Description
前端開口(以下に述べる本発明の実施形態の説明においては参照番号20で示す:以下の()内に示す番号は実施形態と同様の関係を示す)から後端開口(22)まで延びる貫通孔(24)を画定する内周面(26)を有する筒状の継手本体(12)であって、該内周面が、前端開口(20)を画定する、当該継手本体(12)の軸線(X)に平行な円環状の開口面(28)と、該開口面の円形の後端縁(30)から後方に向かうに従い半径方向外側に広がるように傾斜した環状弁座面(32)と、該環状弁座面(32)に続き後方に延びる筒状面(34)とを有する継手本体(12)と;
該継手本体(12)内部に設定された弁体(14)であって、
該前端開口(20)内に嵌合される前端部(36)と、
該前端部(36)に続いて後方に延びる弁本体(38)と
を有し、
該前端部(36)は、円形の前端面(40)、該前端面(40)の外周縁から後
方に延びる、該開口面(28)よりも小さな直径を有する前端環状面(42)、
該前端環状面に続いて後方に延びる該前端環状面(42)よりも小径の小径面(
44)を有し、
該弁本体(38)は、該継手本体(12)の環状弁座面(32)に係合可能とさ
れた環状のシール部材(50)を有するようにした弁体(14)と;
該弁体(14)を前方に向けて付勢し、該弁体(14)を、該弁体の前端部(36)を該前端開口(20)内に挿入すると共に該シール部材(50)を該環状弁座面(32)に密封係合した閉止位置とすると共に、該弁体(14)の前端面(40)にかけられる後方への力によって該弁体(14)が後方に変位して、該シール部材(50)が該環状弁座面(32)から離れた解放位置となるのを許容するバネ部材(16)と;
を有し、
該小径面(44)は、後方への力が該弁体(14)の前端面(40)にかけられ、該弁体(14)が、その前端面(40)が該貫通孔(24)の軸線(X)に対して傾斜するように傾けられ、該小径面(44)が該開口面(28)の該円形の後端縁(30)と係合するようになったときの該円形の後端縁(30)と該小径面(44)との係合点(A)から該弁体の軸線(X)を通り該弁体(14)の前端面(40)の外周縁(41)にまで至る長さ(b、b1、b2)が、該開口面(28)の直径と同じ若しくはそれよりも小さくなるようにされていることを特徴とする管継手の雄型継手部材(1)を提供する。
Claims (6)
- 前端開口から後端開口まで延びる貫通孔を画定する内周面を有する筒状の継手本体であって、該内周面が、前端開口を画定する、当該継手本体の軸線に平行な円環状の開口面と、該開口面の円形の後端縁から後方に向かうに従い半径方向外側に広がるように傾斜した環状弁座面と、該環状弁座面に続き後方に延びる筒状面とを有する継手本体と;
該継手本体内部に設定された弁体であって、
該前端開口内に嵌合される前端部と、
該前端部に続いて後方に延びる弁本体とを有し、
該前端部は、円形の前端面、該前端面の外周縁から後方に延びる、該開口面よりも小さな直径を有する前端環状面、該前端環状面に続いて後方に延びる該前端環状面よりも小径の小径面を有し、
該弁本体は、該継手本体の環状弁座面に係合可能とされた環状のシール部材を有するようにした弁体と;
該弁体を前方に向けて付勢し、該弁体を、該弁体の前端部を該前端開口内に挿入すると共に該シール部材を該環状弁座面に密封係合した閉止位置とすると共に、該弁体の前端面にかけられる後方への力によって該弁体が後方に変位して、該シール部材が該環状弁座面から離れた解放位置となるのを許容するバネ部材と;
を有し、
該小径面は、後方への力が該弁体の前端面にかけられたときに、該弁体が、その前端面が該貫通孔の軸線に対して傾けられ、該小径面が該開口面の該円形の後端縁と係合するようになったときの該円形の後端縁と該小径面との係合点から該弁体の軸線を通り該弁体の前端面の外周縁にまで至る長さが、該開口面の直径と同じ若しくはそれよりも小さくなるようにされていることを特徴とする管継手の雄型継手部材。 - 該小径面が、該前端部の該前端環状面と段差をもって形成され、該前端環状面と同軸状とされ一定直径を有するようにされた請求項1に記載の管継手の継手部材。
- 該小径面が、該前端面の外周縁から後方に延びる該前端環状面に続いて後方に向かうに従って直径が小さくなるようにされた傾斜面とされている請求項1に記載の管継手の継手部材。
- 該小径面が、
該開口面の該円形の後端縁に隣接し該後端縁よりも前方に延びている請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の管継手の継手部材。 - 該弁本体が、該小径面の後端縁から後方に向かうに従って半径方向外側に広がる傾斜環状面を有し、該傾斜環状面に該環状のシール部材が取り付けられている請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の管継手の継手部材。
- 該バネ部材が、継手本体の貫通孔内に同軸状にして設定される圧縮コイルバネとされ、
該弁体が、該弁本体の後端面中央に設けられた突起と、金属板から形成され、該突起に連結固定され、該圧縮コイルバネの前端と係合する円環状のバネ受け部及び該バネ受け部の外周縁から後方に筒状に延びる筒状のバネ支持部を有するバネ保持部材とを有する請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の管継手の継手部材。
