Description
上記課題を解決する本発明の真空引き装置は、
駆動水を受ける筒形の入口片と、
前記入口片の下流側に設けられ、前記入口片から流入する駆動水と吸引ガスとを混合する主管スロートと、
前記主管スロートの下流側端部に接続して設けられ、内径が末広がり形状をなすパイプからなる出力片と、
円筒形状をなし、前記出力片の下流側端部に設けられ、駆動水と吸引ガスとの混合気体を流す消音器と、
前記消音器に取付けられ、駆動水が流出する際に前記消音器内に空気を取り入れて前記消音器内の気圧の急変を防止する吸気管と、
水流エゼクターの静音化と無臭化を図るために消音器の下流側を漬ける水を溜めた貯水槽とを備えると共に、
前記貯水槽からの水を吸込んで前記入口片より吐出する循環ポンプ、前記入口片、前記主管スロート、前記出力片および前記消音器を含む循環路を前記貯水槽内の水位より低く設定したことを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 駆動水を受ける筒形の入口片と、
前記入口片の下流側に設けられ、前記入口片から流入する駆動水と吸引ガスとを混合する主管スロートと、
前記主管スロートの下流側端部に接続して設けられ、内径が末広がり形状をなすパイプからなる出力片と、
円筒形状をなし、前記出力片の下流側端部に設けられ、駆動水と吸引ガスとの混合気体を流す消音器と、
前記消音器に取付けられ、駆動水が流出する際に前記消音器内に空気を取り入れて前記消音器内の気圧の急変を防止する吸気管と、
水流エゼクターの静音化と無臭化を図るために消音器の下流側を漬ける水を溜めた貯水槽とを備えると共に、
前記貯水槽からの水を吸込んで前記入口片より吐出する循環ポンプ、前記入口片、前記主管スロート、前記出力片および前記消音器を含む循環路を前記貯水槽内の水位より低く設定したことを特徴とする真空引き装置。
