Description

The present invention relates to a drainage partition structure for a balcony that prevents drainage when a plant is watered or cleaned with a balcony from flowing out to a balcony that is used exclusively by a neighbor.

In recent years, in reinforced concrete apartment houses with two or more floors, it is common to divide a continuous balcony with a partition plate and share it with residents on the same floor. In that case, the boundary line with the neighbor exclusive use part is often separated by a partition plate that can be broken during evacuation for disaster prevention reasons. Since this partition plate is often open at the lower end, water used in the private-use part of the balcony (for example, water from an air conditioner, water that has been cleaned, etc.) will flow into the private-use part of the neighbor. There was a fear.

As a measure against drainage from the air conditioner, on the surface of the belt-like sticking plate that has the same thickness as the outdoor floor sheet and sticks to the outdoor floor together with the floor sheet, in the material length direction at the center in the width direction A drain drainage channel with a shallow groove is formed, and the drainage drainage hose from the air conditioner is placed along the drainage drainage groove material with the edge joined to the edge of the floor sheet. The thing which prevented is proposed (patent document 1).

The drain drainage groove material is excellent, but because it is a countermeasure against drainage from air conditioners, water is used only for neighbors when watering plants or cleaning the balcony with private balcony. There was a risk of spilling into the use area. As mentioned above, condominiums in recent years often have a continuous balcony separated by a partition plate with the lower end open for each residence, so that the wastewater from the private use part flows into the private use part and is unnecessary. Can cause trouble. However, in spite of such problems, there is currently no prior art for preventing the drainage of the private use part from flowing into the private use part.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-46762

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its solution is a balcony that prevents water used on the balcony of the private use part such as watering plants from flowing out to the private use part of the balcony. It is to provide a drainage partition structure.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the balcony structure according to the present invention is in the vicinity of the boundary line between the private-use dedicated part and the private-use exclusive part in an apartment house in which a continuous balcony is divided by a partition plate for each private-use part of each residence. In addition, a trapezoidal elongate member that is the same as or substantially the same length as the protruding width of the balcony and that has a hollow or lower bottom portion separated from the balcony floor is installed in the protruding width direction of the balcony floor. it is characterized in that the laid floor sheet on the balcony floor on which the elongated member is placed trapezoidal.

In the drainage partition structure of the balcony according to the present invention , the trapezoidal long portion has an upper base side of 10 to 100 mm, a lower base side of 14 mm to 140 mm, and a height of 2 to 30 mm. More preferred.
In apartments, continuous balconies correspond to the common areas of each resident, but usually they are not freely used by anyone, and are dedicated to the owners of the houses connected to the balconies. It is. Here, the part that can be used exclusively by residents is referred to as “exclusive use part”.

The balcony drainage partition structure of the present invention corresponds to a reinforced concrete apartment house in which a continuous balcony is separated by a partition plate for each dedicated use part of each residence, which has been widely seen in recent years. Even when watering plants or cleaning the balcony in the dedicated use part, the trapezoidal shape with the hollow or lower bottom part omitted in the vicinity of the boundary line with the exclusive use part of the neighboring house, that is, the lower end open part of the partition plate Since the long member is installed , the water used on the balcony of the private use portion is blocked by the trapezoidal long member, and there is no fear of flowing out to the private use portion. Further, since the floor sheet is laid on the balcony floor surface provided with the trapezoidal long member, the texture is higher than that of the balcony with the concrete frame exposed, and the sound and impact are alleviated. Moreover, since the long member provided on the balcony floor has a trapezoidal shape, the inclination angle is gentle compared to the rectangular one, and even if a floor sheet is laid from above, it prevents curling and swelling of the floor sheet. be able to. Therefore, even if a floor sheet is laid on the balcony floor surface on which the trapezoidal long member is installed , the long member is not noticeable and the aesthetic appearance is not impaired.
By the way, in an apartment house that has already been constructed, if the trapezoidal long portion is provided integrally with the balcony floor surface, the construction becomes large and expensive, but the present invention is a separate hollow from the balcony floor surface. Or since the trapezoidal elongate member which abbreviate | omitted the lower bottom part is used, it can prevent that waste_water | drain flows out to the balcony of a use part only for a neighbor by cheap and simple construction.

In particular, the drainage partition structure of a balcony having a side of the upper part of the trapezoidal long portion of 10 to 100 mm, a side of the lower base of 14 to 140 mm, and a height of 2 to 30 mm has the trapezoidal shape as described above. If the dimensions are small, the inclination angle of the slope becomes an angle at which the floor sheet can be prevented from curling and bulging to a minimum, and even if the floor sheet is laid, the long portion is less noticeable. In addition, when the height is as described above, drainage can be reliably prevented from flowing out into the balcony of the dedicated part for use next door, and it is difficult to fall over when evacuating through a partition plate in an emergency. .

