Description
Claims (3)
- 入口ヘッドおよび出口ヘッド、ならびに反応器内で入口端部管板および出口端部管板により支えられ触媒を充填された反応管を有する管状反応器と、熱交換器内で管を支持する入口端部管板および出口端部管板を含む管状熱交換器とからなり、
前記熱交換器の入口端部管板が、前記反応器の出口ヘッドの開口部の周りに一体的に取り付けられて前記反応器との一体化構造を形成し、
前記開口部が、前記反応器から前記熱交換器へ、また前記熱交換器の管を通しての反応ガスの通路であることにより、前記反応ガスが、前記熱交換器に導入された熱交換流体との間接的熱交換により冷却される、反応器・熱交換器冷却器アセンブリ。 - 反応器および熱交換器の両方の管を冷却する手段として水が備えられる請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 反応器が担持銀触媒で充填されている請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
