  • Containers And Packaging Bodies Having A Special Means To Remove Contents (AREA)

Description

The present invention relates to a liquid ejection container in which contents can be efficiently taken out by moving a movable tray arranged inside a container body while pushing up the contents.

In order to maintain the quality of the contents, if the container main body is provided with a light shielding property, the container main body becomes opaque, so that it is impossible to visually check the remaining amount of the contents.

Therefore, the applicant of the present application has already provided a see-through region on the lower end side of the body portion of the container main body, and is detachable with respect to the movable dish and is provided with a remaining amount display slide member. Has been proposed that allows the slide member to be dropped from the movable dish so that the slide member can be viewed from the perspective region (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2008-87794 A

However, there are various ways to display the remaining amount, and there is a demand in the market to differentiate from other containers by displaying the remaining amount different from other containers. Is also true.

Further, in the case of such a configuration, the slide member may be caught in the middle of dropping, and the remaining amount display may not be visually recognized.

The object of the present invention is to differentiate from other containers by a display means different from the conventional one, and the display of the remaining amount etc. is surely visually recognized as the contents are discharged. An object of the present invention is to provide a novel liquid ejection container including a movable dish.

The present invention includes a container body having a mouth portion for filling contents and a lower end of the body portion closed by a bottom member, a pump attached to the mouth portion of the container body, and an operation of this pump. In a liquid ejection container comprising a nozzle head through which an object is taken out and a movable dish that is slidably disposed inside the body of the container body and rises as the contents are taken out, the container is placed on the lower end side of the body of the container body. A see-through area that allows the inside of the main body to be seen through is provided, and a display is given to the see-through area, while a hanging member that is integrally connected to the movable body and the connecting member is arranged inside the container main body. A side wall is provided on the lowering member, and in the state where the hanging member is disposed at the lower end of the trunk portion, the side surface becomes a base that makes it difficult to see the display when the display is viewed from the perspective region. The suspension member is pulled up together with the movable dish By departing said sidewall as a base, it is characterized in that to visually recognize the display.

Examples of the display include characters, symbols, figures, colors, and combinations of these as appropriate. The color includes not only a single color but also a pattern such as a combination of a plurality of colors.

Moreover, as a structure which makes the said display difficult to see, for example, the side wall of the suspension member itself is colored with the same or similar color (including single color and plural colors) as the display, or on the side surface of the side wall. The structure which decorates the side surface of a side wall by coloring by printing, painting, etc., and makes the said display hard to see chromatically is mentioned.

In addition, when forming an opaque light-shielding region on the container body, for example, a light-shielding film, painting, or vapor deposition can be mentioned, and it is also possible to form a transparent region by laser processing or the like after vapor deposition of the whole It is. In addition, when molding a container main body with an opaque synthetic resin, it is also possible to supply and mold a transparent or translucent synthetic resin only at a portion corresponding to the transparent region. Moreover, although a thread | yarn, a string, etc. are mentioned as a connection member, the thing made from a synthetic resin is preferable. Furthermore, the number of connecting members may be at least one.

According to the present invention, since the side wall provided on the suspension member becomes a base on which the display becomes difficult to see when viewing the display attached to the transmission region of the container body, the suspension member is previously placed on the container body. By assembling it in the state where it is arranged at the lower end of the body part, the display does not exhibit its function until the remaining amount of the contents is reduced.

Moreover, since the suspension member is integrally connected via the movable dish and the connection member, the suspension member is pulled up together with the movable dish, and the side wall as the base is removed, thereby allowing the display to be visually recognized. Can do. That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to make the display visible.

Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to differentiate from other containers by a display means different from the conventional one, and the display of the remaining amount is surely visually recognized as the contents are discharged. A novel liquid ejection container having a movable dish can be provided.

In addition, the visual recognition of the said display should just be made in the state in which the movable dish reached the top dead center. That is, according to the present invention, by adjusting the length of the connecting member that connects the movable dish and the hanging member, the display is visually recognized at an earlier stage than the movable dish reaches the top dead center. It is also possible.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a side view showing in partial cross section an unused state of a liquid ejection container 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a side view partially showing a state in which the display of the remaining amount or the like is visible in the same form.

In the drawing, reference numeral 110 denotes a bottle-shaped container body having a mouth portion 111 for filling contents and having a bottom member 114 closed at the lower end of a body portion 113 connected via a shoulder portion 112.

