Claims (5)
- 第1の下面と、前記第1の下面よりも高く位置され、前記第1の下面よりも外側に突出した第2の下面と、前記第1の下面と第2の下面を連結する第1の側壁と、前記第2の下面の外側端から上側に突出した第2の側壁が形成されるように、一側壁には二段の段差があり、上端には外側に突出したフランジが設けられ、内側には上部が開口した空間を有する缶と、
前記缶に設けられたフランジと対面する接触面を有するキャップと、
前記正極板と負極板を有し、前記缶の第1の下面上に位置される電極体と、
前記正極板または前記負極板のいずれか一つと連結され、前記缶の第2の下面を貫通して外部に露出する突出端子と、を備え、
前記缶のフランジの外側面と前記キャップの外側面をマイクロアーク溶接で溶接することにより、密閉された容器が形成され、
前記突出する端子が前記二段の段差が形成される、缶の第1の側壁に最大限近接させて設置され、
前記二段の段差の形成により、前記端子が前記缶の外側面より突出せず、前記缶の外側面と前記キャップの外側面のみが溶接のために外部に露出できるように、冷却治具を設置し、且つ、前記容器の外面全体に密着して接触させることができることにより、溶接時に発生する熱に対する、冷却治具による冷却効果を向上させることを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記キャップが、平板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記キャップが、前記缶のフランジと対面するフランジを有し、内側には下部が開口した空間を有する形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記フランジの幅が、0.3mmまたはそれ以上であり、電池の長辺の長さの5%またはそれ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記マイクロアーク溶接が、マイクロプラズマ溶接であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