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a drainage partition structure of a balcony according to a reference embodiment of the present invention shown by cutting a part of the outer wall of the balcony, and FIG. 2 shows a trapezoidal long member used in the drainage partition structure. FIG. 3 is a front view of the elongated member, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view for explaining the construction of the drainage partition structure.

As shown in FIG. 1, the balcony partition structure of the present invention is a second floor that has been frequently seen in recent years, in which a continuous balcony 1 is divided by a partition plate 4 and shared by at least two or more houses. It was conceived to correspond to a reinforced concrete apartment house of more than a building, and the trapezoidal long member 2 (hereinafter simply referred to as the long member 2) shown in FIG. 2 is used as a balcony floor 1a (concrete frame). It is installed in the vicinity of the boundary line L with the neighboring house 10 or the boundary line L, and the floor sheet 3 is laid thereon.

The balcony 1 is a part that protrudes from the building and allows people to enter and exit. The balcony 1 is surrounded by an outer wall 1c as shown in FIG. The installed partition plate 4 separates the balcony B1 for the private use part and the balcony B10 for the neighbor private use part. The partition plate 4 is made of a material that can break through and escape in an emergency such as a fire, and is attached to the building by an attachment portion 4a. When this partition plate 4 is attached to a building, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the lower end thereof is opened to form an open portion OS. The balcony 1 is provided with an outdoor unit 5 of an air conditioner, a planter (not shown) planted with plants, and the like.

The floor 1a of the balcony is gently inclined from the building to the drainage groove 1b, and the drainage from the air conditioner 5 and the like flows into the drainage groove 1b. However, the water drained from the air conditioner drain hose 5a or the water when watering the plants slowly flows and spreads over the surface of the floor sheet 3 laid on the balcony floor 1a. Since it flows into 1b, the surface of the floor sheet 3 may get wet with water over a relatively wide area, and the water may flow out to the balcony B10, which is a dedicated area for use next door. Therefore, the long member 2 described below is installed on the floor 1a of the balcony.

That is, the long member 2 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is a solid isosceles trapezoid in which one side S2 of the lower base 2b formed of a vinyl-based resin such as polyvinyl chloride is longer than one side S1 of the upper base 2a. Its length is formed to be the same as the protruding width of the balcony. The length of the long member 2 is about 10 to 100 mm on one side S1 of the upper base 2a, about 90 to 120 cm in length, and has a height H in consideration of drainage blocking and balance with the balcony 1 area. 2 to 30 mm is preferably used. In addition, the inclination angle θ of the long member 2 slope may be less than 90 °. However, considering the swell and bulge when the floor sheet 3 is laid, the widths S1, S2 and the height H of the long member 2 are taken into consideration. Then, it is preferable to set it to less than 45 degrees. If the widths S1 and S2 of the long member 2 are smaller than the above dimensions, it will be difficult to lay a floor sheet 3 described later, and if it is larger than the above dimensions, it will be too large and disturb when placed on the balcony floor 1a. Also, if the height H is lower than 2 mm, the drainage may flow out to the balcony B10, which is used only for the neighbor. The thing of about 2-30 mm is preferable. The most preferred embodiment is a long member 2 having a side S1 of the upper base 2a of about 60 to 80 mm, a side S2 of the lower base 2b of about 80 to 120 mm, a height H of 2 to 10 mm, and an inclination angle θ of about 30 °. It is.

If the elongate member 2 is an isosceles trapezoid having the above dimensions, even if a floor sheet 3 to be described later is laid, the angle of the bent portion of the floor sheet 3 (from the balcony floor surface 1a to the elongate member 2). The floor sheet 3 is bent as compared with a rectangular member having an inclination angle θ of 90 ° because the angle at which it bends along the slope and the angle at which it bends along the upper base 2a is gentle. And bulges can be minimized. Therefore, the long part 2 installed on the floor 1a of the balcony is not conspicuous and the aesthetic appearance is not impaired.
The long member 2 of the present embodiment is formed of a polyvinyl chloride resin, but is not particularly limited to the polyvinyl chloride resin, and may be an olefin resin such as polyethylene / polypropylene or the like. The known hard synthetic resin and soft synthetic resin may be molded, or may be made of metal. About the method of forming this elongate member 2, it can shape | mold using well-known methods, such as extrusion molding, injection molding, cast molding, press molding, continuous brace molding.

