Description
Claims (22)
- 針を通過させるためのスルーホールを具備した表面を有する、患者に薬剤を注入する注入装置において、
前記表面への人間の皮膚の接近又は接触を検出する容量性近接センサを更に有し、
前記容量性近接センサは電極を有し、前記電極の一側部は、前記スルーホールに隣接し、かつ前記スルーホールの外形の一部に沿った窪んだ形状を有している、
ことを特徴とする注入装置。 - 前記センサによる検出が行われた際にのみ薬剤の注入を許容する制御ユニットを更に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の注入装置。
- 前記装置内の退却位置と、前記針が前記スルーホールから突出する動作位置の間において前記針を移動させるメカニズムを更に有しており、前記制御ユニットは、前記センサによる検出が実行された際にのみ前記メカニズムが前記針を前記退却位置から前記動作位置に移動させることを許容していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の注入装置。
- 前記容量性近接センサは、前記表面上における単なる指の接触が検出されないように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の中のいずれか一項記載の注入装置。
- 前記容量性近接センサは、乾燥した衣服を実質的に検出しないように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の中のいずれか一項記載の注入装置。
- 前記容量性近接センサは、乾燥した綿及び乾燥した皮のいずれをも実質的に検出しないように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の中のいずれか一項記載の注入装置。
- 前記容量性近接センサは、木材、プラスチック、金属、セラミック、及びガラスのいずれをも実質的に検出しないように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の中のいずれか一項記載の注入装置。
- 前記表面と人間の皮膚との接触を許容しつつ、前記表面と硬い表面との接触を防止するべく、前記表面上に足部が提供されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の中のいずれか一項記載の注入装置。
- 前記容量性近接センサは、前記電極によって構成される第1電極と、前記第1電極との間に容量を定義している第2電極と、前記センサに対する人間の皮膚の接近に起因した前記容量における変化を検出する手段と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8の中のいずれか一項記載の注入装置。
- 前記第1及び第2電極は、実質的に同一平面上に位置しており、且つ、前記表面に平行なプレーン内に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の注入装置。
- 前記第1及び第2電極は、絶縁要素の内部表面上に配設されており、前記絶縁要素は、前記スルーホールを具備した前記表面の少なくとも一部を定義する外部表面を具備していることを特徴とする請求項10記載の注入装置。
- 前記第1電極は、少なくとも部分的に前記第2電極を取り囲んでいることを特徴とする請求項9〜11の中のいずれか一項記載の注入装置。
- 前記第2電極は、細長い形状を具備していることを特徴とする請求項12記載の注入装置。
- 前記第2電極は、前記第1電極によって定義されたU字形の凹部内に配設されており、且つ、前記U字形の凹部によって形成された前記第1電極の脚部に実質的に平行であることを特徴とする請求項13記載の注入装置。
- 前記脚部の幅と、前記U字形の凹部の底部と前記底部の反対側の前記第1電極の側部の間の距離は、前記第2電極の幅を上回っていることを特徴とする請求項14記載の注入装置。
- 前記第1及び第2電極の間の横方向のギャップは、前記第2電極の幅を下回っていることを特徴とする請求項13〜15の中のいずれか一項記載の注入装置。
- 前記第1電極は、前記第2電極よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項12〜16の中のいずれか一項記載の注入装置。
- 前記容量における変化を検出する前記手段は、周期的な信号を前記第1電極に供給する第1電子回路を有することを特徴とする請求項9〜17の中のいずれか一項記載の注入装置。
- 前記第1電子回路は、前記第1電極に接続された出力、トリガ入力、及び閾値入力を具備したタイマ回路であり、前記トリガ及び閾値入力は、いずれも、前記第2電極に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項18記載の注入装置。
- 前記周期的な信号の周波数は、前記容量に依存しており、前記容量における変化を検出する前記手段は、前記センサに対する人間の皮膚の接近に起因した前記周波数における変化を検出する第2電子回路を更に有することを特徴とする請求項18又は19記載の注入装置。
- 前記第1及び第2電極によって生成された電界を既定のエリアに制限する補償電極を更に有することを特徴とする請求項9〜20の中のいずれか一項記載の注入装置。
- 前記補償電極は、前記第1及び第2電極によって定義されたプレーンに平行なプレーン内に配設されており、前記第2電極に接続されており、且つ、前記第1電極の外形に実質的に対応した形状を具備していることを特徴とする請求項21記載の注入装置。
