An apparatus and method for assembling / disassembling a steel tower is disclosed in Patent Document 1. This apparatus attaches a pedestal to a steel tower, removes it after assembly, and sequentially moves the pedestal above the steel tower. However, in the apparatus of Patent Document 1, it is troublesome to attach and remove the pedestal to the steel tower, and it is difficult to perform the operation quickly.
The present invention takes the above-mentioned prior art into consideration, and an object thereof is to provide a steel tower assembly / disassembly derrick that can be quickly assembled and quickly removed in a steel tower assembly operation, and a method for removing the same. To do.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a cylindrical mast, a rod-like boom having one end rotatably attached to the mast in the circumferential direction, and the outside of the mast are inserted. A ring-shaped mast guide that is possible, and a mast base that is provided at the lower end of the mast and continuously protrudes from the outer peripheral side of the mast, and the boom is attached to the mast via a turning member. The mast is cut at the position of the swivel member, the upper mast is rotatable together with the swivel member, and the boom tip is provided with a hook via a lifting wire rope, and the lifting wire rope is The hook is passed through the guide roller provided on the upper side of the swivel member and is passed into the mast, and the lifting wire rope is operated from the lower side of the mast. It is movable up and down, and one end portion of the undulation wire is attached in the vicinity of the boom tip. The undulation wire passes through the undulation wire pulley provided at the upper end of the mast, and the other end portion of the undulation wire is the mast wire. The boom can be rotated about a fixed end portion of the boom with respect to the mast by adjusting the length of the hoisting wire, and the mast guide can be rotated. The mast base is connected to a fixing rope for fixing to the main material of the tower, and the mast base is connected to a lifting tool fixed to the main material of the tower and capable of being rolled up, A derrick for steel tower assembly and dismantling is provided, characterized by two mast guides.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the boom is formed by symmetrically stacking two plate members having stepped portions, and the pivot member is sandwiched by a base end portion that is an end portion on the wide side of the boom. The length between the step portion and the base end portion is substantially the same as the length between the boom fixing position and the upper end of the mast.
Furthermore, in the invention of
According to the invention of claim 1, since the mast guide and the mast base can be fixed to the main material of the steel tower with the fixed rope, the mast can be securely held in the air in the steel tower without the shaft being shaken. . Therefore, it is possible to work safely when assembling the steel tower by operating the boom on the upper side of the mast. After assembling the steel tower to some extent, remove one of the mast guide or mast base and move it upward. The whole moves upward. At this time, since the two mast guides are provided, the mast is always fixed and held on the steel tower by the mast guide. Therefore, the mast can be moved upward while the mast is stably held. Also, when raising the mast guide, the mast is stably held on the steel tower by the other mast guide and mast base.
Moreover, the fixed end with respect to the mast of a boom is attached rotatably with respect to the circumferential direction of a mast via a turning member. The mast is cut at the position of the turning member, and the upper mast rotates together with the turning member. Further, the lifting wire rope passes through the guide roller and the mast. The guide roller is provided on the upper mast because it is provided above the revolving member. For this reason, even if the boom is rotated in the circumferential direction of the mast, the lifting wire rope is not twisted and caught, and a smooth rotating operation can be performed. Moreover, since the lifting wire rope is inserted into the mast, the lifting operation of the hook at the tip of the boom can be performed by inserting and removing the lifting wire rope from the lower side of the mast. Therefore, this can be done by connecting the lifting wire rope to the winch or the like on the lower side of the mast, which facilitates the work and improves the workability.
Also, one end of the undulation wire is attached near the tip of the boom, and the other end is attached to the mast so as to be rotatable. For this reason, even when the boom is rotated during the steel tower assembly, the other end of the undulation wire rotates following this. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the undulating wire from being wound around the mast, and to efficiently and quickly perform the steel tower assembly work.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the distance between the stepped portion and the base end portion is substantially the same as the length between the boom fixing position with respect to the mast and the upper end of the mast. When woken up, the mast can be stored in a wide space between the plates. Therefore, when the boom is raised and lowered to the maximum, the boom and the mast can be formed in a substantially straight line, and the position of the center of gravity as the whole derrick can be aligned. Therefore, stability when the whole derrick is suspended in this state is improved, and handling is improved.
According to
The present invention is a steel tower assembly / disassembly derrick that can be quickly assembled in a steel tower assembly operation, and a method for removing the same.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a derrick for steel tower assembly / disassembly according to the present invention.
As illustrated, a derrick 1 for assembling and dismantling a steel tower according to the present invention includes a
The
A hook 7 is provided at the tip of the
As described above, when the
One end of the
A lever block (manual wire rope winding device) 15 is attached near the other end of the undulating

FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the boom.
As illustrated, the

FIG. 3 is an AA end view of FIG.
As shown to (A), the mast guide 4 is fixed with the fixed
As shown in (B), the connecting

4 and 5 are schematic views sequentially showing the mast raising operation.
Assume that the
Next, the fixing of the
As shown, two mast guides are provided (mast guides 4 and 5). Accordingly, when the
6-8 is the schematic which shows in order the removal method of the derrick for steel tower assembly and demolition concerning this invention. FIG. 9 is an enlarged schematic view around the tower top of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 6, after assembling the
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the mast guides 4, 5 and the fixing
As described above, when a steel tower is assembled with the steel tower assembly / disassembly derrick according to the present invention and further removed by the above method, the work can be performed in a state where all the members related to the work are contained in the steel tower. Therefore, it can be efficiently applied when assembling or dismantling a steel tower in a confined area.
