Claims (6)
- 処理される液体からなる原流体に高圧流体である液体を噴射して超微細気泡を発生させる超微細気泡発生方法であって、
前記高圧流体である液体を5MPa以上に加圧する工程と、
加圧された前記高圧流体である液体を0.2から2mmの噴射口径及び20から50mmの長さをそれぞれ備える3以上のノズルであって、それぞれの噴射孔が30mm以下の球形状の領域内に配置されるが、前記3以上のノズルから噴射する工程と、を含み、
前記高圧流体である液体の噴射により形成される3以上の噴射線が、前記原流体の前記噴射口径の2倍以下の長さを直径とする球形の小領域内を通過し、いずれか2つの噴射線が前記所定の小領域内で所定の交差点で交差するときに、それ以外の噴射線のいずれも該交差点を通過しないように、それぞれの噴射線の方向を異ならせ、前記3以上の噴射線は、共通する噴射方向成分を有し、これらの噴射方向成分により、前記源流体に流れを生じさせることを特徴とする超微細気泡発生方法。 - 前記高圧流体について、噴射前にイオン化処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超微細気泡発生方法。
- 前記原流体の所定の小領域近傍に、イオン化処理された気体を供給することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の超微細気泡発生方法。
- 前記イオン化処理された気体は、酸素を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超微細気泡発生方法。
- 前記原流体は、炭化水素系の液体であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の超微細気泡発生方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の超微細気泡発生方法を行う処理装置。
