Description
Claims (25)
- データ送信を管理するためのコンピュータ実装される方法であって、
第1のコンピュータシステムの一部である送信元ノードから、第2のコンピュータシステムの一部である宛先ノードへのデータ送信に関する要求を受信するステップであって、前記第1のコンピュータシステム及び前記第2のコンピュータシステムは、1つ又は複数のコンピュータネットワークによって分離され、該要求を受信するステップは、前記第1のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールによって行われる、ステップと、
送信管理規則を適用することによって前記データ送信が許可されるかどうかを判定するステップであって、前記判定ステップは前記実行中の第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールによって行われ、前記送信管理規則が存在しない場合に、
前記第2のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールと許可に関するネゴシエーションを開始するステップであって、許可に関する開始されるネゴシエーションは、前記実行中の第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールから前記実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールに前記1つ又は複数のコンピュータネットワークを介して1つ又は複数の第1のメッセージを送信することを含む、ステップと、
前記実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールから前記実行中の第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールに前記1つ又は複数のネットワークを介して送信される、前記データ送信が許可されるかどうかを示す第2のメッセージを受信するステップと
を含むステップと、
前記データ送信が許可される場合、前記宛先ノードへの配信のためのデータを前記第1のコンピュータシステムから前記第2のコンピュータシステムに前記1つ又は複数のコンピュータネットワークを介して送信するステップと、
前記データ送信が許可されない場合、前記データ送信を終了するステップと
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールからの前記受信メッセージ内で前記データ送信が許可されると示される場合、前記送信管理規則を更新して前記送信元ノードから前記宛先ノードへのデータ送信を許可するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記データ送信が許可されるかどうかを判定するステップは、
前記送信元ノードがメンバである1つまたは複数のノードグループから成る第1の集合を判定するステップと、
前記宛先ノードがメンバである1つまたは複数のノードグループから成る第2の集合を判定するステップと、
前記第1および第2の集合の前記ノードグループに適用した送信規則に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記送信元ノードが前記宛先ノードと通信することが許可されるかどうかを判定するステップと
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記1つ又は複数のコンピュータネットワークを介して送信される前記1つ又は複数の第1のメッセージを前記開始されるネゴシエーションの一部として受信するステップであって、前記1つ又は複数の第1のメッセージを受信するステップは、前記第2のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の前記第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールによって行われる、ステップと、
前記第2のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の前記第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールの制御下において、
前記送信元ノードがノードグループの一部であるかどうかを判定するステップと、
前記送信元ノードがノードグループの一部であると判定される場合、
前記ノードグループが前記データ送信に対する許可を有するかどうかを判定するステップと、
含まれるネゴシエーション応答と共に、前記実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールから前記実行中の第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールに前記1つ又は複数のコンピュータネットワークを介して前記第2のメッセージを送信するステップであって、前記ネゴシエーション応答は、前記ノードグループが許可を有すると判定される場合、前記送信元ノードから前記宛先ノードへのデータ送信が許可されることを示す、ステップと
によって前記受信した1つ又は複数の第1のメッセージに応答するステップと
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記送信される1つ又は複数の第1のメッセージは、前記送信元ノードのネットワークアドレスを示すものおよび前記送信元ノードに対する前記ノードグループを示すものを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ネゴシエーション応答は、前記宛先ノードに対するデータ送信で使用するための送信プロトコルを示すものを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記宛先ノードからおよび前記送信元ノードへの第2のデータ送信に関する要求を受信するステップであって、前記要求を受信するステップは、前記第2のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールによって行われる、ステップと、
送信管理規則を適用することで前記第2のデータ送信が許可されるかどうかを判定するステップであって、前記判定するステップは、前記第2のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールによって行われる、ステップと、
前記第2のデータ送信が許可される場合、前記送信元ノードに配信するためのデータを前記第2のコンピュータシステムから前記第1のコンピュータシステムへ前記1つまたは複数のコンピュータネットワークを介して転送するステップと、
前記第2のデータ送信が許可されない場合、前記第2のデータ送信を終了するステップと
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記送信元ノードは、前記第1のコンピュータシステム上でホストされる複数の仮想マシンの1つであり、前記宛先ノードは、前記第2のコンピュータシステム上でホストされる複数の他の仮想マシンの1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- それぞれの仮想マシンは相違する論理コンピューティングシステムを表すことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールはデータ送信マネージャグループマネージャから送信管理規則を受信し、前記データ送信マネージャグループマネージャはグループメンバシップおよびグループデータ送信管理規則を維持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記データ送信が許可されるかどうかを判定するステップは、前記送信元ノードを含むグループを特定するステップをさらに含み、適用される前記送信管理規則は当該グループに対する送信管理規則であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から11に記載のいずれかの方法を実施するコンピュータプログラム。
- データ送信を管理するシステムであって、
