Description

本発明は、ドレン蓋に関するものである。より詳しくは、中空筒状の雄ねじ部と、排水口が形成されているフィルタ部とを連設し、ドレン本体に雄ねじ部を回転挿入して取付けられるドレン蓋に関するものである。
従来のドレン蓋３は、例えば図３、４のように、中空筒状の雄ねじ部３１と、排水口３２が形成されているフィルタ部３３とを連設し、この雄ネジ部３１をドレン本体２に回転挿入することによって取付けられるものである（例えば特許文献１）。
しかしながら、従来のドレン蓋３は、図３から明らかなように、フィルタ部３３には手を引っ掛けるような突出した部分が形成されていない。このため、従来のドレン蓋３をドレン本体２に取付けあるいはドレン本体２から取外す際には素手では滑ってしまい、ドレン蓋３の取付け取外し作業が困難であるという問題点を有していた。特に、マンション等の集合住宅の廊下等に設けられた排水落し口に取付けられる従来のドレン蓋３は、フィルタ部３３上面が床面と同面程度あるいはそれ以下となるような高さとされるものであり、床面と同面程度あるいはそれ以下ではフィルタ部３３側縁を握り持つことができなくなり、上面を押しまわすように取付け取外しする他なく、従来のドレン蓋３の取付け取外し作業は非常に困難なものであった。

本発明は、以上の通りの事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、素手で容易にドレン本体への取付けあるいはドレン本体からの取外しが可能なドレン蓋を提供することを課題とする。
本発明は、上記の課題を解決するために、中空筒状の雄ねじ部の上方に、排水口が形成されているフィルタ部が連設され、ドレン本体に雄ねじ部を回転挿入して取付けられるドレン蓋であって、枝部と直線部とからなる略Ｙ字状体一組が直線部で連結したＹ字連結体凸部がフィルタ部上面から上方へ突出して設けられ、Ｙ字連結体凸部の中心が、取付け時の回転中心あるいはその近傍に位置するとともに、排水口の上のフィルタ部上面には切欠きが設けられ、この切欠きの位置に前記枝部が位置していることを特徴としている。
本発明によれば、Ｙ字連結体凸部に指を引っ掛けて、ドレン蓋を素手で回転させることが可能となり、容易にドレン本体への取付けあるいはドレン本体からの取外しができる。
以下、本発明の雨樋集水ますについて詳しく説明する。
図１は、本発明のドレン蓋の一実施形態の上方斜視図である。
図２は、図１のドレン蓋のＡ矢視側面図と、取付けられるドレン本体の側面図（ａ）と断面図（ｂ）である。
図１のように、本発明のドレン蓋１は、中空筒状の雄ねじ部１１と、排水口１２が形成されているフィルタ部１３とを連設し、ドレン本体２に雄ねじ部１１を回転挿入して取付けられるドレン蓋１であり、その特徴として、枝部１４と直線部１５とからなる略Ｙ字状体１６一組が直線部１５で連結したＹ字連結体凸部１７がフィルタ部１３上面に設けられ、Ｙ字連結体凸部１７の中心１８が、取付け時の回転中心１９に位置している。なお、図１においては、Ｙ字連結体凸部１７の中心１８が、取付け時の回転中心１９に位置しているが、その近傍であってもよい。
このようなＹ字連結体凸部１７に、指を引っ掛けることができ、ドレン蓋１を素手で回転させることが可能となって、容易にドレン本体２への取付けあるいはドレン本体２からの取外しができる。例えば、Ｙ字連結体凸部１７の枝部１４の間に親指と人差し指あるいは親指と中指を入れてＹ字連結体凸部１７を挟み込んでドレン蓋１を回転させることや、Ｙ字連結体凸部１７の枝部１４と直線部１５との分岐部分の側壁の一つに親指を当て、親指位置と回転中心１９の点対称位置の、枝部１４と直線部１５との分岐部分の側壁に人差し指を当ててドレン蓋１を回転させることができる。
また、図１のように、排水口１２の上のフィルタ部１３上面を切欠き、切欠き位置に枝部１４を位置させるように形成することによって、指が引っ掛かる面積を広げることができて、好ましい。
本発明のドレン蓋１の素材および形成方法は、合成樹脂等を用いてプレス成形されたもの等が例示され、従来同様の素材および形成方法を適応することができる。そして、Ｙ字連結体凸部１７の形成については、フィルタ部１３と一体としてプレス成形されたものであってもよいし、別体として成形されたＹ字連結体凸部１７を後からフィルタ部１３の上面に固着させてもよい。
以上のような本発明のドレン蓋によって、素手で容易にドレン本体への取付けあるいはドレン本体からの取外しが可能とされるのであるが、細部に関してはこれに制限されないことは言うまでもない。

  1. 中空筒状の雄ねじ部の上方に、排水口が形成されているフィルタ部が連設され、ドレン本体に雄ねじ部を回転挿入して取付けられるドレン蓋であって、枝部と直線部とからなる略Ｙ字状体一組が直線部で連結したＹ字連結体凸部がフィルタ部上面から上方へ突出して設けられ、Ｙ字連結体凸部の中心が、取付け時の回転中心あるいはその近傍に位置するとともに、排水口の上のフィルタ部上面には切欠きが設けられ、この切欠きの位置に前記枝部が位置していることを特徴とするドレン蓋。
