Description
−第1の支持体上での重力によりガラス要素を曲げさせそれに第1の中央降下を与えることを含む第1のステップ;次に
−第2の支持体上での重力によりガラス要素の曲げを継続し、前記第2の支持体とガラス要素の周囲全体が接触するまで第1のものよりも更に顕著な第2の中央降下をこの要素に与えるステップであって、ここで該ガラス要素は周囲全体の接触の後にその中央部分が沈下し続けることができるようにするのに充分な温度にある、第2のステップ;次に
−重力によりガラス要素の曲げを継続し、周囲がつねに前記第2の支持体と接触している状態で、第2のものよりも更に顕著な第3の中央降下をそれに与える第3のステップ;次に
−ガラス要素の降下を冷却により停止させそれに所望の最終形状を与える第4のステップ。
このデバイスには、2つの曲げ用支持体すなわち第1の支持体SP1及びすべて最終曲げ形状を提供する第2の支持体SP2が含まれている。後者は、ここでは2つの半支持体1及び2で構成されており、この2つの対称な部分1及び2は互いにヒンジ3により結合されている。第1の支持体及び最終支持体を形成する2つの半支持体1及び2は、支持体SP1が第1の曲げステップ中により高いレベルに位置づけされるような形で配置されている。かくして、この位置で、第1の支持体SP1上に設置されたガラスシートは半支持体1及び2と接触しない。曲げ用炉(図示せず)の中には、第1の支持体SP1から第2の支持体SP2まで移送するべく、ブランクの形状に予め曲げされたガラスシート用の移送ステーションが具備されている。2つの半支持体1及び2は同時に上向きに傾動し、この時点でそれらはSP1から引き継いでガラス要素を支持する。最終的支持体SP2の作業位置において、ガラス要素はSP2上に載り、もはやSP1と接触していない。
Claims (16)
- 以下のステップを含む、ガラス要素曲げプロセス:
−第1の支持体上での重力によりガラス要素を曲げさせ、それに第1の中央降下(effondrement)を与えることを含む第1のステップ;次に
−第2の支持体上での重力によりガラス要素の曲げを継続し、前記第2の支持体とガラス要素の周囲全体が接触するまで第1のものよりも更に顕著な第2の中央降下をこの要素に与えるステップであって;該ガラス要素は、周囲全体の接触の後にその中央部分が沈下し続けることができるように充分な温度にある、第2のステップ;次に
−重力によりガラス要素の曲げを継続し、周囲がつねに前記第2の支持体と接触している状態で、第2のものよりも更に顕著な第3の中央降下をそれに与える第3のステップ;次に
−ガラス要素の降下を冷却により停止させ、それに所望の最終形状を与える第4のステップ;を含むプロセスであって;
第1の支持体が周辺(peripheral)支持体SP1を含み、第2の支持体が周辺支持体SP2を含み、SP2が少なくとも部分的にSP1のものよりも大きい凹部(concavity)を有していることを特徴とするプロセス。 - 支持体SP2が、全ての場所でSP1のものよりも大きい凹部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- SP2及びSP1が完全に(totalement)異なるものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 第1の支持体が内部支持体SIを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- SIがSP1と同じ高さにあるか又はSP1より最大で10mm下にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 第1ステップの間に、ガラス要素が最初にSP1と接触し、その後一定の降下の後SIと接触することを特徴とする請求項4又は5のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 内部支持体SIが局所的にかつ瞬間的に、同じ場所でガラス要素の最終凹部と逆の凹部を誘発することを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 内部的支持体が冷却前に離れるように移動させられることを特徴とする請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 内部支持体が、第1ステップの後もはやガラス要素と接触していないことを特徴とする請求項4〜8のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 内部支持体がガラス要素の最も近い縁部から10cmを超えて離れたところでガラス要素と接触しないことを特徴とする請求項4〜9のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 内部支持体がその長さの少なくとも一部分についてガラス要素の縁部から5cm〜10cmの間のゾーン内で介入する(intervene)ことを特徴とする請求項4〜10のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 内部的支持体が骨組みであることを特徴とする請求項4〜11のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 周辺支持体全体が骨組みであることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 中央降下が第2ステップの終了後1〜10mmだけ増大することを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 最終ガラス要素がその主要表面の各々の上で、その全ての箇所で同じタイプの曲率を示すことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載のプロセスにより得ることのできるガラス要素。
