図1乃至図5を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムについて説明する。
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムによれば、移動局UEにおける「MM/GMM」が、CSFBタイマが満了しておらず、かつ、上述の切り替え処理の開始前に移動局UEがLTE方式の移動通信システムにおいてパケット通信を行っていない場合には、受信した「reconnect要求」を無視するように構成されているため、CSFB処理において、不要な再接続処理を行わない、すなわち、不要なパケット交換通信用のベアラを設定しないという効果を奏することができる。

Claims (2)
- LTE方式の移動通信システムに位置登録を行っている移動局が、UMTS方式、GSM方式又はCDMA2000方式の移動通信システムにおいて回線交換通信を開始する移動通信方法であって、
前記移動局において、LTE方式用のNASプロトコル機能が、LTE方式用のASプロトコル機能に対して、前記UMTS方式、GSM方式又はCDMA2000方式の移動通信システムにおいて回線交換通信を開始するように要求する第1サービス要求を送信すると共に、所定タイマを起動する工程と、
前記移動局において、前記LTE方式用のASプロトコル機能が、前記第1サービス要求に応じて、LTE方式の無線アクセス装置との間で第1無線リンクを確立した後に、該LTE方式の無線アクセス装置に対して、前記第1サービス要求を送信する工程と、
前記移動局において、前記LTE方式用のASプロトコル機能が、該LTE方式の移動通信システムから前記UMTS方式、GSM方式又はCDMA2000方式の移動通信システムへの切り替え処理を行うように指示する切り替え指示を受信した後、前記第1無線リンクの同期外れを検出した後、前記所定タイマを停止する工程とを有することを特徴とする移動通信方法。 - LTE方式用のASプロトコル機能と、LTE方式用のNASプロトコル機能と、UMTS方式、GSM方式又はCDMA2000方式用のASプロトコル機能と、UMTS方式、GSM方式又はCDMA2000方式用のNASプロトコル機能と、所定タイマとを具備する移動局であって、
前記LTE方式用のNASプロトコル機能は、前記LTE方式用のASプロトコル機能に対して、前記UMTS方式、GSM方式又はCDMA2000方式の移動通信システムにおいて回線交換通信を開始するように要求する第1サービス要求を送信すると共に、前記所定タイマを起動するように構成されており、
前記LTE方式用のASプロトコル機能は、前記第1サービス要求に応じて、LTE方式の無線アクセス装置との間で第1無線リンクを確立した後に、該LTE方式の無線アクセス装置に対して、前記第1サービス要求を送信するように構成されており、
前記LTE方式用のASプロトコル機能は、該LTE方式の移動通信システムから前記UMTS方式、GSM方式又はCDMA2000方式の移動通信システムへの切り替え処理を行うように指示する切り替え指示を受信した後、前記第1無線リンクの同期外れを検出した後、前記所定タイマを停止するように構成されていることを特徴とする移動局。
