Claims (15)
- 交流(AC)主駆動装置と、
直流(DC)リンクを通じて前記主駆動装置に電気的に結合された第1エネルギー貯蔵システムと
第2エネルギー貯蔵システムからの電圧出力が双方向ブーストコンバータを使用して前記DCリンクから切り離されるように前記主駆動装置に電気的に結合された前記第2エネルギー貯蔵システムと、
ブーストコンバータの低電圧側から前記ブーストコンバータの高電圧側に電流を伝えるように分極する一方向性電流装置と
を備え、
前記第1エネルギー貯蔵システムは、前記ブーストコンバータ高電圧側に結合された第1ウルトラキャパシタを備え、
前記第2エネルギー貯蔵システムは前記ブーストコンバータ低電圧側に結合された第2ウルトラキャパシタと高エネルギー密度電池を備る、車両推進システム。 - 前記第1ウルトラキャパシタは、500ファラドより大きいセルキャパシタンスの、直列構成に結合された複数のセルを備えた請求項1記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記第2ウルトラキャパシタは、前記高エネルギー密度電池の公称電圧定格よりも約2倍〜約3倍大きい電圧定格を有する請求項1記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記高エネルギー密度電池から前記ブーストコンバータ低電圧側に結合される第2ウルトラキャパシタに電流を伝えるように分極する第2一方向性電流装置をさらに備えた請求項1記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記第1ウルトラキャパシタは、前記第2ウルトラキャパシタの最大電圧定格よりも約2倍〜約3倍高い電圧定格を有する請求項4記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記第1ウルトラキャパシタを少なくとも部分的に充電するように構成された事前充電回路をさらに備えた請求項1記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記事前充電回路は、前記高エネルギー密度電池を利用して前記第1ウルトラキャパシタを部分的に充電するように構成された請求項6記載の車両推進システム。
