Description

Claims (4)
- ピストン(7)を備え、かつ開弁位置と閉弁位置との間で移動可能な吸気弁(13)および排気弁(14)が、それぞれ設けられた吸気孔(11)および排気孔(12)を備える燃焼室(5)を画定している複数のシリンダを区画しているブロックを有する4行程の熱エンジンを、一時的な停止の際に制御する方法であって、
前記熱エンジンは、さらに、オルタネータスタータ(19)を備え、前記排気弁(14)も、停止に先立つ前記最後のエンジンサイクルの際に、開弁されたままに維持され、前記吸気弁(13)および排気弁(14)は、一時的な停止の際に、前記シリンダが圧縮ガスで満たされるように制御され、
前記熱エンジンが、一時的に停止する状態にあることを検出するステップと、前記熱エンジンが、停止に先立つ最後のエンジンサイクルの吸気行程を終えた時点以降、前記吸気弁の全てを閉弁位置に維持するように制御するステップとを含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 燃料の直接噴射方式を用いたエンジンにおいて、前記排気弁の全てを閉弁位置に維持する前の直近の吸気行程時に、燃料噴射を停止させるステップを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ピストン(7)を備え、かつ開弁位置と閉弁位置との間で移動可能な吸気弁(13)および排気弁(14)が、それぞれ設けられた吸気孔(11)および排気孔(12)を備える燃焼室(5)を画定している複数のシリンダを区画しているブロック(10)を有する、4行程の熱エンジンを制御する装置であって、
前記排気弁(14)も、停止に先立つ前記最後のエンジンサイクルの際に、開弁されたままに維持され、前記吸気弁(13)および排気弁(14)は、一時的な停止の際に、前記シリンダが圧縮ガスで満たされるように制御され、
前記熱エンジンは、さらに、燃料を供給するための燃料供給装置と、前記吸気弁および排気弁の各々1つ当たり少なくとも1つの電磁アクチュエータと、オルタネータスタータ(19)とを備え、
前記エンジンが一時的に停止する状態にあることを検出し、かつ停止に先立つ最後のエンジンサイクルの吸気行程を終えた時点以降、前記吸気弁および排気弁を閉弁位置に維持するように制御する構成となされている管理ユニット(21)を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記エンジンは、各排気弁(14)を駆動するための電磁アクチュエータ(16)を備え、前記管理ユニット(21)は、前記エンジンの一時的な停止時に、該電磁アクチュエータ(16)を制御して、各排気弁(14)を閉弁位置に維持させるように構成されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
