Claims (10)
- 航空機の表面の位置、特に航空機のナセルの空気取り入れ口のような翼前縁の位置に関する吸音処理被覆材であって、該被覆材は音響抵抗層(28)、少なくとも一つのセル状構造(30)及び反射層(32)を備え、該セル状構造(30)は一方が架空の第一の表面(34)の位置に、もう一方が架空の第二の表面(36)の位置に開口する複数の管を備える被覆材において、セル状構造(30)は複数の管の側壁の位置に形成された切込みまたは孔(38)を備え、それによって、隣接する管を連通させ、少なくとも一つの管または連通していない一群の管を分離する、連通する管の網を形成して、少なくとも一つの連通する管は少なくとも一つの熱風の流入口(40)に接続されることを特徴とする被覆材。
- セル状構造(30)は、その間では交わらず、互いに離れている一連の第一のストリップ(48)及びその間では交わらず、互いに離れている少なくとも一つの第二連の第二のストリップ(50)を備え、第一のストリップ(48)は第二のストリップ(50)と交わり、それによって、一方では、隣接する二つの第一のストリップ(48)と、もう一方では隣接する二つの第二のストリップ(50)との間に管を区画することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音処理被覆材。
- 航空機のナセルの空気取り入れ口の位置に配置され、いわゆる縦方向の第一のストリップは、ナセルの縦方向の軸線(18)を含む半径平面内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吸音処理被覆材。
- いわゆる横方向のストリップである第二の各ストリップ(50)は、架空の第二の表面(36)の接線にほぼ垂直であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の吸音処理被覆材。
- 縦方向の各ストリップ(48)は、横方向の各ストリップ(50)の接線にほぼ垂直であることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の吸音処理被覆材。
- 縦方向のストリップ(48)は、第一の切り込み(52)を備え、その切り込みは、横方向のストリップ(50)の位置に備えられた第二の切り込みと協働することを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一つに記載の吸音処理被覆材。
- 一方で、隣接したストリップ(48、50)によって区画され、断面が小さい霜処理用の熱風の通路用の第一のセル(66)を、及び、第一のセルを区画するストリップ(48、50)の間隔より大きな間隔をあけたストリップ(48、50)によって区画された、断面がより大きい吸音処理用の第二のセル(68)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか一つに記載の吸音処理被覆材。
- セル状構造の周囲の一部分の位置に配置され、高温ガスの通路用の少なくとも一つのセル(66)と連通することができる、高温ガスの流入口(40)に接続されたくぼみまたは管(70)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の吸音処理被覆材。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の吸音処理被覆材を組み込んだ航空機の翼前縁。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の吸音処理被覆材を組み込んだ航空機のナセルの空気取り入れ口。