The body portion of the container body 110 is formed to be opaque except for a transparent or translucent transparent region (hereinafter referred to as “transparent window”) 1 formed on the lower end side of the body portion 113. As shown in FIG. 2, a red display 2 made up of characters and symbols “remaining amount: low” is printed on the see-through window 1 in advance. Note that the see-through window 1 according to the present embodiment extends around the bottle axis O and is provided as a part of the circumferential direction of the body 113, but according to the present invention, around the bottle axis O May be provided over the entire circumference.

The bottom member 114 has an outside air introduction hole h and is fixed to the body portion 113. The body portion 113 and the bottom member 114 are preferably separate from each other for assembly. However, according to the present invention, it is not denied that the body 113 and the bottom member 114 are integrally provided.

The container body 110 according to the present embodiment is made of an opaque synthetic resin having a light shielding property and a transparent synthetic resin. In forming the light shielding region, the container body 110 is made of a transparent or translucent synthetic resin. In addition, it is possible to form an opaque region by coating or vapor-depositing the container body 110, and the container body 110 is made of a transparent or translucent resin, and the shoulder 112 or A shading film may be wound around the body 113 or the like.

Reference numeral 120 denotes a pump that is attached to the mouth 111 and sucks, compresses, and discharges contents by repeatedly pressing and returning.

Specifically, the pump 120 includes a cover 121, and the cover 121 has a mounting cylinder 121a that is detachably screwed to the mouth 111 outside the mouth 111, and inside the mounting cylinder 121a. Are integrally mounted with a cylinder 122 that hangs down on the body 113 through the inside of the mouth 111 via the top wall 121b.

The cylinder 122 houses therein a pump mechanism P composed of a plurality of components, and a suction port A is formed at the tip (lower end) 122a. The cylinder 122 is attached in the mouth portion 111 via the seal ring S.

The pump mechanism P is housed in the cylinder 122 and is slidably held at the upper end of the pump plunger 123 that opens and closes the suction port A, and is elastically supported by the cylinder 122 via the spring 124. It has a piston guide 125, a piston 126 slidably held between the piston guide 125 and the cylinder 122, and a stem 127 fixed to the piston guide 125 at the upper part of the piston 126.

Reference numeral 130 denotes a nozzle head that is connected to the stem 127 of the pump 120 and operates the pump 120 by repeatedly pressing and returning the pump 120 to take out the contents of the container body 110. A check valve (ball valve) 131 is disposed in the internal passage of the nozzle head 130.

Reference numeral 140 is a movable dish disposed in the body 113 of the container body 110. On the outer periphery of the movable dish 140, annular seal portions 141 that are slidably held on the inner peripheral surface 113f of the body portion 113 are provided at two locations along the bottle axis O at intervals. Thereby, the movable dish 140 can be moved up and down along the bottle axis O.

The pump 120 is mounted on the container main body 110 via the seal ring S together with the nozzle head 130. As a result, a filling space R for filling the contents together with the container main body 110 is formed on the upper side of the movable dish 140. Accordingly, the volume of the filling space R decreases as the movable plate 140 rises in accordance with the amount of content taken out from the nozzle head 130.

On the pressure receiving surface side (filling space R side) of the movable dish 140, a flat deepest portion 142 is formed that is recessed so as to surround the tapered cylinder 122. The deepest portion 142 is a stopper that determines the top dead center of the movable dish 140 by contacting the tip 122a of the cylinder 122 as shown in FIG. 2 when the movable dish 140 rises along the bottle axis O. Function as.

In addition, a cylindrical peripheral wall 143 that is integrally suspended from the movable dish 140 is provided at the lower part of the movable dish 140. The peripheral wall 143 is suspended from the peripheral edge of the deepest portion 142.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, an inner peripheral wall 115 and an outer peripheral wall 116 that are concentrically arranged around the bottle axis O are integrally raised on the bottom member 114.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a hanging member connected to the lower end of the movable dish 140. As shown in FIG. 1, the suspension member 3 has a top wall 3C that can be placed on the inner peripheral wall 115 and the upper end of the outer peripheral wall 116 of the bottom member 114. From the top wall 3C, a cylindrical side wall 3S is provided. Hangs together so as to surround the bottle axis O.

