Claims (3)
- 直径2〜5nm、長さ0.3〜3mmの単層カーボンナノチューブ表面にポリフルオレンまたはその誘導体が担持した、電気化学素子の正極又は負極のための電極材料。
- ポリフルオレンの誘導体の9位の置換基がアルキル基、カルボキシル基,ニトロ基,シアノ基,アルキルシアノ基,フェニル基(−Ph),ハロゲン原子(−X),−CX3,ハロゲン化フェニル基,アルキルフェニル基,アルキルハロゲン化フェニル基である請求項1記載の電極材料。
- ドーピングしたポリフルオレンまたはその誘導体を塩基性溶媒に溶解した溶液に直径2〜5nm、長さ0.3〜3mmの単層カーボンナノチューブを浸漬して引き上げ、溶媒を蒸発させて、ポリフルオレンまたはその誘導体の膜を前記単層カーボンナノチューブ上に形成した請求項1または2記載の電極材料。
