Description
The present invention relates to a hydrogen storage tank containing a hydrogen adsorbent molded body that adsorbs or occludes hydrogen gas.
In recent years, a fuel cell vehicle equipped with a fuel cell has attracted attention due to the growing interest in environmental protection. This is because the fuel cell vehicle uses the fuel cell as a travel drive source, so there is no need to burn gasoline or light oil, and therefore no hydrocarbon gas, NOx, SOx, etc. are discharged.
When operating the fuel cell, it is necessary to supply a fuel gas, for example, hydrogen gas. For this reason, a hydrogen storage tank is attached to the fuel cell. As the amount of hydrogen stored in the hydrogen storage tank increases, the operation time of the fuel cell can be extended. Therefore, various studies have been made on the construction of a hydrogen storage tank by containing a hydrogen adsorbent in the container. In this case, since the hydrogen adsorbent adsorbs and holds hydrogen, more hydrogen can be stored as compared with the case where the hydrogen adsorbent is not accommodated.
Recently, as this type of hydrogen adsorbent, a metal-organic framework has attracted particular attention (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The metal-organic skeleton structure is a kind of a complex in which a metal atom or a metal ion is coordinated so that an organic molecule or an organic ion surrounds it, and a stable porous skeleton even in the absence of a guest molecule. Maintain structure. Hydrogen gas is adsorbed in the porous skeleton structure.
As described in Patent Document 2, the metal-organic skeleton structure is brought into contact with a base material, and is compressed into a pellet, for example, and used as a hydrogen adsorbent.
Heat generation occurs when the hydrogen adsorbent adsorbs or occludes hydrogen gas, but it has been pointed out that the hydrogen gas adsorption rate of the hydrogen adsorbent decreases with this heat generation.
When such a situation occurs, it takes a long time to fill the hydrogen storage tank with hydrogen gas, and the amount of filling is reduced. In some cases, there is a concern that the adsorption rate and the desorption rate are in equilibrium.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and can quickly dissipate the heat generated by adsorption or occlusion, thereby preventing a decrease in the hydrogen gas adsorption rate. It aims at providing the hydrogen storage tank which accommodated the adsorbent molded object .
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a hydrogen adsorbent molded body comprising a hydrogen adsorbent capable of adsorbing or occluding hydrogen,
It further includes a high thermal conductivity component having a thermal conductivity higher than that of the hydrogen adsorbent.
The heat generated as the hydrogen adsorbent adsorbs or occludes hydrogen gas is quickly transferred to the adjacent hydrogen adsorbent shaped body through the high thermal conductivity component. This heat is finally transferred to the outer wall of the hydrogen storage tank, so that heat is released to the atmosphere.
That is, according to the present invention, by forming a molded body containing a high thermal conductivity component, the heat generated by the hydrogen adsorbent can be quickly transmitted outside the system. For this reason, it becomes easy to keep the hydrogen adsorbing material at a low temperature, and eventually it is possible to avoid a decrease in the hydrogen gas adsorption rate.
Preferable examples of the hydrogen adsorbent molded body include a composite molded body in which a mixed powder of the hydrogen adsorbent powder and the high thermal conductivity component powder is molded. Or the molded object of a hydrogen adsorbent and the sheet | seat body of a high thermal conductivity component may be joined.
Further, the present invention is a hydrogen storage tank containing a hydrogen adsorbent molded body containing a hydrogen adsorbent that adsorbs or occludes hydrogen gas,
Interposed between the inner wall of the hydrogen storage tank and the hydrogen adsorbent molded body, abutting on the inner wall and the hydrogen adsorbent molded body, for transferring heat from the hydrogen adsorbent molded body to the inner wall It has a heat transfer member.
By adopting such a configuration, even when the hydrogen adsorbent generates heat, it becomes easy to transfer the heat to the outer wall of the hydrogen storage tank, and as a result, heat dissipation to the atmosphere is quickly performed. Therefore, it becomes easy to keep the hydrogen adsorbent at a low temperature, and the hydrogen gas adsorption speed of the hydrogen adsorbent can be maintained.
The hydrogen storage tank is preferably provided with a tube for circulating a cooling medium. By causing the cooling medium to flow through the tube, the heat from the hydrogen adsorbent is quickly transmitted to the cooling medium. Since this cooling medium is led out of the system of the hydrogen storage tank, heat dissipation from the hydrogen adsorbent is further facilitated. Eventually, it becomes easier to maintain the hydrogen gas adsorption rate of the hydrogen adsorbent.
