Description
The present invention relates to a technique for correcting a positional deviation of a sample that occurs when a revolver of a microscope is rotated.
A microscope having a plurality of objective lenses is a microscope that can change the magnification of the objective lens by using a lens switching device called a revolver. In general, in such a microscope, when the magnification of the objective lens is changed using a revolver, the optical axis shifts due to the physical change of the objective lens. For example, if a sample displayed at the center of an observation image using a low-power lens is changed to a high-power lens using a revolver, the position of the sample in the observation image is shifted from the center.
However, when the technique described in
In addition, when there is only one characteristic pattern in the observation image, it is easy to correct the deviation of the optical axis from the observation image for each objective lens, but there are many patterns on the observation image. In addition, when the patterns are similar to each other, it is very difficult to specify the target pattern.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a microscope and a microscope control method that quickly corrects a positional deviation of a sample that occurs when an objective lens is changed.

After the first objective lens is changed to the second objective lens, a second image of the sample obtained by enlarging the first image by k times is captured by a second imaging unit. And
Generating a third image obtained by reducing the second image picked up by the second image pickup means by a reduction means to 1 / k times;

According to the present invention, by applying a mask to an observation image, it is possible to easily specify a pattern even if the observation image has a large amount of patterns and it is difficult to specify a target pattern. It becomes possible. Moreover, since image processing only needs to be performed within the masked region, the processing time for image processing can be shortened, so that it is possible to quickly correct the positional deviation of the sample on the observation image by changing the objective lens, The load of the operation of observing the sample is reduced.
Hereinafter, a microscope according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, a
The
The
The
The
制御装置40は、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit:中央演算処理装置)やワークエリアとなるRAM(Random Access Memory)などから構成され、後述する各種制御動作を実行する。
The

The
The
The
The
Next, the operation of the misalignment correction process of the
First, the examiner places the sample on the
In this image storage process, the
Then, the
Next, the examiner selects a desired
Thereafter, the
Next, the examiner rotates the
In the position correction process, the
At this time, by rotating the
Subsequently, the
By doing so, it becomes possible to correctly correlate even if the image is shifted when the
Next, the
And the
Subsequently, the
The
When moving the image 3 in the XY direction, the image 3 may be moved in the -Y direction of the
When the
And the
Thereafter, the
Then, by performing such misalignment correction processing and moving the
The above embodiment is an example, and the present invention is not limited to this. That is, various applications are possible, and all embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, even when the
