Description
・弁体内または弁の遮断部上での溝が閉じた嵌合、
・溝の側壁とぶつかり合う側部リップによって保証される封止機能、
・溝の肩に載っており、リップの漏れ止めに欠陥があることが判明した場合溝の奥部で全圧力に耐えることができる側部ローブによって保証される、押出し抵抗機能が保証される。
・2つのローブ7およびリップ8を有し、溝内の確実なフック締結およびこの同じ溝内の弁座の静的な漏れ止めを保証する、銛形の「静止」部分A。断面図では、ローブ7は、(弁座の対称面の進路である)軸XX’に垂直な面11を介して直接くびれ部14に続く。これに軸XX’とほぼ平行な切頭面12が続き、軸XX’に対して傾斜し面12から軸XX’へと接近する面13がそれに続く。リップ8についても同様であるが、リップ8は切頭面をもたない。
Claims (7)
- 円筒形の管状弁体(1)と、ディスク形状のバタフライ(2)であって、前記バタフライ(2)の平面に対してずれ、かつその平面と平行な軸(3)に対して回転するように取り付けられたバタフライ(2)と、リング形状の単一片である弁座(5)であって、該弁座(5)が前記弁体(1)の内面および前記バタフライ(2)の縁部のいずれか一方上にある閉じた環状の溝(6)すなわちめくら穴に挿入され、それらのうち他方が、前記弁の閉位置でシール支持面(10)によって前記弁座(5)と接触し、また、開位置でそれから離れ、2つの互いに対称の突出した側部を備えた弁座(5)と、を備え、
各突出部分が、封止リップ(8)の形態に構成され、その先細の自由縁部が、前記溝(6)の側壁との接触によって前記溝(6)の内側の方へと押し戻され、前記溝(6)の奥部に向かう方向とは逆方向に向けられることを特徴とする弁。 - 前記弁座が、互いに対称な2つの側部の突出部(7)を備え、前記溝(6)の奥部と前記リップ(8)の間の間隔が、前記溝(6)の奥部と前記突出部(7)の間の間隔よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁。
- 各突出部(7)が、ある面に沿って、前記溝(6)の側壁と接触することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弁。
- 前記溝(6)が、2つの互いに対称な、特にT字形の肩を備え、前記突出部(7)の、前記溝(6)の前記奥部から離れた面が、前記肩と接触することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の弁。
- 前記弁座が、V字形のスロット(30)を備え、その先端が、前記溝(6)の前記奥部へと向けられ、複数のV字形の弾性クリップ(32)が、前記スロット内に収容されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の弁。
- 前記V字形スロットの前記分岐部(31)の想像延長部が、前記肩と交わることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の弁。
- 前記弁座が、円筒状の内面(18)および2つの互いに対称の膨らみ(34)を有し、膨らみと前記円筒状内面の間の間隔が、前記ローブと前記円筒状内面の間の間隔より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から6の一項に記載の弁。
