Description

The present invention relates to a child seat device for a two-wheeled vehicle having a head guard unit attaching / detaching mechanism and a two-wheeled vehicle .

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a child seat device attached to a bicycle or the like is known that includes a height adjustment device that slides and fixes a headrest to a predetermined height.

In the following Patent Document 1, a holding cylinder part protruding rearward is provided on the back part of the backrest part provided in the child seat body, and a support leg provided at the lower part of the headrest is inserted into the holding cylinder part. A configuration is disclosed in which an engagement protrusion attached to a holding cylinder part is engaged with a concavo-convex row of a support leg, and a headrest is fixed to the holding cylinder part at a predetermined height using a fastener.

In Patent Document 2 below, a bearing portion protruding rearward on the back surface portion of a backrest portion provided in a child seat body, and a pair of clamps formed integrally with the backrest portion on the lower side of the bearing portion. Utility Model Registration No. 3058842

In Patent Document 1, when the headrest is not required, the headrest can be removed from the backrest portion. However, a holding cylinder portion that protrudes rearward integrally with the back surface portion of the backrest portion is provided. The part remains on the back part of the backrest part. For this reason, a holding | maintenance cylinder part becomes obstructive and the handleability and designability of a child seat apparatus are reduced.

Similarly, in Patent Document 2, a bearing portion and a pair of clamp pieces projecting rearward integrally with the back portion of the backrest portion are provided, and when the headrest is removed from the backrest portion, The pair of clamp pieces remain on the back surface of the backrest. For this reason, a bearing part and a pair of clamp piece become obstructive, and the handleability and design nature of a child's seat device are reduced.

On the other hand, if the holding cylinder part or the bearing part and a pair of clamp pieces are not provided with a specification that does not attach the headrest, a separate mold is required when manufacturing the child seat body with or without the headrest specification. , Manufacturing costs rise.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a child seat device for a motorcycle and a two-wheeled vehicle that enables the head guard unit itself to be removed from the backrest and improves handling and design. With the goal.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a child seat device for a motorcycle according to the invention of claim 1 is detachably mounted on a back side of a backrest portion provided in a seat body on which a child can be seated. A head guard unit comprising a head guard for protecting the head and a height adjusting means for sliding and fixing the head guard in the up and down direction ; and an upper end of the backrest part , which is formed separately from the head guard unit. A mounting member that extends to the front side across the part and sandwiches the backrest part with the head guard unit, and a locked part formed at the upper end of the support part provided on the front side of the head guard unit And formed in the mounting member, and when the mounting member is mounted across the upper end portion of the backrest portion, the locking portion is locked to the locked portion, and the backrest portion is formed. Inserted through the through-hole, Serial has a fixing means for the mounting member and the head guard unit is screwed to the backrest portion, the locking portion is engaged with the engaged portion, and said mounting member said backrest portion The mounting member and the head guard unit are screwed to the backrest portion by the fixing means in a state where the backrest portion is sandwiched between the headguard unit and extending to the front side across the upper end portion of the headguard unit. The head guard unit attaching / detaching mechanism is provided .

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a head guard unit including a height adjusting means for slidably fixing the head guard in the vertical direction is arranged on the back side of the backrest portion provided in the seat body, mounting member composed of a head guard unit and another body, sandwich the backrest with the head guard unit extends toward the front side across the upper end of the backrest portion. The head guard unit is detachably mounted on the back side of the backrest portion by inserting a fixing means through a through-hole formed in the backrest portion and fixing the mounting member and the head guard unit to the backrest portion. . In this head guard unit attaching / detaching mechanism, when the head guard unit having the height adjusting means is removed from the backrest, the attachment member can be removed together, and the attachment member does not remain on the backrest. Since only the through-hole is formed in the backrest, the same seat body can be used with the specification to which the head guard unit is attached and the specification to which the head guard unit is not attached, and an increase in manufacturing cost can be suppressed. Moreover, since only the through-hole is formed in the backrest part, the handleability and designability of the seat body are improved.

