Claims (9)
- 少なくとも一部が燃料タンク内に位置するケーシングと、該ケーシング内の空間に上下動自在に設けられるフロートと、該フロートの上部に設けられ、前記ケーシングに形成される弁座に当接可能な弁体と、少なくとも前記ケーシングの側部に設けられ、前記空間と前記燃料タンク内を連通する側部通気孔を有する燃料流出防止弁において、
前記弁体の開放時に、前記フロートの側壁部を前記側部通気孔に対向させ、
前記弁体の開放時の前記フロートの側壁部から前記側部通気孔までの対向する距離は、前記弁体の閉鎖時に対向する距離より小さいことを特徴とする燃料流出防止弁。 - 少なくとも一部が燃料タンク内に位置するケーシングと、該ケーシング内の空間に上下動自在に設けられるフロートと、該フロートの上部に設けられ、前記ケーシングに形成される弁座に当接可能な弁体と、少なくとも前記ケーシングの側部に設けられ、前記空間と前記燃料タンク内を連通する側部通気孔を有する燃料流出防止弁において、
前記フロート上面に下方に傾斜した傾斜面を設け、前記弁体の閉鎖時に、前記傾斜面の下端部を前記側部通気孔に対向させることを特徴とする燃料流出防止弁。 - 少なくとも一部が燃料タンク内に位置するケーシングと、該ケーシング内の空間に上下動自在に設けられるフロートと、該フロートの上部に設けられ、前記ケーシングに形成される弁座に当接可能な弁体と、少なくとも前記ケーシングの側部に設けられ、前記空間と前記燃料タンク内を連通する側部通気孔を有する燃料流出防止弁において、
前記フロート上部に上面開口部及び側面開口部を設けるとともに、両開口部を連通する下方に傾斜した連通路を設け、前記弁体の開放時に、前記側面開口部より上方のフロート側壁面を前記側部通気孔に対向させ、前記側部通気孔より侵入する燃料を前記側壁部に衝突させ、前記弁体の閉鎖時に、前記側面開口部を前記側部通気孔に対向させることを特徴とする燃料流出防止弁。 - 前記弁体開放時の前記側部通気孔の上面は、前記フロートの上面以下の高さであることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記弁体閉鎖時の前記側部通気孔の下面は、前記フロートの傾斜面の下端部または側面開口部の下面以下の高さであることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記ケーシングの下部に前記フロートを支持するプレートを設け、該プレートに下部通気孔を前記フロートの底部に対向して設けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一に記載の燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記側部通気孔の外方に間隔を有して遮蔽部材を設けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか一に記載の燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記側部通気孔に外方に突出した筒状部材を設けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか一に記載の燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記ケーシングの内周面に内方に突き出た上壁部を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか一に記載の燃料流出防止弁。
