Claims (7)
- 内燃機関、特に船舶用ディーゼル内燃機関の燃料供給装置つまりコモンレール燃料供給装置であって、
1つの低圧領域、及び、燃料を該燃料供給装置の前記低圧領域から該燃料供給装置の高圧領域に送出するための、少なくとも一つの高圧ポンプを持つ1つのポンプ装置を備え、
該高圧領域内には、前記ポンプ装置とシリンダに割り当てられたインジェクタとの間に、少なくとも一つの蓄圧ユニットを持つ、常時高圧状態にある蓄圧系が設けられており、
該蓄圧系は同様に常時高圧状態にある少なくとも一つの高圧燃料パイプを介して前記ポンプ装置と連結されており、
前記蓄圧系は、噴射タイミングに応じて一時的に高圧状態にある高圧燃料パイプを介して前記インジェクタに連結されており、また、常時高圧状態にあって、前記ポンプ装置と前記蓄圧系とを連結する少なくとも当該のまたは各高圧燃料パイプに外被が割り当てられており、
該外被の壁厚は、特にそれぞれの高圧燃料パイプのパイプ破損時に所与の緊急運転圧力に耐えられる壁厚である、燃料供給装置において、
前記外被により緊急運転圧力を保てる燃料供給装置領域が、少なくとも一つの遮断バルブ(10、26)により該燃料供給装置の前記低圧領域から隔てられており、その際、前記遮断バルブ(10、26)の開放圧力が前記緊急運転圧力にほぼ相当することを特徴とする燃料供給装置。 - 前記開放圧力を超えた後に、漏れ流が、前記ポンプ装置の最大吐出量においてもほとんどさらなる圧力上昇を伴わずに前記低圧領域に排出可能であるように前記遮断バルブ(10、26)の開口断面が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記遮断バルブ(10)が逆止め弁として構成されており、該遮断バルブのバネ要素(13)により、該遮断バルブのバルブ本体(15)が、漏れ圧力が前記開放圧力より低い場合には開口部断面が閉じて閉止位置に押し付けられ、該開放圧力を超えた場合には前記開口部断面が開放されて前記漏れ流が前記高圧領域を出て流入管(11)及び少なくとも一つの第1開口部(20)を介して、該遮断バルブの空洞(18)の流入側領域(17)に流入し、前記開口部断面を通過して、少なくとも一つの第2開口部(21)及び排出管(12)を介して、前記空洞(18)の排出側領域(19)から前記低圧領域に流れ出ることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記空洞(18)の前記流入側領域(17)が、バイパス(25)を介して前記排出管(12)に連結しているために、少量の漏れ流は、前記空洞(18)の前記流入側領域(17)内における圧力上昇を伴うことなく、前記バイパス(25)を介して前記低圧領域に流れ出ることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記遮断バルブ(26)が差圧バルブとして構成されており、該遮断バルブの空洞(27)内に配置された差圧ステージとして機能する該遮断バルブのピストン(28)内には、少なくとも一つの第1スロットル(33)が収められており、該第1スロットル(33)を介して、前記空洞(27)の流入側領域(29)と、前記ピストン(28)に作用するバネ要素(31)が収められているバネ室(30)と、が連結されており、また、該バネ室(30)は少なくとも一つの第2スロットル(34)を介して排出管(12)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記バネ室(30)内を支配する圧力及びそれにより前記ピストン(28)における差圧が、前記スロットル(33、34)を通過する流量に依存することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記空洞(27)の流入側領域(29)を支配する圧力が前記開放圧力より低い場合には、該空洞(27)の該流入側領域(29)を排出管(12)に接続する当該または各開口部(32)が前記ピストン(28)により閉じられること、及び、該空洞(27)の該流入側領域(29)内を支配する圧力が前記開放圧力より高い場合には、当該または各開口部(32)が前記ピストン(28)により開放されることを特徴とする、請求項5または6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料供給装置。