Further, instead of the solid long member 2, a hollow long member 20 having a hollow shape as shown in FIG. 6 may be installed on the boundary line L, or as shown in FIG. You may install the trapezoidal elongate member 21 which abbreviate | omitted the lower bottom part 2b in the boundary line L. FIG. In this case, since strength is required, it is preferable to mold with a hard synthetic resin (PVC or the like) or metal.
Thus, in the case of a long member in which the hollow shape and the lower bottom portion are omitted, it is desirable to reinforce by providing ribs in the hollow cavity and in the trapezoidal lower part.

On the other hand, the floor sheet 3 laid on the balcony floor surface 1a on which the long member 2 is installed has a thickness of about 2 mm formed by extrusion molding or the like with a vinyl-based resin such as polyvinyl chloride having excellent anti-slip performance. The width is about 90 to 120 cm, which is equal to the width of the floor 1a of the balcony to be laid, and is at least the length of the balconies B1 and B10 of the private use part and the private use part. It is preferable to provide. When such a floor sheet 3 having excellent anti-slip performance is laid, not only is it difficult to slip, but it also has a high texture and functions to alleviate sound and impact.
The material of the floor sheet 3 is not limited to the polyvinyl chloride resin, and may be molded from an olefin resin such as polyethylene / polypropylene.

Next, a drainage partition structure for a balcony using the long member 2 and the floor sheet 3 having the above-described configuration will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the long member 2 described above is formed on the boundary line L between the private use portion B1 and the private use portion B10 of the balcony floor surface 1a, that is, on the open portion OS at the lower end of the partition plate 4. Is installed. As shown in FIG. 5, the long member 2 is installed over the entire area of the drainage groove 1b from the building, and a double-sided tape (not shown) is attached to the back surface of the long member 2, and the other side of the double-sided tape is attached. Is attached to the floor 1a of the balcony.
In the case of newly constructing a housing complex, when the balcony 1 is formed, the balcony floor surface 1a and the trapezoidal long portion 2 may be integrally formed in advance.
Needless to say, a known adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive may be used in place of the double-sided tape, or it may be merely in contact with the floor 1a of the balcony without using an adhesive or the like.

When the installation of the elongated member 2 is finished on the balcony floor surface 1a as described above, an adhesive is then applied to the balcony floor surface 1a, and the floor sheet 3 is laid on the balcony floor surface 1a. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the floor sheet 3 is not laid to the full width of the balcony floor surface 1a, but a slight floor sheet of about 2 to 5 mm is provided between the floor sheet 3 and the drainage groove 1b of the balcony. It is preferable to lay so that the non-laying part C is formed.

When the laying operation of the floor sheet 3 is finished, as shown in FIG. 5, the caulking material and the adhesive are piled up on the floor sheet 3 and the floor sheet non-laying portion C of the drainage groove 1b, and the end is finished. At this time, since the end portion of the long member 2 is installed up to the drainage groove 1b, both the slopes of the long member 2 and the upper bottom 2a and the floor sheet 3 are joined together by caulking material or adhesive.

Thus, when the floor sheet non-laying portion C is provided between the floor sheet 3 and the drainage groove 1b and the end is finished with a caulking material or the like, the end of the floor sheet 3 is rolled up or displaced due to being firmly joined. In addition, it is possible to prevent water from entering between the floor sheet 3 and the elongated member 2 and between the floor sheet 3 and the concrete frame (balcony floor surface 1a).
In addition, the joint which arises in the junction end of a building member may be located on the boundary line L of private use part B1 and private use part B10. In such a case, if the elongate member 2 is installed on the balcony floor surface 1a as described above, a gap may be generated and water may enter. Therefore, before installing the long member 2 on the balcony floor surface 1a, a waterproof band is laid on the joint, and after the long member 2 is installed thereon, the floor sheet 3 is laid, It is preferable to adhere both end portions and the back surface of the floor sheet 3.

In the balcony drainage partition structure of the present invention as described above, the long member 2 is installed on the boundary line L between the balcony B1 of the private use part and the balcony B10 of the private use part, and the floor sheet 3 is laid thereon. With this simple construction, the water used on the private balcony B1 (for example, watering plants, cleaning water, draining from the air conditioner 4) wets the surface of the floor sheet 3 over a wide area. Even if it is likely to flow out to the balcony B10, which is used for the neighbor, it is blocked by the long member 2, so that gardening or the like can be enjoyed on the balcony 1 without worrying about unnecessary trouble. Moreover, since the long member 2 installed on the balcony floor 1a has a trapezoidal shape, the inclination angle θ is gentler than that of the rectangular one, and even if the floor sheet 3 is laid on the elongated member 2, it does not sag or bulge. Can be minimized. Therefore, even if the floor sheet 3 is laid, the long portion is not conspicuous and the texture is high, so that the aesthetic appearance of the building is not impaired, and sound and impact are alleviated.
