Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an induction heating melting furnace for melting metal by induction heating.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an induction heating melting furnace has a container-like crucible formed by arranging vertically-divided conductive segments electrically insulated from each other in the circumferential direction, and an induction heating coil arranged around the crucible. And a crucible tilting mechanism for tilting the crucible, and a vacuum tank capable of accommodating the crucible and the coil and forming a melting atmosphere such as a predetermined degree of vacuum.
[0003]
When a desired metal is produced by the induction heating melting furnace configured as described above, first, a metal to be melted is put into a crucible, and then the vacuum tank is depressurized to obtain a desired melting atmosphere. Then, by supplying AC power to the induction heating coil, the metal to be melted is induction-heated and melted, and when a predetermined time has passed and the desired purity and components are obtained, the molten metal is usually discharged into a mold. However, when the casting cannot be performed due to a lack of a suitable mold material or when trouble occurs during melting, the metal to be melted is solidified in the crucible. In this case, after the solidified metal to be melted was sufficiently cooled, the door of the vacuum tank was opened, the crucible was tilted to 90 ° C. or more, and the metal to be melted was slid out from the crucible.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above conventional configuration, if a large amount of metal to be dissolved is obtained by one treatment (1 batch), the metal to be dissolved and the crucible increase in weight. Therefore, when the crucible is tilted, these weights are increased. Although it is necessary to withstand, it is difficult to increase the strength of the crucible for reasons such as dissolution efficiency, and there is a limit to increasing the size. In addition, since the work to remove the metal to be melted is slid out of the crucible, it is necessary to catch the metal to be melted without damaging it. There is a risk of accidents such as being caught, and there is a problem that handling becomes difficult.
[0005]
Therefore, when taking out a heavy metal to be melted, a hole is formed on the upper surface of the metal to be melted accommodated in the crucible, and a suspension member is attached to the hole, and the suspension member is raised. In some cases, a method of pulling up the metal to be dissolved from the crucible is employed. However, this method has a problem that work for forming a hole in the metal to be melted and work for attaching a suspension member to the hole are inferior in workability and take a long time to take out.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention provides an induction heating melting furnace that can easily and safely remove a heavy metal to be melted from a crucible in a short time.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the induction heating melting furnace of the invention of claim 1 expands the inner diameter from the bottom surface side to the top surface side by arranging a plurality of conductive segments insulated from each other in the circumferential direction. A crucible having a side wall formed on the bottom surface and a bottom member that can be raised and lowered, and a metal to be melted that is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the side wall and accommodated in the crucible is induction heated in a vacuum vessel An induction heating coil, a carriage for transporting the crucible containing the metal to be melted after the induction heating to a takeout position outside the vacuum vessel, and a melt in the crucible at the takeout position outside the vacuum vessel And a push-up mechanism that pushes up the bottom member so as to push up the metal from the bottom surface side.
[0008]
According to the above configuration, even if the metal to be melted becomes heavy, since only the metal to be melted can be pushed up and removed from the crucible by the push-up mechanism, compared to the conventional case where the crucible is tilted and taken out, The strength of the crucible side wall is small. As a result, the crucible side wall can be made thin, so that the melting efficiency can be improved. In addition, since the metal to be melted is stationary at the position where it is pushed up, there is no risk that the metal to be melted slips out and falls, or the metal to be melted is damaged by the impact at the time of receiving. It becomes possible to handle safely, and the metal to be melted can be taken out from the crucible easily and in a short time.
[0011]
A second aspect of the invention is an induction heating melting furnace according to the first aspect of the invention, characterized in that the induction heating melting furnace has a transport mechanism that holds the metal to be melted pushed up by the push-up mechanism.
[0012]
According to said structure, even if a to-be-dissolved metal increases in weight to such an extent that it cannot convey manually, it can be conveyed easily and safely by a conveyance mechanism.

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on suitable embodiment, this invention can be changed in the range which does not exceed the meaning. That is, for example, in this embodiment, the side wall of the crucible 1 is a flat surface set to one inclination angle, but may be a combination of a plurality of inclination angles and curved surfaces. In this case, the crucible 1 can be formed in a state in which the melted

【Effect of the invention】
The induction heating melting furnace of the invention of claim 1 is a side wall formed so as to expand the inner diameter from the bottom surface side to the top surface side by arranging a plurality of conductive segments in a circumferential direction insulated from each other, A crucible having a bottom member that can be raised and lowered, which is a bottom wall, an induction heating coil that is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the side wall and induction-heats a metal to be melted contained in the crucible in a vacuum vessel, and the induction A carriage that transports the crucible containing the metal to be melted after heating to a take-out position outside the vacuum vessel, and the metal to be melted in the crucible is pushed up from the bottom side at the take-out position outside the vacuum vessel. And a push-up mechanism for pushing up the bottom member.
[0034]
According to the above configuration, even if the metal to be melted becomes heavy, since only the metal to be melted can be pushed up and removed from the crucible by the push-up mechanism, compared to the conventional case where the crucible is tilted and taken out, The strength of the crucible side wall is small. As a result, the crucible side wall can be made thin, so that the melting efficiency can be improved. In addition, since the metal to be melted is stationary at the pushed-up position, there is no risk that the metal to be melted slips out and falls, or the metal to be melted is damaged by the impact at the time of receiving. It becomes possible to handle safely, and the metal to be melted can be taken out from the crucible easily and in a short time.
[0037]
A second aspect of the invention is an induction heating melting furnace according to the first aspect of the invention, which has a transport mechanism that holds a metal to be melted pushed up by the push-up mechanism.
[0038]
According to said structure, even if a to-be-dissolved metal increases in weight to such an extent that it cannot convey manually, it can be conveyed easily and safely by a conveyance mechanism.
