Claims (8)
- 回転駆動されて液体の吸入および吐出を行うポンプ本体と、ポンプ本体の単位回転当たりの吐出容量を可変する容量可変機構と、この容量可変機構の受圧部に連通する導圧路に対して、高圧側流路と低圧側流路とを選択的に切り換えて連通させる容量切換弁と、を備え、該容量切換弁による切換動作によって前記容量可変機構の受圧部への圧力を変えてポンプ本体の吐出容量を大容量と小容量の何れかに切り換えることができるようになった2容量ポンプにおいて、
ポンプ本体の吐出圧力が上昇して設定圧力に達すると前記小容量よりもポンプ本体の吐出容量を減少させる圧力補償機構を備えることを特徴とする2容量ポンプ。 - 前記圧力補償機構は、前記容量可変機構において前記小容量よりもポンプ本体の吐出容量を減少させるように作用する第2受圧部に連通する第2導圧路に対して、ポンプ本体の吐出圧力が設定圧力に達したときに高圧側流路を連通させ、ポンプ本体の吐出圧力が設定圧力より小さいときには低圧側流路を連通させる圧力補償弁を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の2容量ポンプ。
- 前記容量可変機構は、前記大容量と前記小容量とに対応する位置の他に、実質的にゼロ容量に対応するカットオフ位置に移動可能となった受圧手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の2容量ポンプ。
- 前記受圧手段は、前記大容量と小容量とに対応する位置で停止可能となった容量切換ピストンと、該容量切換ピストンと接離可能となり、前記容量切換ピストンと離れて前記カットオフ位置に移動可能となった圧力補償ピストンと、から構成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の2容量ポンプ。
- 前記容量可変機構は、前記容量切換ピストンの前記大容量と前記小容量とに対応する位置をそれぞれ調整可能となった容量調整機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項4記載の2容量ポンプ。
- 前記容量調整機構は、2容量ポンプの外側からそれぞれ位置調整可能となり前記容量切換ピストンの前記大容量と前記小容量とに対応する位置を規定する第1ネジ部材と第2ネジ部材とを有することを特徴とする請求項5記載の2容量ポンプ。
- 前記容量調整機構は、容量切換ピストンを構成すると共に前記大容量と前記小容量とに対応する位置を規定する第1ネジ部材と第2ネジ部材を有することを特徴とする請求項5記載の2容量ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ本体の吐出圧力を保持する保持手段を備え、該保持手段は、前記容量可変機構の受圧部に連通する導圧路に対して前記容量切換弁が選択的に導通させる高圧側流路に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の2容量ポンプ。
