Description
The present invention relates to a thermal environment mitigation device in a building.
In the summer, for the purpose of reducing the cooling load of buildings and improving the thermal environment, it has been conventionally performed to shield the solar radiation by installing blinds, heat ray films, fences, etc. on the windows. However, taking into account the social situation where further suppression of global warming is required, measures to reduce consumer energy that does not stop the increasing trend are extremely important issues, and measures that can further reduce the cooling load on buildings is necessary. In addition, considering the application of the Energy Conservation Law to existing buildings with a small total floor area, considering that energy conservation regulations in the civilian sector are becoming stricter, measures applicable to existing buildings are necessary.
However, what is described in Patent Document 1 only uses water to cool the outer surface of the building, and there is no idea to alleviate the heat through the opening of the building.
The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and at the opening part of the building, the heat of the opening part of the building is effectively relieved by the synergistic effect of the solar shading by the awning and the heat of water vaporization. It is intended to do.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a sunshade member is installed at an opening or an outer wall portion of a building, and a water supply unit capable of supplying water to each part in the width direction is disposed on the sunshade member so that water is supplied. A thermal environment mitigation device is proposed for a building that has a structure that flows down along a sunshade member and that has a water receiving part that receives the water that has flowed down at the bottom of the sunshade member.
Moreover, this invention WHEREIN: A water supply part is comprised so that water can be supplied to each place of the width direction of a sunshade member by arrange | positioning a plate-shaped water absorption member along the width direction in the upper part of a sunshade member in said structure. Propose that.
Further, the present invention proposes that, in the above-described configuration, the water supply unit is configured to be able to supply water to various places in the width direction of the sunshade member by arranging water supply points along the width direction on the sunshade member. To do.
Further, in the above configuration, the present invention forms a rainwater drain pipe from a rainwater reservoir provided in the upper part of the building to a rainwater reservoir provided in the lower part of the building, and returns water from the rainwater reservoir to the rainwater reservoir. It is proposed to configure the grid.
In this case, according to the present invention, in this configuration, the rainwater reservoir is a water tank provided in the upper part of the building, and the downstream of the return water system is connected to this water tank, or the rainwater reservoir is a rain gutter. We propose to construct a return water system from the rainwater reservoir to the roof.
Moreover, in this invention, it proposes setting it as the structure which drives the pump of a return water system with the electric power generated with the solar power generation panel installed in the building in said structure.
Moreover, in this invention, it proposes making it the structure which can supply the water from water supply sources other than rainwater to a rainwater storage tank in said structure.
In addition, the present invention proposes that, in the above-described configuration, the sunshade member is configured as a water-permeable or air-permeable membrane-like body, or is configured to be openable / closable by arranging a large number of sunscreens.
And in this invention, in said structure, it proposes forming the water storage part by a weir or an unevenness | corrugation in an awning member.
Moreover, in this invention, it arrange | positions that a water retention member is arrange | positioned at an awning member in said structure.
Furthermore, in this invention, it proposes using a plant as a water retention member in said structure.
In the thermal environment mitigation device in a building of the present invention, the solar radiation that enters the building through the opening is shielded by the sunshade member, and the water supplied from the water supply unit and flowing down from the upper part of the sunshade member evaporates, thereby Since the temperature can be lowered, the temperature in the vicinity can be lowered, and the surface temperature of the shaded outer wall of the sunshade member and the indoor temperature during ventilation with the opening opened can be lowered. The heat at the opening can be effectively reduced. Further, since the surface temperature of the outer wall of the building and the room temperature can be lowered, the cooling load can be reduced. In addition, in this invention, an opening part contains the opening part normally open like the veranda etc. of an apartment other than the opening part which can be opened and closed, such as a window and a terrace.
The water supplied to the awning member from the water supply section can use rainwater, which is a renewable natural resource. In this case, the roof is cooled by spraying rainwater from the rainwater storage tank onto the roof via the return water system. In addition, since the surplus that has not evaporated can be recovered and supplied to the sunshade again, rainwater can be used very efficiently.
In this case, if the pump of the return water system is driven by the power generated by the solar power generation panel installed in the building, more effective use of renewable natural resources can be achieved.
If the rainwater storage tank can be supplied with water other than rainwater, for example, groundwater such as well water, tap water such as tap water, or middle water such as the remaining water of a bath, etc. Water can be reliably supplied to the awning member.
As an awning member, a membrane having water permeability or air permeability, for example, a net or cloth of natural fiber or synthetic fiber, or a screen door, used for prevention of falling at a construction site, ball prevention of a plaza, etc. A material held by a support frame as described above can be used, or a material that can be opened and closed by arranging a large number of metal or synthetic resin sunscreens, such as blinds and louvers.
In this case, the water retention part by the weir and the unevenness is formed in the awning member so that the flowing water is temporarily stored, or the water retention member such as the nonwoven fabric is installed in the awning member to lengthen the residence time of the water. Thus, water can be efficiently evaporated in the sunshade member.
Moreover, if a plant is grown on a sunshade member as a water retaining member, a further heat relaxation effect can be created by the green shade. For example, in the case of a vine plant, it is possible to effectively irrigate and grow well by positioning the root part in the water receiving part.
In the present invention, when dust or the like adheres to the sunshade member, it can be cleaned by supplying a relatively large amount of water, so that the sunshade member located on the outer surface of the building can be always kept clean.
In the present invention, the rainwater drainage speed to the ground can be slowed by using the rainwater reservoir,
It can also help control flooding caused by torrential rain.
Next, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, FIG. 1 conceptually shows a first embodiment of a thermal environment mitigation apparatus of the present invention, and this embodiment is an application of the present invention to a building of a apartment house.
That is, in the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a building of an apartment house, 2 is a window, and 3 is a balcony. The
In this embodiment, the thermal environment mitigation device of the present invention is applied to the opening portion of the
In the above configuration, when the
The water supplied to the
At this time, the amount of water supplied from the
Thus, in this embodiment, the water supplied from the
If the
Next, FIG. 2 conceptually shows a second embodiment of the thermal environment mitigation device of the present invention. This embodiment is an application of the present invention to a building of a detached house. Constituent elements corresponding to the constituent elements of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.
That is, in FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 indicates a single-family house building, 2 indicates a window, an outer wall, a terrace, and the like, and 19 indicates a roof (including a thatched roof).
In this embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, a water tank is not provided on the
In this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, when the
The operation of the second embodiment described above is different only in the method of supplying water to the
Next, FIG. 3 conceptually shows the third embodiment of the thermal environment mitigation apparatus of the present invention. This embodiment is similar to the second embodiment, and the present invention is applied to a building of a detached house. In the figure, components corresponding to those of the second embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.
That is, in the third embodiment, unlike the second embodiment, a
The third embodiment is generally the same as the first embodiment except that the
In the first to third embodiments described above, the water storage into the
That is, in the first embodiment for the apartment house, the
When the weather is fine, by opening the
Similarly, in the second and third embodiments for a single-family building, when raining, the
And in fine weather, the
Moreover, in the above 1st-3rd embodiment, assuming the case where the amount of water supply with respect to the
Next, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show a fourth embodiment of the present invention showing an example of a
In this embodiment, a
In the structure shown above, the water flow-adjusted from the
Thus, the water is well dispersed in the width direction of the
Next, FIGS. 6 and 7 show a fifth example of the
In this embodiment, a
In the configuration described above, the water that has reached the water
In this way, the water is well dispersed in the width direction of the