Further, the mounting member when mounted across the upper portion of the backrest portion, the engaging portion formed on the mounting member, which is formed at the upper end of the supporting portion provided on the front side of the head guards unit Locked to the locking portion. Accordingly, the backrest portion is sandwiched between the mounting member extending to the front side of the backrest portion and the headguard unit in a state where the engaging portion of the attachment member is locked to the locked portion of the headguard unit. The head guard unit can be stably attached to the backrest.

Further , the mounting member and the head guard unit are fixed to the backrest portion by being inserted into the through hole of the backrest portion and screwed from both sides of the mounting member and the headguard unit. For this reason, the head guard unit is firmly fixed, and the head guard unit can be easily attached and detached.

Moreover, the child seat apparatus for two-wheeled vehicles is equipped with the head guard unit attachment / detachment mechanism, and can use the same seat main body with the specification which attaches a head guard unit, and the specification which does not attach, and can suppress the raise in manufacturing cost. . Further, when the head guard unit is removed, no attachment member or the like remains in the backrest portion, so that the handleability and designability of the seat body are improved.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the child seat device for a motorcycle according to the first aspect, the seat body rises upward from a seat portion on which the child is seated and a rear end portion of the seat portion. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4A, a backrest plate 72 for adjusting the angle of the backrest portion 12 </ b> B can be installed inside the child seat apparatus body 12. In the present embodiment, the through hole 37 is hidden by the backrest plate 72. A cushion mat is laid on the seat portion 12A.

As shown in FIG. 1, an attachment member 40 for attaching the head guard unit 20 is disposed on the front surface portion 13A of the backrest portion 12B. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 16, the attachment member 40 includes a hook portion 40 </ b> A as a locking portion locked to the upper end portion 26 </ b> A (locked portion) of the front support member 26, and the hook portion 40 </ b> A. In a state of being locked to the upper end portion 26 </ b> A of the front side support member 26, it extends across the upper end portion 13 </ b> C of the backrest portion 12 </ b> B to the front surface portion 13 </ b> A side and sandwiches the backrest portion 12 </ b> B with the front side support member 26. And an insertion portion 40B. A pair of left and right hook portions 40 </ b> A are provided at positions that do not interfere with the guide portion 32 of the front support member 26. A circular protrusion 40C that fits into the through hole 34 of the backrest portion 12B in a state where the hook portion 40A is locked to the upper end portion 26A of the front support member 26 is provided on the back surface of the sandwiching portion 40B. A circular bolt insertion hole 40D is formed in the protrusion 40C.

As shown in FIG. 16, a nut 44 is non-rotatably inserted into the back surface (right side in FIG. 16) of the upper end portion 26 </ b> A of the front support member 26 at a position that matches the through hole 34 of the backrest portion 12 </ b> B. A recess 26B is provided, and a bolt insertion hole 26C is provided at the center of the recess 26B. A concave portion 28C into which a nut 44 is inserted is provided at a position matching the through hole 37 of the backrest portion 12B, inside the cylindrical portion 28B of the rear side support member 28, and a bolt is provided at the center of the concave portion 28C. An insertion hole 28D is provided.

The bolt 42 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 40D and the bolt insertion hole 26C from the front side of the sandwiching portion 40B of the mounting member 40, and fastened to the nut 44 fixed to the recess 26B of the front side support member 26. The support member 26 is fixed to the backrest 12B. Similarly, the bolt 42 is inserted into the through hole 37 and the bolt insertion hole 28D from the front side of the backrest portion 12B, and fastened to the nut 44 fixed to the concave portion 28C of the cylindrical portion 28B of the rear side support member 28. The cylindrical portion 28B of the rear side support member 28 is fixed to the backrest portion 12B.

