特開平6−78951号公報は、縦方向に前後胴周り域およびそれら胴周り域の間に位置する股下域を有するアウターカバーと、アウターカバーの内側に位置して股下域から前後胴周り域へ向かって延びる吸液性インナーパッドとから構成され、インナーパッドの中央部がアウターカバーの股下域に固着された使い捨ておむつを開示している。

アウターカバーは、肌当接側に位置する透液性表面シートと、肌非当接側に位置する不透液性裏面シートと、それらシートの間に介在する吸液性コアとから形成されている。アウターカバーの後胴周り域を縦方向に延びる胴周り側部には、横方向外方へ延びるテープファスナが取り付けられている。インナーパッドは、肌当接側に位置する透液性表面シートと、肌非当接側に位置する不透液性裏面シートと、それらシートの間に介在する吸液性コアとから形成されている。このおむつを着用するには、後胴周り域の胴周り側部を前胴周り域の胴周り側部の外側に重ね合わせ、テープファスナの自由端部を前胴周り域の外面に止着し、アウターカバーの前後胴周り域を連結する。前後胴周り域が連結されたおむつには、胴周り開口とその下方に一対の脚周り開口とが形成される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記公報に開示のおむつでは、その着用中にアウターカバーが着用者の胴部からずれ下がると、それにともなってインナーパッドもずれ下がるので、インナーパッドが着用者の股間部から下方へ離れてしまう。このおむつでは、インナーパッドが着用者の股間部から離れると、インナーパッドが***物を吸収することができず、***物が股下域から漏れてしまう場合がある。

本発明の課題は、アウターカバーが着用者の胴部からずれ下がったとしても、着用者の股間部に対するインナーパッドの密着状態を維持することができ、股下域からの***物の漏れを防ぐことができる使い捨ておむつを提供することにある。