Here, it is preferable that the dimensions of the hydrogen adsorbent molded bodies accommodated in the hydrogen storage tank are different from each other. In this case, a small-sized hydrogen adsorbent molded body can enter between the large-sized hydrogen adsorbent molded bodies, and eventually the filling amount of the hydrogen adsorbent molded body increases. Therefore, the hydrogen gas adsorption amount can be increased.
As the hydrogen adsorbent molded body to be accommodated, the above-described molded body, that is, a molded body further including a high thermal conductivity component having a thermal conductivity larger than that of the hydrogen adsorbent is suitable. In this case, since the heat transfer rate can be further increased, it is easier to keep the hydrogen adsorbent at a low temperature.
According to the present invention, since the molded body is made so as to include a component having a high thermal conductivity higher than that of the hydrogen adsorbent, the hydrogen adsorbent adsorbs or occludes hydrogen gas. The generated heat can be quickly transmitted.
Alternatively, a member that contacts both the hydrogen adsorbent and the inner wall of the hydrogen storage tank is provided inside the hydrogen storage tank. In this case as well, the hydrogen adsorbent adsorbs or occludes hydrogen gas. It is possible to quickly transmit the heat generated therewith.
That is, according to the present invention, it is easy to keep the hydrogen adsorbing material at a low temperature, and eventually it is possible to avoid a decrease in the hydrogen gas adsorption rate.
Hereinafter, the hydrogen adsorbent molded body according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings by giving preferred embodiments in relation to the hydrogen storage tank containing the molded article.

Next, the hydrogen adsorbent molded body accommodated in each

The high thermal conductivity component may be a

Alternatively, the hydrogen adsorbent powder may be pre-compressed into a desired shape, and the resulting molded
The hydrogen adsorbent used for producing the hydrogen adsorbent molded
具体的には、[M2(4,4’−ビピリジン)3(NO3)4](ただし、MはCo、Ni、Znのいずれか)、[M2(1,4−ベンゼンジカルボキシレートアニオン)2](ただし、MはCu、Znのいずれか)、[Fe2(トランス−4,4’−アゾピリジン)4(NCS)4]等が例示される。 Among these, preferred examples of the complex include a metal-organic skeleton structure in which a metal atom or metal ion is surrounded by an organic molecule or organic ion and coordinated. Specifically, [M 2 (4,4′-bipyridine) 3 (NO 3 ) 4 ] (wherein M is any one of Co, Ni and Zn), [M 2 (1,4-benzenedicarboxylate) Anion) 2 ] (wherein M is either Cu or Zn), [Fe 2 (trans-4,4′-azopyridine) 4 (NCS) 4 ] and the like.
又は、その一般式がM4O(芳香族ジカルボキシレートアニオン)3で表されるものであってもよい。 Alternatively, the general formula may be M 4 O (aromatic dicarboxylate anion) 3 . Preferable examples of M include Zn, Mg, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Al, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, and Pt. Further, instead of the aromatic dicarboxylate anion, the aromatic dicarboxylate anion is composed of an aromatic dicarboxylate anion derivative in which at least one of H present in the aromatic ring of the aromatic dicarboxylate anion is substituted with a functional group. Also good.
Preferable examples of the aromatic dicarboxylate anion or a derivative thereof include 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate anion, 2-bromo-1,4-benzenedicarboxylate anion, 2-amino-1,4-benzenedi Carboxylate anion, 2,5-propyl-1,4-benzenedicarboxylate anion, 2,5-pentyl-1,4-benzenedicarboxylate anion, cyclobutene-1,4-benzenedicarboxylate anion, 1, 4-naphthalenedicarboxylate anion, 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate anion, 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate anion, 4,5,9,10-tetrahydropyrene-2,7-dicarboxylate anion, pyrene -2,7-dicarboxylate anion, 4, "-. Terphenyl dicarboxylate anion, etc. Each structural formula is as follows.
