Description

ポリプロピレンを使用し、容器を125℃で延伸吹込成形することによって、優秀な結果が得られる。容器は、容器を更に予熱することなく、2分間以内に吹込空洞から熱成形空洞に移動され、一方、事前延伸泡状部は、60〜80℃の温度である。容器は、熱成形空洞内で200kPa(2バール)に加圧され、次いで、深グリップは、空気圧シリンダーを使用することによって熱成形される。最終の深グリップ形状と一致するプラグを用いて、最適な深グリップ品質が得られる。容器は、通気孔を付けられ、次いで、60℃を下回る温度で取り出される。
PETを使用し、容器を90〜95℃で延伸吹込成形することによって、優秀な結果が得られる。容器は、60秒間未満(好ましくは30秒間未満)以内に、吹込空洞から熱成形空洞に迅速に移動され、一方、事前延伸泡状部は、依然として80〜90℃の温度である。容器は、熱成形空洞内で100〜500kPa(1〜5バール)に加圧され、次いで、深グリップは、空気圧シリンダーを使用することによって熱成形される。最終の深グリップ形状と一致するプラグを用いて、最適な品質が得られる。容器は、通気孔を付けられ、次いで、80℃を下回る温度で取り出される。
Claims (9)
- 一体ハンドルを有する容器を作製するための方法であって、
a)成形型空洞(1)内に予備成形物(6)を提供する工程と、
b)少なくとも1つの凸状の泡状部(9)を含む中間容器(8)を形成するために、前記予備成形物(6)を延伸吹込成形する工程と、
c)1つ以上の凹状の把持領域を形成するために、内向きに移動するプラグ(5)の手段によって、前記又はそれぞれの凸状の泡状部(9)を変形させる工程であって、前記中間容器(8)内の圧力を、100kPa(1バール)を上回る圧力に維持し、前記中間容器の前記把持領域内の材料の温度が、ガラス転移温度Tgと、再結晶化温度T c との間の温度に維持される、工程と、
d)前記プラグ(5)を前記容器内から抜去する前に、前記容器内の過剰圧力を解放する工程と、
e)前記成形型空洞(1、3)から完成容器を取り出す工程と、を含む、方法。 - 工程c)を通して、前記中間容器の前記把持領域内の前記材料が、非晶質状態である、請求項1に記載の方法。
