Description

The present invention relates to a cold storage suitable for refrigerated storage of agricultural products and the like.

Several proposals have been made so far to prevent the inflow of outside air and the leakage of cool air in the warehouse at the storage port of the cooling storage. For example, in patent document 1, a convex part or a recessed part is formed in the end surface of the side plate panel used as a warehouse frame, and it matches a convex part so that a warehouse mouth molding can be attached to either the convex part or the recessed part of this panel. When it is set as the shape provided with the recessed part and it attaches to a recessed part, what was comprised so that a heat-insulating spacer might be interposed between a panel recessed part and a storehouse molding recessed part is proposed. Moreover, in patent document 2, in order to improve the adhesiveness of a storehouse molding and a panel inner side end surface, what was provided with the seal packing is proposed.

Since the structure of such a storehouse mall is screwed and fixed to the end face of the panel constituting the storehouse, the assembly work becomes troublesome. In addition, when this warehouse outlet mall is used for the lower end surface of the warehouse entrance frame, the frame material protrudes from the floor surface due to the structure attached to the end face of the panel, so that it can be stepped on when putting in and out articles in the storage room. If this occurs, there is a possibility that the joining portion will be peeled off, and there will be a problem that the cool air in the cabinet flows out from this gap.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a cooling storehouse provided with a storehouse molding that facilitates assembly work while improving the heat insulation at the storehouse and further improves the mounting strength.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a cooling storage in which a storage opening that is opened and closed by a heat insulating door is formed on the front surface of a storage chamber that is assembled in a box shape by joining heat insulating panels. A recessed part is provided in the part, and a warehouse opening molding is attached to the recessed part to form a warehouse opening frame, and the warehouse opening molding is used for reinforcement to ground the flat part that covers the opening surface of the recessed part and the inner bottom part of the recessed part . And a claw piece engaging with the inner surface of the recess, and a heat insulating packing is sandwiched between the leg and the claw piece.

According to the present invention, the concave portion at the end of the panel that constitutes the storage box frame is provided with a flat portion that closes the concave portion, a leg portion that contacts the inner bottom portion of the concave portion, and a claw piece portion that engages with the inner surface of the concave portion. Since the integrally formed storehouse molding is attached, the attaching operation becomes very easy. In addition, since there is no step in the storage box frame, and there is no situation where the stored item is damaged and peeled off when the stored items are put in and out, the heat insulating effect between the inside and outside of the storage is continuously maintained. Further, the reinforcing leg portion that contacts the inner bottom portion of the concave portion can also prevent damage caused by stepping of the storehouse molding.

In addition, since the heat insulating packing is sandwiched between the reinforcing leg portion and the mounting and fixing claw piece, the inside of the recess functions as a heat insulating space, and heat exchange between the inside and the outside of the warehouse can be further reduced. it can. Furthermore, since the storehouse mall is configured to fit into the recesses at the end of the panel constituting the storehouse frame, when a large storage with three or more front panels arranged is formed, It can be set arbitrarily, and there are few design restrictions.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is an external view of a cooling storage of the embodiment, FIG. 2 is an exploded view, FIG. 3 is a plan sectional view, and FIG. 4 is a side sectional view. 5 is an enlarged view of portion A in FIG. 3, FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of portion B in FIG. 3, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of portion C in FIG.
2 to 4, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the floor panel 2 a, back panel 2 b, 2 c, side panel 2 d, 2 e, front panel 2 f, 2 g and top panel 2 h are joined in a box shape with a predetermined capacity. The cooling unit 3 is mounted on the upper surface of the top panel 2h, and the stored items (rice, vegetables, etc.) housed inside are cooled and stored at a desired temperature. On the front surface of the main body 1, a warehouse port 4 for taking in and out the contents is formed and opened and closed by a heat insulating door 5.

As shown in FIG. 5, each panel 2 is composed of a heat insulating panel in which a heat insulating material 8 such as urethane is foam-filled in a space surrounded by a steel sheet outer skin 6 and an inner skin 7, and the joining of each panel is illustrated by uneven bonding. It is done. This uneven bonding will be described with reference to FIG.

Reference numeral 9 denotes a convex frame member which is the convex side of the concave-convex joint, and an engagement groove 9a having a U-shaped cross section into which the edge of the panel outer skin 6 is fitted, and an engagement groove having a U-shaped cross section into which the edge of the panel inner skin 7 is fitted. A convex portion 9c that is attached to the outer peripheral end portion of the panel by 9b and is slightly tapered is formed at the tip portion. The convex frame member 9 configured in this manner includes all outer peripheral edges in the rear panel 2b, outer peripheral edges other than the joining edge with the rear panel 2b in the rear panel 2c, upper and lower edges in the side panels 2d and 2e, front surface The panel 2f, 2g is attached to the outer peripheral edge other than the warehouse side.

