Claims (1)
- その一部が流体流路内に延びる複数の円周方向に間隔を置いて配置されたファスナ(160)上における流体流によって発生する流体ドラグ及び加熱を低減するためにガスタービンエンジン(10)内部の流体流路内で使用するためのファスナシールド(100)であって、
(a)半径方向に延びる下流側向きの取付けフランジ(104)を含み、前記取付けフランジ(104)が、それを通してそれぞれのエンジン取付けボルト(160)を受けかつ該取付けフランジ(104)をタービンエンジン(10)の構成要素に対して取付けるように配置された複数の円周方向に間隔を置いたボルト穴(106)を有し、該ファスナシールド(100)がさらに、
(b)湾曲した上流側向きのファスナシールドカバー(108)を含み、前記ファスナシールドカバー(108)が、前記ボルト(160)の露出した上流側向き部分を少なくとも部分的に覆いかつ流体流から隔離し、それによって該ボルト(160)のドラグ及びそれにより生じる加熱を低減するように、前記取付けフランジ(104)に対して相隔たる関係で配置されており、
前記タービンエンジンの構成要素が、前記取付けフランジから軸方向に間隔を置いて配置された半径方向に延びるディフューザフレームフランジ(126A及び139)を含む
ことを特徴とするファスナシールド(100)。
