Description
なお、用語「光コヒーレンス断層画像化」は単に「OCT」と略記されることもある。
この課題は、カテーテル先端範囲においてレーザ放射装置を介してプラーク除去用レーザ光が放射され、同時に光コヒーレンス断層画像化(OCT)による監視が行なわれ、共通なカテーテル管内にレーザ放射装置のためのリード線およびOCT信号線が配置されているレーザ血管形成術を実施するための装置において、OCT信号線は回転するOCT信号線として構成され、このOCT信号線はカテーテル管の周囲を一巡する環状窓の内側に配置されているOCTセンサに導かれ、OCTセンサはレーザ放射装置から隔てて配置され、OCT信号線はグラスファイバー線として構成され、OCTセンサのための中空の可撓性駆動軸の内部にあり、OCTセンサは回転ミラーとして構成され、外部のカテーテル端部から見てレーザ放射装置の手前に配置されていることによっても解決される。
図1は、カテーテル先端に配置されたOCT(光コヒーレンス断層画像化)センサを有しOCTおよびレーザ血管形成術用に使用される本発明によるカテーテルの概略縦断面図、
図2は、外部で発生されたレーザ光がカテーテル先端にある放射レンズへ案内されOCTおよびレーザ血管形成術用に使用される本発明による一部変更されたカテーテルのカテーテル先端の部分断面図を示す。

Claims (6)
- カテーテル先端範囲においてレーザ放射装置を介してプラーク除去用レーザ光が放射され、同時に光コヒーレンス断層画像化(OCT)による監視が行なわれ、共通なカテーテル管内にレーザ放射装置のためのリード線およびOCT信号線が配置されているレーザ血管形成術を実施するための装置において、OCT信号線は回転するOCT信号線として構成され、このOCT信号線はカテーテル管の周囲を一巡する環状窓の内側に配置されているOCTセンサに導かれ、OCTセンサはレーザ放射装置から隔てて配置され、OCT信号線はグラスファイバー線として構成され、OCTセンサのための中空の可撓性駆動軸の内部にあり、レーザ放射装置は、環状に配置されレーザ光を放射するダイオードアレイを含み、ダイオードアレイは電気接続線を介して外部の駆動回路に接続されていることを特徴とするレーザ血管形成術を実施するための装置。
- OCTセンサは回転ミラーとして構成され、外部のカテーテル端部から見てレーザ放射装置の背後にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- カテーテル管は造影剤または洗浄液のための端部側の入口もしくは出口を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- カテーテル先端に磁気式ナビゲーションのための磁石が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の装置。
- ガイドワイヤが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテル先端に、カテーテル固定および/または血管拡張に使われる膨らみ可能な風船が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
