Description
Claims (1)
- 被検者の体腔内に挿通具をガイドとして挿入される処置具と、前記被検者の体壁開口部に取り付けられる観察部と、前記観察部によって撮像された前記体腔内を表示するモニタと、前記観察部によって撮像された体腔内を示す画像から前記処置具又は挿通具に付されたマーカ部の位置を検出するマーカ位置検出手段と、前記マーカ位置検出手段によって検出された前記マーカ部の位置が前記モニタの画面の中心部に位置するように追尾する追尾手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする体腔内観察装置において、
前記モニタの画面は、追尾領域と非追尾領域とに分離されるとともに、前記非追尾領域に前記マーカ部が位置している状態では前記追尾手段の機能が停止され、
前記非追尾領域は、前記モニタの画面の略中央部に位置する第1の非追尾領域と、前記第1の非追尾領域よりも大きい領域の第2の非追尾領域とに切り替えられ、
前記追尾手段は、
前記マーカ位置検出手段によって検出された前記マーカ部の位置が前記モニタの画面の中心部に位置するように画像を所定の領域にトリミングするトリミング手段と、
前記トリミング手段によってトリミングされた前記所定の領域を前記モニタに所定の倍率で拡大表示させる拡大表示手段とからなることを特徴とする体腔内観察装置。