As shown in FIGS. 7, 17, and 18, the holding means 50 that holds the support leg 22 </ b> C at a predetermined height has one side wall 52 (the left side wall 52 in FIG. 7) of the support leg 22 </ b> C. A plurality of engaging recesses 54 formed on the inner side in the width direction along the vertical direction, and a moving pin 56 supported in the long hole 53 formed on the side wall 52 along the vertical direction so as to be movable in the axial direction. It is equipped with. A cylindrical knob 58 is fixed to the distal end on the outer side in the width direction of the side wall 52 of the moving pin 56. A block piece 60 having a convex portion 60 </ b> A engaged with the engaging concave portion 54 is fixed to an intermediate portion of the moving pin 56. A coil spring 62 is wound around the end of the moving pin 56 from the block piece 60 (the end opposite to the knob 58), and one end of the coil spring 62 is in contact with the block piece 60. The other end of the coil spring 62 is in contact with an abutting piece 64 having a hole in which the moving pin 56 is movable in the axial direction, and the abutting piece 64 protrudes from the back surface of the support leg 22C. It is in contact with the portion 66. The support leg 22 </ b> C is slidable in the vertical direction with the guide portion 66 in contact with the contact piece 64. The coil spring 62 urges the block piece 60 in the direction of the side wall portion 52 in a state where the contact piece 64 is in contact with the guide portion 66, and the convex portion 60 </ b> A of the block piece 60 is engaged by the force of the coil spring 62. The mating recess 54 is engaged. In this embodiment, the holding means 50 is provided on one side wall portion 52 of the support leg 22C, but the holding means 50 may be provided on the side wall portions 52 on both sides of the support leg 22C.

Holes 68A and 68B through which the knob 58 is inserted are provided at positions straddling the side wall part 26D of the front side support member 26 and the side wall part 28A of the rear side support member 28 (see FIGS. 7 and 8). . With the force of the coil spring 62, the knob 58 is formed in the holes 68A and 68B of the front support member 26 and the rear support member 28 in a state where the convex portion 60A of the block piece 60 is engaged with the arbitrary engagement concave portion 54. By being inserted, the support leg 22 </ b> C is held at a predetermined height with respect to the front support member 26 and the rear support member 28. Since the support legs 22C are held at a predetermined height, the head guard 22 can be adjusted to an appropriate height in accordance with the growth of the child and the physique of the child having different heights.

The engaging recess 54 has an upper surface portion formed in a direction perpendicular to the side wall portion 52 of the support leg 22C, and a tapered portion whose depth gradually decreases below the upper surface portion. In such a height adjusting device 24, when the height of the head guard 22 is increased, the head guard 22 is simply raised. When the head guard 22 is pulled up, the taper portion of the engagement recess 54 moves upward to compress the coil spring 62 of the block piece 60, and the lower engagement recess 54 moves to the position of the block piece 60. The convex portion 60 </ b> A of the block piece 60 is engaged with the engaging concave portion 54 by the force of the coil spring 62. By repeating this, the head guard 22 can be pulled up to a position where the convex portion 60A of the block piece 60 is engaged with the lowermost engaging concave portion 54 of the support leg 22C. A stopper 55 with which the lower part of the block piece 60 is engaged is provided in the lowermost engaging recess 54 of the support leg 22C. Thus, even if the operator holds the lower end portion of the support leg 22C and pulls up the head guard 22 in the pulling direction, the finger holding the lower end portion of the support leg 22C is not caught in the height adjusting device 24. The lower part of the block piece 60 engages with the stopper 55 at a certain position so that the support leg 22C cannot be moved inadvertently before the lowermost engaging recess 54. However, if the head guard 22 is pulled up while pushing the knob 58 toward the side wall 52, it is possible to move one step further from the lowermost engaging recess 54.

Further, when the height of the head guard 22 is lowered, as shown in FIG. 18, the operator lowers the head guard 22 while pushing the knob 58 toward the side wall 52 with the thumb or the like. The height is adjustable. That is, by pushing the knob 58 toward the side wall 52, the coil spring 62 is compressed, the engagement between the projection 60A of the block piece 60 and the engagement recess 54 is released, and the head guard 22 can be lowered.

Next, an operation of the child seat device 10 of the present embodiment, which is an attachment / detachment mechanism of the head guard unit 20, will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, a pair of left and right through-holes 34 of the backrest 12B are arranged so that the front support member 26 of the head guard unit 20 is brought into contact with the back surface 13B of the backrest 12B. And the pair of left and right bolt insertion holes 26C of the front support member 26 are matched. As shown in FIG. 13, the hook portion 40A of the attachment member 40 is locked to the upper end portion 26A of the front support member 26, and the sandwiching portion 40B of the attachment member 40 straddles the upper end portion 13C of the backrest portion 12B. The backrest portion 12B is sandwiched between the sandwiching portion 40B and the front support member 26 by contacting the front surface portion 13A (see FIG. 16). When the sandwiching portion 40B of the mounting member 40 is brought into contact with the front surface portion 13A side of the backrest portion 12B, the pair of left and right protrusions 40C of the mounting member 40 are fitted into the through holes 34 of the backrest portion 12B.

