Claims (9)
- 二次電池と;
上面および下面に開口部を有し,前記下面の開口部の外周縁から内側に張出して形成される設置部材と,前記上面の開口部の外周縁から内側に張出して形成されるガイド部材とを備えて,前記二次電池が装着されるフレームと;
前記設置部材と前記ガイド部材との間に装着されて,前記二次電池に接続される回路部と;
前記フレームと前記回路部に設けられて,前記回路部を前記フレームに固定する固定部と;
を備え,
前記固定部により、
前記二次電池の装着が誘導されて、前記フレームに対して前記回路部と前記二次電池とが着脱自在に固定されるとともに、
前記設置部材上に設置した前記二次電池と前記回路部との電気的接続が安定的に維持される
ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記回路部には,射出成形された補強部材が設けられることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記固定部は,前記設置部材および前記ガイド部材の少なくともいずれかに形成される固定通孔と,前記回路部に形成されて前記固定通孔に挿通される固定突起とを含むことを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記固定通孔は,前記設置部材と前記ガイド部材とにそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とする,請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記固定突起は,前記回路部の上面または下面の少なくともいずれかから外側に突出するとともに,前記フレームの後面から前面に向けて下向きに傾斜する傾斜面を有することを特徴とする,請求項3または4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記固定突起は,合成樹脂からなる成形部品であることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記固定部は,前記設置部材または前記ガイド部材の少なくともいずれかに形成されるガイド溝と,前記ガイド溝に係合するように前記回路部に形成されるガイド突起とをさらに含むことを特徴とする,請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ガイド突起は,前記回路部の上面または下面の少なくともいずれかから外側に突出するとともに,前記フレームの前面から後面に向けて幅が徐々に拡大する形状を有することを特徴とする,請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ガイド突起は,合成樹脂からなる成形部品であることを特徴とする,請求項8に記載の電池パック。
