Claims (6)
- 圧縮機側部位(1)とタービン側部位(3)を備え、その両部位にそれぞれ複数の個々のロータ部分(6)が設けられ、これらのロータ部分(6)が少なくとも1本の連結棒(4)によって相互に押し合わされロータ単一体(2)の形に集合結合され、各ロータ部分(6)が連結棒(4)のためにそれぞれロータ(2)の軸方向に延びる連結棒貫通孔を有し、この連結棒貫通孔を通して少なくとも1本の連結棒(4)がそれぞれのロータ部分(6)から空間を隔てて延びているガスタービンのロータ(2)であって、
ロータ(2)のタービン側部位と圧縮機側部位との間に、支持輪(14)として連結棒(4)を半径方向に支持する少なくとも1つの他のロータ部分(6)が配置されており、前記支持輪(14)がその両側に隣接して配置されたロータ部分(6)にそれぞれハース歯(18)によって結合されており、かつ、前記支持輪(14)が冷却材貫流用の複数の開口(12)を備えており、さらに、ロータ(2)のタービン側部位に最も近く配置された圧縮機側ロータ部分(6)と圧縮機側部位に最も近く配置されたタービン側ロータ部分(6)との間に、少なくとも2つの管部分(11a、11b)から成る中間中空軸(11)が配置され、その両管部分(11a、11b)間に支持輪(14)が配置されていることを特徴とするガスタービンのロータ。 - 支持輪(14)が連結棒(4)に摩擦結合またはかみ合い結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータ。
- 支持輪(14)が連結棒(4)との結合側に球面形状を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のロータ。
- 支持輪(14)が連結棒(4)上に焼きばめられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のロータ。
- タービン側ロータ部分(6)または圧縮機側ロータ部分(6)がタービン円板で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のロータ。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のロータ(2)を備えていることを特徴とする熱流体機械。
