Description
また、干渉を利用したOCTは2mm程度の深さまでの生体断層イメージを高分解能(数μm〜十数μm)かつ短時間で取得することが可能である。OCTは眼科領域での網膜疾患診断において既に実用化されている技術であり、その医学的関心度は非常に高い。
これは、生体深部及び腫瘍組織における、血液の吸収や強い散乱の影響により、光のコヒーレンス性が著しく乱れるためである。
図1から図8は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るものである。図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る光イメージング装置の要部の構成の一例を示す図である。図2Aは、図1のユニットから出射される所定の超音波の波形の一例を示す図である。図2Bは、図2Aの波形の始端付近を示す図である。図2Cは、図2Aの波形の終端付近を示す図である。図2Dは、図1のユニットから出射される所定の超音波の波形の、図2Aとは異なる例を示す図である。図3は、図1の信号処理部により得られた演算結果の一例を示す図である。図4は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る光イメージング装置の要部の構成の、図1とは異なる例を示す図である。図5は、図4のCPUにより得られた演算結果の一例を示す図である。図6は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る光イメージング装置の要部の構成の、図1及び図4とは異なる例を示す図である。図7は、図6の光カプラ周辺における詳細な構成を示す図である。図8は、図6の光イメージング装置が有する光ファイバの端部の構成の一例を示す図である。

Claims (7)
- 互いに異なる複数の周波数の波形成分を有し当該複数の波形成分に係る周波数を経時的に漸次変化させた音波を、または、互いに異なる複数の出力時間間隔の波形成分を有し当該複数の波形成分間の時間間隔を経時的に漸次変化させた音波を、前記被検体へ出射する音波発生部と、
前記被検体の内部に到達可能な照明光を発する照明光発生部と、
前記照明光発生部から出射された前記照明光に対して前記被検体の内部において前記音波発生部から前記被検体へ出射された前記音波により周波数変調が施された光であってかつ、当該被検体の内部の各部位において反射した物体光を受光する受光部と、
前記受光部に入射された前記物体光に係るスペクトル分布を取得する光スペクトル取得部と、
前記光スペクトル取得部において取得した前記スペクトル分布に応じた周波数変調量と、前記音波発生部から出力された前記音波に係る前記複数の周波数または前記複数の出力時間間隔と、に基づき、前記各部位における光散乱情報を算出する演算部と、
を有することを特徴とする被検体情報分析装置。 - 前記光スペクトル取得部は、前記受光部に入射された前記物体光と前記照明光に係る参照光との干渉光のスペクトル分布を取得し、
前記演算部は、前記光スペクトル取得部において取得した前記干渉光のスペクトル分布に応じた前記周波数変調量と、前記音波発生部から出力された前記音波に係る前記複数の周波数または前記複数の出力時間間隔と、に基づき、前記各部位における光散乱情報を算出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の被検体情報分析装置。 - 前記音波発生部は、前記互いに異なる複数の周波数を有する音波においては、周波数が漸次増加または漸次減少する連続波を前記被検体へ出射することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の被検体情報分析装置。
- 前記音波発生部は、前記互いに異なる複数の出力時間間隔を有する音波においては、出力時間間隔が漸次増加または漸次減少するパルス波を前記被検体へ出射することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の被検体情報分析装置。
- 前記照明光発生部は、前記音波発生部における前記音波の出射が完了したことを検出した際に、パルス光を前記照明光として出射することを特徴とする請求項乃至請求項4のいずれか一に記載の被検体情報分析装置。
- 前記照明光発生部は、連続光を前記照明光として出射することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一に記載の被検体情報分析装置。
- 前記音波発生部から出射される前記音波は、前記照明光発生部から出射される前記照明光の光軸に沿って出射されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一に記載の被検体情報分析装置。
