Claims (15)
- 患者の体への液体の注入速度が制御される持続的な注入を提供する医用注入システムであって、
動作を管理するためのコントローラと、通信のためのトランシーバと、流体移送手段と、該流体移送手段のための運動を生成するためのエンジンとを備える、別個の再利用可能ユニットと、
前記再利用可能ユニットと動作可能に結合することができる消耗式ユニットであって、注入される液体を保持するためのリザーバと、前記リザーバと前記患者の体の間で液体を通すのを可能にするチューブと、前記消耗式ユニットが前記再利用可能ユニットに結合されているときに前記再利用可能ユニットに電力を送るための少なくとも1つのエネルギー源とを備え、前記消耗式ユニットが前記再利用可能ユニットに結合されていないときには前記流体移送手段が前記チューブを押圧しないよう構成された、別個の消耗式ユニットと、
前記患者の体に挿入するためのカニューレと、前記カニューレに取り付けられた貫通手段とを備える注入ユニットと、
前記再利用可能ユニットと通信するためのトランシーバと、1つ又は複数のコンピュータ・プログラム、データ及び指令のうちの少なくとも1つを格納するための少なくとも1つのメモリと、前記メモリ及び前記トランシーバに結合され、データ及び/又は指令を受信し、実行し及び/又は送信するために動作可能である制御モジュールと、ユーザに対するデータの通信のための、及び、前記ユーザから前記コントローラに指令を送信するためのI/Oユーザ・インターフェースとを備える、別個の遠隔操作ユニットと
を具備し、
前記コントローラが、前記遠隔操作ユニットからの適切な指令を受信して、前記再利用可能ユニットと前記消耗式ユニットとを動作させ、前記カニューレが前記体に配置された状態で前記エンジンに電力が供給されて前記リザーバから前記体に液体が移送される医用注入システム。 - 前記別個の消耗式ユニットがウェルを含み、前記カニューレが前記ウェルに結合されて前記ウェルと前記体との間に流体連通を提供するように前記体に挿入される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記消耗式ユニットが更に、前記注入ユニットを受けるための回転可能な部材を備え、前記回転可能な部材が、前記チューブと前記カニューレとの間に流体連通をもたらす、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記注入ユニットが別個のユニットである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記再利用可能ユニットが更に安全装置を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記安全装置が、前記チューブの圧力を監視する圧力センサを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力センサが、前記チューブに隣接して配置された圧電センサを備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 更に、流量センサを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記再利用可能ユニットが1つ又は複数の充電式のバッテリを備え、該電池が充電ポートを介して外部バッテリ・チャージャとの連結によって充電可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記消耗式ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー源に電気的に接続される送信側接点を備え、
前記再利用可能ユニットが、前記コントローラに接続される受信側接点を備え、
前記再利用可能ユニットが前記消耗式ユニットに動作可能に結合され、
前記送信側接点が前記受信側接点に結合されて電力を前記再利用可能ユニットへ送る、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記送信側接点と前記受信側接点とのうちの少なくとも一方がバネ式である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記再利用可能ユニットが更にアラーム・モジュールを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カニューレが、所望の角度で皮膚に挿入できる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記消耗式ユニットが、前記再利用可能ユニットを取り外し可能に受けるためのクレードルを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記消耗式ユニットが皮膚に取り外し可能に固着される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
