Claims (15)
- 電極を収容し、上部が開放されたケースと、
前記ケース上部に配置され、前記ケースを密閉させるキャップ組立体と、
前記キャップ組立体上に設けられる第1連結キャップと、
を備え、
前記第1連結キャップは、
前記キャップ組立体に固定され、最外郭部に少なくとも1つの切欠き部が形成されたキャップベースと、
前記キャップベースから前記キャップ組立体の反対側方向に突出形成され、側面に互いに隣接する少なくとも一対の排気口を有する蓋部と、
を備え、
前記キャップベースの切欠き部は、前記互いに隣接する一対の排気口の間で何れか1つの前記排気口側に偏って形成されることを特徴とする、電池モジュール。 - 前記排気口が複数設けられ、
前記切欠き部は、前記排気口と同じ個数だけ形成され、
前記各切欠き部は、互いに隣接する一対の排気口の間に1つずつ形成され、
前記各切欠き部は、互いに隣接する一対の排気口の間で同一方向に偏って形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1連結キャップにおいて、前記排気口と前記切欠き部の間の最短距離は、0.6mm〜3.5mmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記キャップベースは、上下に貫通された環状に構成され、
前記蓋部は、前記キャップベースの内側周縁から突出形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記蓋部には4個の排気口が形成され、前記キャップベースには4個の切欠き部が形成され、
前記各切欠き部は互いに隣接する一対の排気口の間に1つずつ形成され、
前記各切欠き部は、前記4個の排気口のうち互いに隣接する排気口の間で同一方向に偏って形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記キャップベースは、前記キャップ組立体上にレーザー溶接または抵抗溶接によって固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記蓋部の内側空間に配置される固定具を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記固定具はボルトまたはナットであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記固定具は、前記蓋部の内側上部面に溶接によって固定されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ケース下部面に設けられる第2連結キャップを更に備え、
前記第2連結キャップは、
前記ケース下部面に固定され、最外郭部に少なくとも1つの第2切欠き部が形成された第2キャップベースと、
前記第2キャップベースから前記ケース下部面の反対側方向に突出形成され、側面に少なくとも1つの第2排気口を有する第2蓋部と
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第2連結キャップは、前記第2蓋部に互いに隣接する少なくとも一対の第2排気口を有し、
前記第2キャップベースの第2切欠き部は、前記互いに隣接する一対の第2排気口の間に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第2キャップベースの第2切欠き部は、前記互いに隣接する一対の第2排気口の間で何れか1つの前記第2排気口側に偏って形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2排気口が複数設けられ、
前記第2切欠き部は、前記第2排気口と同じ個数で形成され、
前記各第2切欠き部は、互いに隣接する一対の第2排気口の間に1つずつ形成され、
前記各第2切欠き部は、互いに隣接する一対の第2排気口の間で同一方向に偏って形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第2連結キャップにおいて、前記第2排気口と前記第2切欠き部の間の最短距離は0.6mm〜3.5mmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2蓋部の内側空間に配置される固定具を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電池モジュール。