On the other hand, the high thermal conductivity component is not particularly limited as long as it has a higher thermal conductivity than the material used as the hydrogen adsorbent, and suitable examples include Cu, 88.5% Cu. Cu alloys such as -10% Ni-1.5% Fe, 90.5% Cu-7% Al-2.5% Fe, 69.3% Cu-30% Ni-0.7% Fe, Al, 99 So-called 1000 series Al alloys (JIS) such as% Al-0.5% Fe-0.5% Si, 99.5% Al-0.3% Fe-0.2% Si, 95.5% Al-4 Al alloy such as 5% Cu is mentioned. Each number is% by mass.
The above-described substances have a larger heat capacity than the above-mentioned various hydrogen adsorbents including graphite. For this reason, when the hydrogen adsorbent generates heat, the heat is quickly absorbed. Therefore, since the heat from the hydrogen adsorbent is transferred, the hydrogen adsorbent is prevented from reaching a high temperature.
In the present embodiment, any one or more of the hydrogen adsorbent molded
The
When the hydrogen gas is filled into the
As the hydrogen adsorbent in the hydrogen adsorbent shaped
The heat transmitted to the
That is, in the present embodiment, the hydrogen adsorbent molded
Moreover, in the present embodiment, the hydrogen adsorbent molded
Further, as described above, a cooling medium such as water is circulated in the hollow
Thus, the heat of the hydrogen adsorbent molded
水素吸着材として、粉末状のZn4O(2,6−ナフタレンジカルボキシレートアニオン)3を合成した。 As a hydrogen adsorbent, powdery Zn 4 O (2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate anion) 3 was synthesized. That is, 1.2 g of 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid and 11 g of Zn (NO 3 ) 2 .4H 2 O were dissolved in 1000 ml of DEF in a closed container. This solution was kept in a sealed container at 95 ° C. for 20 hours to proceed the reaction.
The reaction product was separated from DEF by filtration, and the filtration residue was washed with DEF to obtain Zn 4 O (2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate anion) 3 · (DEF) 6 .
そして、真空引きでCHCl3を除去し、Zn4O(2,6−ナフタレンジカルボキシレートアニオン)3とした。 Furthermore, this product was immersed in chloroform (CHCl 3 ) at room temperature for 24 hours, and DEF, which is a guest molecule of Zn 4 O (2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate anion) 3. (DEF) 6 , was added to CHCl 3 . Replaced. Then, CHCl 3 was removed by evacuation to obtain Zn 4 O (2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate anion) 3 .
以上の操作を個別に繰り返し行い、合計で110gの粉末状Zn4O(2,6−ナフタレンジカルボキシレートアニオン)3を得た。 The above operation was repeated individually to obtain a total of 110 g of powdery Zn 4 O (2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate anion) 3 .
This powdery Zn 4 O (2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate anion) 3 is weighed appropriately and compression molded under the conditions of a temperature of 20 ° C., a pressure of 20 MPa, and a press time of 30 seconds, and a cylinder having a diameter of 5 mm and a thickness of 3 mm. A plurality of body shape molded bodies were produced.
On the other hand, a plurality of circular sheets having a diameter of 4 mm were cut out from a sheet material made of 1000 series aluminum alloy (99.5% Al-0.3% Fe-0.2% Si) having a thickness of 0.3 mm. One cylindrical shaped molded body was laminated on each circular sheet, the laminated body was covered with a nylon sheet, and CIP molding was performed under conditions of a temperature of 15 ° C., a pressure of 2000 MPa, and 600 seconds. Thus, a laminated molded body (hydrogen adsorbent molded body 40) shown in FIG. 4 having a diameter of 4 mm and a thickness of 2.8 mm was obtained.
Separately from the above work, a
Next, a hydrogen gas storage
In the hydrogen gas storage
The
On the other hand, a
In order to remove the gas in
Next, the
Thereafter, the
The released hydrogen gas is reduced in pressure to 0.1 MPa by the
The amount of hydrogen gas released determined as described above was 7377 ml at 20 ° C.
比較のため、水素貯蔵タンク10に粉末状Zn4O(2,6−ナフタレンジカルボキシレートアニオン)3を収容した。粉末状Zn4O(2,6−ナフタレンジカルボキシレートアニオン)3は嵩密度が大きく、このため、収容量は25gであった。
For comparison, powdered Zn 4 O (2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate anion) 3 was accommodated in the
Thereafter, in accordance with the above operation, when the
Further, when an operation for releasing hydrogen gas was performed in the same manner as described above, the amount of hydrogen gas released was 6415 ml at 20 ° C.
