Description
Claims (16)
- 非展開状態および展開状態を有する分岐カテーテルアセンブリにおいて、
第1の内腔を画成する第1の膨出軸と、第2の内腔を画成する第2の膨出軸と、を有する、軸内腔を画成する分岐膨出軸と、
前記第1の内腔に流体連通する第1のバルーン内腔を画成し筒形状の作動部を有する第1のバルーンと、
前記第2の内腔に流体連通する第2のバルーン内腔を画成し軸周りに配置された円錐形状の作動部を有する第2のバルーンであって、前記作動部が第1の端部と第2の端部とそれらの中間部とを有し、前記第1の端部が前記軸周りに第1の直径を有し、前記第2の端部が前記軸周りに第2の直径を有し、前記第1の直径が前記第2の直径よりも短く、前記中間部が前記第2の直径から前記第1の直径へ漸減する直径を前記軸周りに有する、第2のバルーンと、を備え、
前記第2の膨出軸が楕円形状断面を有し、かつ前記第2の内腔が楕円形状を有する、分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。 - 前記第2のバルーンの壁の一部が前記第2の膨出軸と直角をなす、請求項1記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の膨出軸が可膨張端を有し、前記可膨張端が前記第2のバルーンである、請求項1記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第2のバルーンが前記第1のバルーンに係合される、請求項3記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記非展開状態において前記第2のバルーンの第1の部分が前記第2のバルーンの第2の部分に折り重なってガイドワイヤ内腔を形成し、前記展開状態において折り重なった前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分とが前記ガイドワイヤ内腔を開いて前記ガイドワイヤ内腔の形成を解除する、請求項1記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記非展開状態において前記ガイドワイヤ内腔内にガイドワイヤを有し、前記ガイドワイヤを前記展開状態において解放する、請求項5記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記内腔内の流体圧力によって前記第2のバルーンよりも先に前記第1のバルーンが膨張されるように前記第2のバルーンが構成される、請求項1記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の直径が1.0mm〜3.0mmであり、前記第2の直径が2.5mm〜4.5mmである、請求項1記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- ステント本体と長手方向軸とを有するステントが、前記第1のバルーンと前記第2のバルーンの近傍に配置される、請求項1記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記ステントが前記第2のバルーン近傍に配置されたペタルを有し、前記第2のバルーンの膨張により前記ペタルが前記長手方向軸に対し斜め方向外方へ押される、請求項9記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記ステントが基端および先端を含むフードを有し、前記フードが前記第2のバルーン近傍に配置され、前記第2のバルーンの膨張により前記フードが前記長手方向軸に対し斜め方向外方へ押される、請求項9記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 膨張状態において、前記フードが前記基端において前記ステント本体に対し鈍角を形成し前記先端において前記ステント本体に対し鋭角を形成する、請求項11記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の端部が前記第2の膨出軸近傍に少なくとも一部配置され、前記第1の端部が前記第2の端部よりも前記第2の膨出軸に対し遠位端にあり、前記第2の端部が前記第1の端部よりも可撓性であるように前記第2のバルーンの前記作動部が変動撓み性を有する、請求項1記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 非展開状態および展開状態を有する分岐カテーテルアセンブリであって、
第1の内腔を画成する第1の膨出軸と、楕円形状を有する第2の内腔を画成する第2の膨出軸と、
前記第1の膨出軸周りに配置され、前記第1の内腔に流体連通する第1のバルーン内腔を画成する第1のバルーンと、
前記第2の膨出軸周りに配置され、前記第2の内腔に流体連通する第2のバルーン内腔を画成する第2のバルーンと、を備える、分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。 - 基端と先端とを有する請求項14記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリであって、前記第1の膨出軸と前記第2の膨出軸が前記先端に位置しており、前記第1と第2の膨出軸が交差して前記基端へ延びる単一軸を形成する、分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 拡張状態において前記第1のバルーンが筒形状の作動体部を有するとともに各端部に円錐形状部を有し、拡張状態において前記第2のバルーンが円錐形状の作動部を有する、請求項14記載の分岐カテーテルアセンブリ。
