- コンピュータ支援検出システムによって、生体を被写体とする画像中に含まれているキャンディデイト(候補、以下同様)が小結節の画像であるか否かを分類する、画像中のキャンディデイトの分類方法において、
前記キャンディデイトのうちの、肺壁位置にある第1キャンディデイトに対しては、当該第1キャンディデイトの局所的な空間的位置である前記肺壁位置にのみ対応した特異な訓練データを用いて前記コンピュータ支援検出システム自体の学習機能により訓練された局所分類子である第1分類子によって、前記第1キャンディデイトの画像の分類を行い;
前記キャンディデイトのうちの前記第1キャンディデイトとは異なる、気管支位置にある第2キャンディデイトに対しては、当該第2キャンディデイトの局所的な空間的位置である前記気管支位置にのみ対応した特異な訓練データを用いて前記コンピュータ支援検出システム自体の学習機能により訓練された局所分類子である第2分類子によって、前記第2キャンディデイトの画像の分類を行い;
前記キャンディデイトのうちの前記第1キャンディデイトとも前記第2キャンディデイトとも異なる、肺内部位置にある第3キャンディデイトに対しては、当該第3キャンディデイトの局所的な空間的位置である前記肺内部位置にのみ対応した特異な訓練データを用いて前記コンピュータ支援検出システム自体の学習機能により訓練された局所分類子である第3分類子によって、前記第3キャンディデイトの画像の分類を行う
ステップを含み、
前記第1キャンディデイトの空間的位置と前記第2キャンディデイトの空間的位置と前記第3キャンディデイトの空間的位置とが、互いに排他的な位置であり、
かつ、前記第1分類子および前記第2分類子ならびに前記第3分類子は、前記排他的な位置である3種類の空間的位置を総括的に含む肺全体に対して訓練される単一のユニバーサル分類子ではなくて、互いに異なった排他的な3種類の前記空間的位置のそれぞれに対して個別に局所的に対応して前記キャンディデイトが小結節の画像であるか否かを分類するべく、前記小結節の有無に関する検証済みのデータを含む既知データを前記訓練データとして用いた前記コンピュータ支援検出システム自体の学習機能によって、各空間的位置ごとに独立して訓練される、局所分類子である
ことを特徴とする、画像中のキャンディデイトの分類方法。