As shown in FIG. 1, the side wall 3S hangs down so as to be a base (lining) of the transparent window 1 when the hanging member 3 is seated on the inner peripheral wall 115 and the outer peripheral wall 116 of the bottom 114. The side wall 3S of the hanging member 3 may be in contact with the inner bottom surface 114f of the bottom member 114. In this case, the suspension member 3 is seated on the bottom member 114 by the side wall 3S.

A connecting member 3L is integrally provided at the upper end of the top wall 3C. The distal end portion of the connecting member 3L functions as a connector 3F that fits inside the peripheral wall 143 of the movable plate 140. For this reason, when the connector 3F is fitted to the peripheral wall 143 of the movable wall 140, the suspension member 3 and the movable wall 140 are configured as an integrated object.

That is, the suspending member 3 pulled as the movable plate 140 is lifted is detached from the outer peripheral wall 116 of the bottom member 114 and is lifted together with the movable plate 140 as shown in FIG.

In this embodiment, the hanging member 3 and the connecting member 3L are integrally formed of synthetic resin, but it is also possible to configure both members as separate members. Further, the connecting member 3L and the movable dish 140 can be integrally formed, or the connecting member 3L, the movable dish 140, and the hanging member 3 can be integrally formed.

Further, on the side wall 3S of the suspension member 3, while the seat 2 is seated on the inner peripheral wall 115 and the outer peripheral wall 116 of the bottom member 114, when the display 2 of the transparent window 1 is viewed, the display 2 is difficult to see. A decorative part 4 is provided.

In this embodiment, as a configuration that makes the display 2 attached to the transparent window 1 difficult to see, the decoration portion 4 of the hanging member 3 is decorated with the same or similar colors (including single color and multiple colors) as the display 2 This makes display 2 difficult to see in color.

Specifically, since the display 2 is red, at least the side wall 3S of the hanging member 3 is made of a synthetic resin colored in the same or similar color as red, or at least the outer surface of the side wall 3S ( A color (including a pattern) that is the same as or similar to red is applied to the inner peripheral surface 113f of the body 113) by printing or painting.

Thus, when the display 2 of the transparent window 1 is viewed in a state where the hanging member 3 is seated on the bottom member 114 of the container main body 110, the decorative portion 4 (the outer surface of the side wall 3S of the hanging member 3) is the base. Thus, since the display 2 is assimilated to the color of the decoration unit 4, the display 2 of the transparent window 1 becomes difficult to see as shown in FIG.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, when the display 2 attached to the transparent window 1 of the container body 110 is viewed by the side wall 3S (decorating portion 4) provided on the hanging member 3, the display 2 is difficult to see. Therefore, the display 2 does not exhibit its function when the hanging member 3 is seated on the bottom member 114.

Further, since the hanging member 3 is integrally connected to the movable plate 140 via the connecting member 3L, the hanging member 3 is pulled up together with the movable plate 140, and the side wall 3S (decorating portion 4) as a base The display 2 can be made visible by removing. That is, according to this embodiment, it is possible to make the display 2 visible.

Therefore, according to this embodiment, it is possible to differentiate from other containers by a display means different from the conventional one, and the display of the remaining amount or the like is surely visually recognized as the contents are discharged. A novel liquid ejection container including the movable dish 140 can be provided.

The visual recognition of the display 2 only needs to be made at least in a state where the movable dish 140 has reached the top dead center. That is, according to the present invention, by adjusting the length of the connecting member 3L that connects the movable dish 140 and the hanging member 3, the display 2 is visually recognized at an earlier stage than the movable dish 140 reaches the top dead center. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which

In this embodiment, the movable plate 140 and the hanging member 3 are integrally connected by using one connecting member 3L. However, each end of the plurality of connecting members 3L is connected to the bottle axis O. It may be connected to each of the movable dish 140 and the suspension member 3 so as to be symmetrical.

Further, if the connecting member 3L is made of a synthetic resin as in this embodiment, it can be integrally formed with at least one of the hanging member 3 and the movable dish 140. Further, when the connecting member 3L is made of synthetic resin, the assembly process can be simplified as compared with the case where a string or the like is used.

The side wall 3S of the suspending member 3 need only be provided at a position that covers at least the display 2 provided on the see-through window (see-through region) 1, and therefore does not need to be formed on the entire circumference. The display 2 may be provided on either the inner surface 113f or the outer surface of the body 113, or may be provided on both surfaces.

It is a side view which shows the unused state of the liquid ejection container which is a 1st form of this invention in a partial cross section. It is a side view which shows the state which can visually recognize a display with a partial cross section in the same form.
