Claims (5)
- コンクリート廃材片が供給される略パン型状の処理槽を備え、該処理槽内の中心部には駆動軸を回転自在に立設し、該駆動軸の周囲には処理槽と同心の略円筒状の内胴部を備えると共に、前記駆動軸には処理槽の内周壁と内胴部の外周壁とに沿って回転し、かつその回転方向に対して後方に向かうほど処理槽の内周壁及び内胴部の外周壁との間隔が漸次狭まるように構成した略船形状の羽根体をアームを介して固着し、該羽根体と処理槽の内周壁及び内胴部の外周壁とで形成される狭窄部にてコンクリート廃材片を擦り揉み処理して骨材を回収するようにしたことを特徴とする骨材再生処理装置。
- 羽根体と、処理槽の内周壁及び/または内胴部の外周壁とで形成される狭窄部の間隔を調整可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の骨材再生処理装置。
- 処理槽の底部には所定幅のスリットを穿設し、コンクリート廃材片の擦り揉み処理にて生じるセメントやモルタル粉末を羽根体の回転に伴って前記スリットから排出させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれかに記載の骨材再生処理装置。
- 駆動軸の上端部には駆動軸と共に回転する略円板状のプレートを固着し、コンクリート廃材片を前記プレート上に供給することにより処理槽内に分散供給可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の骨材再生処理装置。
- 処理槽の上位にはコンクリート廃材片供給用の供給ホッパを備え、該供給ホッパ下端部の排出口をプレート上面に所定間隔を置いて臨ませると共に、排出口とプレートとの間隔を調整可能としたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の骨材再生処理装置。