14 and 16, the bolt 42 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 40D and the bolt insertion hole 26C from the front side of the sandwiching portion 40B of the mounting member 40, and into the recess 26B of the front side support member 26. By fastening to the fixed nut 44, the front support member 26 is fixed to the backrest 12B. Furthermore, by inserting the bolt 42 from the front side of the backrest part 12B into the through hole 37 and the bolt insertion hole 28D of the cylindrical part 28B, and fastening to the nut 44 fixed to the recess 28C of the rear side support member 28, The cylindrical part 28B of the rear side support member 28 is fixed to the backrest part 12B.

In such a child seat device 10, the hook portion 40 </ b> A of the attachment member 40 is locked to the upper end portion 26 </ b> A of the front side support member 26, and between the sandwiching portion 40 </ b> B of the attachment member 40 and the front side support member 26. The attachment member 40 and the head guard unit 20 are fastened and fixed to the backrest 12B with the backrest 12B sandwiched therebetween. For this reason, while being able to stabilize the attachment state to the backrest part 12B of the headguard unit 20, the headguard unit 20 can be firmly fixed to the backrest part 12B. Further, since the bolts 42 and the nuts 44 are fastened and fixed, the head guard unit 20 can be easily attached to the backrest portion 12B, and the head guard unit 20 can be easily attached and detached.

Moreover, when removing the head guard unit 20 from the backrest part 12B, the attachment member 40 can be removed together, and the attachment member of the head guard unit 20 and a height adjusting device do not remain in the backrest part 12B. As shown in FIGS. 4, 5, and 11, the backrest portion 12 </ b> B has only a pair of left and right through holes 34 and 37. The same child seat apparatus main body 12 can be used with no specifications, and an increase in manufacturing cost can be suppressed. Further, since only a pair of left and right through holes 34 and 37 are formed in the backrest portion 12B, the through holes 34 are matched to the curved appearance of the backrest portion 12B as in this embodiment. By adopting the design, the design value is not inferior after the head guard unit 20 is removed, and the commercial value can be increased.

Therefore, the handleability and design of the child seat device main body 12 are improved, and two types of sales configurations of a specification in which the head guard unit 20 is attached and a specification in which the head guard unit 20 is not attached using the same child seat device main body 12 can be adopted. it can.

Further, when the head guard unit 20 is removed, the through hole 34 may be closed using a cap provided with a locking portion locked to the edge of the through hole 34 of the backrest portion 12B. Thereby, the designability of the child seat apparatus body 12 can be further improved.

In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 16 and the like, the mounting member 40 and the front support member 26 of the head guard unit 20 are composed of two parts. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the mounting member and the head guard are not limited thereto. The front support member of the unit may be integrally formed. Thereby, the upper end portion 13C of the backrest portion 12B is inserted between the attachment member and the front side support member by inserting the mounting member integrally formed with the front side support member into the upper end portion 13C of the backrest portion 12B from above. It is possible to pinch, and the workability at the time of mounting the head guard unit is further improved.

In the above-described embodiment, the front support member 26 and the rear support member 28 surround the support leg 22C of the head guard 22. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the support leg 22C of the head guard 22 is vertically moved. Other configurations may be used as long as they are slidably supported. For example, a cylindrical support member into which the support leg 22C of the head guard 22 is inserted may be used.

Further, in the above embodiment, the holding means 50 of the height adjusting device 24 has the moving pins 56 that are movable in the width direction in the plurality of engaging recesses 54 formed on the inner side in the width direction of the side wall portion 52 of the support leg 22C. The configuration is such that the convex portion 60A is engaged, but the holding means is not limited to this, and any other configuration may be used as long as it can be detached from the backrest portion 12B integrally with the head guard unit 20. For example, it is good also as a structure which provides a some engagement recessed part in the back surface of 22 C of support legs, and engages the convex part of the dial member which can move to the front-back direction.