第1のコンピュータシステムの一部である送信元ノードから、第2のコンピュータシステムの一部である宛先ノードへのデータ送信に関する要求を受信する手段であって、前記第1のコンピュータシステム及び前記第2のコンピュータシステムは、1つ又は複数のコンピュータネットワークによって分離され、該要求を受信することは、前記第1のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールによって行われる、手段と、
送信管理規則を適用することによって前記データ送信が許可されるかどうかを判定する手段であって、前記判定することは前記実行中の第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールによって行われ、前記送信管理規則が存在しない場合に、
前記第2のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールと許可に関するネゴシエーションを開始することであって、許可に関する開始されるネゴシエーションは、前記実行中の第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールから前記実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールに前記1つ又は複数のコンピュータネットワークを介して1つ又は複数の第1のメッセージを送信することを含む、開始することと、
前記実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールから前記実行中の第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールに前記1つ又は複数のネットワークを介して送信される、前記データ送信が許可されるかどうかを示す第2のメッセージを受信することと
を含む手段と、
前記データ送信が許可される場合、前記宛先ノードへの配信のためのデータを前記第1のコンピュータシステムから前記第2のコンピュータシステムに前記1つ又は複数のコンピュータネットワークを介して送信する手段と、
前記データ送信が許可されない場合、前記データ送信を終了する手段と
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールからの前記受信メッセージ内で前記データ送信が許可されると示される場合、前記送信管理規則を更新して前記送信元ノードから前記宛先ノードへのデータ送信を許可する手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記データ送信が許可されるかどうかを判定する手段は、
前記送信元ノードがメンバである1つまたは複数のノードグループから成る第1の集合を判定する手段と、
前記宛先ノードがメンバである1つまたは複数のノードグループから成る第2の集合を判定する手段と、
前記ノードグループに適用した送信規則に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記送信元ノードが前記宛先ノードと通信することが許可されるかどうかを判定する手段と
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記1つ又は複数のコンピュータネットワークを介して送信される前記1つ又は複数の第1のメッセージを前記開始されるネゴシエーションの一部として受信する手段であって、前記1つ又は複数の第1のメッセージを受信することは、前記第2のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の前記第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールによって行われる、手段と、
前記第2のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の前記第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールの制御下において、
前記送信元ノードがノードグループの一部であるかどうかを判定する手段と、
前記送信元ノードがノードグループの一部であると判定される場合、
前記ノードグループが前記データ送信に対する許可を有するかどうかを判定することと、
含まれるネゴシエーション応答と共に、前記実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールから前記実行中の第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールに前記1つ又は複数のコンピュータネットワークを介して前記第2のメッセージを送信することであって、前記ネゴシエーション応答は、前記ノードグループが許可を有すると判定される場合、前記送信元ノードから前記宛先ノードへのデータ送信が許可されることを示す、ことと
によって前記受信した1つ又は複数の第1のメッセージに応答する手段と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記送信される1つ又は複数の第1のメッセージは、前記送信元ノードのネットワークアドレスを示すものおよび前記送信元ノードに対する前記ノードグループを示すものを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記ネゴシエーション応答は、前記宛先ノードに対するデータ送信で使用するための送信プロトコルを示すものを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記送信元ノードは、前記第1のコンピュータシステム上でホストされる複数の仮想マシンの1つであり、前記宛先ノードは、前記第2のコンピュータシステム上でホストされる複数の他の仮想マシンの1つであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- それぞれの仮想マシンは相違する論理コンピューティングシステムを表すことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のデータ送信マネージャモジュールはデータ送信マネージャグループマネージャから送信管理規則を受信し、前記データ送信マネージャグループマネージャはグループメンバシップおよびグループデータ送信管理規則を維持することを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記データ送信が許可されるかどうかを判定する手段は、前記送信元ノードを含むグループを特定し、前記グループに対して送信管理規則を適用する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記宛先ノードからおよび前記送信元ノードへの第2のデータ送信に関する要求を受信する手段であって、前記要求を受信することは、前記第2のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールによって行われる、手段と、
送信管理規則を適用することで前記第2のデータ送信が許可されるかどうかを判定する手段であって、前記判定することは、前記第2のコンピュータシステム上で実行中の第2のデータ送信マネージャモジュールによって行われる、手段と、
前記第2のデータ送信が許可される場合、前記送信元ノードに配信するためのデータを前記第2のコンピュータシステムから前記第1のコンピュータシステムへ前記1つまたは複数のコンピュータネットワークを介して転送する手段と、
前記第2のデータ送信が許可されない場合、前記第2のデータ送信を終了する手段と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記データ送信マネージャを実装する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項13から23のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のデータ送信マネージャを実装する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項24に記載のシステム。