Reference numeral 10 denotes a concave frame material on the concave side of the concave-convex joint, and a U-shaped engaging groove 10a in which the edge of the panel outer skin 6 is fitted, and a U-shaped engaging groove 10b in which the edge of the panel inner skin 7 is fitted. Thus, a concave portion 10c is formed which is attached to the outer peripheral edge or inner edge portion of the panel and into which the convex portion 9c of the convex frame member 9 is fitted. On the inner side surface of the recess 10c, a lip 10d that is inclined toward the inner bottom surface is formed up and down along the mounting direction of the convex frame member 9, and a later-described warehouse opening molding is provided above the lip 10d. A recessed portion 10e for attachment is formed. The convex frame material 9 and the concave frame material 10 are both resin molded products having low thermal conductivity, and reduce heat exchange at the joints to prevent the inflow of outside air or the leakage of cool air in the cabinet. It plays a role. The concave frame member 10 configured in this way is attached to the upper surface periphery of the floor panel 2a, the joining edge of the back panel 2c with the back panel 2b, the left and right inner edges of the side panels 2d and 2e, and the lower surface periphery of the top panel 2h. .

In addition, the front panels 2f and 2g have the width dimension which the space | gap which forms the warehouse port 4 between panels in the state attached to the front surface of the floor panel. And the flat frame material 11 used as the frame material of the warehouse port 4 is attached to the outer peripheral edge of the front panel 2f, 2g as shown in FIG. The flat frame member 11 is attached to the outer peripheral end of the panel by an engagement groove 11a having a U-shaped cross section into which an edge of the panel outer skin 6 fits and an engagement groove 11b having a U-shaped cross section in which the edge of the panel inner skin 7 is fitted. The tip is flat.

A method of assembling each panel configured as described above will be described. In addition, the expression which shows the direction of right-and-left, up-down, front-back in the sentence is based on the front view of the storage body 1.
As a rough work procedure, after the floor panel 2a is installed horizontally, the side panel 2d → back panel 2b → back panel 2c → side panel 2e → front panel 2f → front panel 2g is attached to the periphery of the floor panel 2a. Finally, the top panel 2h is attached to form the box-shaped main body 1.

The assembly work of this panel will be described in detail.
First, the convex frame member 9 at the lower end edge of the left side panel 2d is fitted into the concave frame member 10 on the left side portion of the floor panel 2a. Next, after the convex frame member 9 at the lower end edge of the back panel 2b is fitted to the concave frame member 10 on the back side of the floor panel 2a, the left end edge of the back panel 2b is slid while sliding in the concave frame member 10 The convex frame member 9 is fitted to the concave frame member 10 at the rear inner edge of the side panel 2d. Next, after fitting the convex frame material 9 at the lower end edge of the back panel 2c to the concave frame material 10 on the back side of the floor panel 2a, the left edge of the back panel 2c is slid while sliding in the concave frame material 10 The concave frame material 10 and the convex frame material 9 on the right inner periphery of the back panel 2b are fitted. Next, after fitting the concave frame material 10 at the left inner periphery of the right side panel 2e to the convex frame material 9 at the right edge of the back panel 2c, the convex frame material 9 at the lower edge of the right side panel 2d is moved to the floor surface. It fits into the concave frame member 10 on the right side surface of the panel 2a. Next, after the convex frame member 9 at the lower end edge of the front panel 2f is fitted to the concave frame member 10 on the front side of the floor panel 2a, the left edge of the front panel 2d is slid while sliding in the concave frame member 10 The convex frame member 9 is fitted to the concave frame member 10 at the front inner edge of the side panel 2d. Next, after fitting the convex frame member 9 at the lower end edge of the front panel 2g to the concave frame member 10 on the front side of the floor panel 2a, the right edge of the front panel 2d is slid while sliding in the concave frame member 10 The convex frame member 9 is fitted to the concave frame member 10 on the front inner edge of the side panel 2e. Finally, the convex frame member 9 at the upper edge of the rear panel 2b, 2c, side panel 2d, 2e, and front panel 2f, 2g is fitted into the concave frame member 10 at the lower peripheral edge of the top panel 2h.

After assembling each panel into a box shape in this way, as a finish, the portion where the three panels intersect is firmly screwed and fixed with the fixing bracket 15.

Now, between the front panels 2f and 2g, the warehouse port 4 which takes in and out stored goods will be formed. The flat frame material 11 of the front panels 2f and 2g appears at the vertical edge of the warehouse opening 4, but the concave frame material 10 remains exposed at the corresponding part of the warehouse opening 4 in the floor panel 2a and the top panel 2h. It becomes. For this reason, a warehouse opening molding 12 serving as a frame material of the warehouse is attached to the concave frame material 10.

As shown in FIG. 7, the storehouse molding 12 is formed in a T-shaped cross section with a flat surface portion 12a covering the concave portion 10c of the concave frame member 10 and a leg portion 12b contacting the inner bottom of the concave portion 10c. Claw pieces 12c, 12c each having a locking claw formed at the tip thereof are formed to hang down. In addition, packings 13 and 13 are fitted and held between the leg portions 12b of the storehouse molding 12 and the claw pieces 12c and 12c. Thereby, by attaching the warehouse mouth molding 12 to the recessed part 10c of the concave frame material 10, the heat insulation of a recessed part space is achieved and the heat exchange inside and outside a warehouse can be inhibited.

The storage compartment molding 12 is attached so that the engaging claws of the claw pieces 12c and 12c are fitted into the recessed portions 10e of the concave frame member 10, and in the attached state, is combined with the flat frame member 11 of the front panels 2f and 2g. The frame material is formed.

After the storage port 4 is thus formed, the heat insulating door 5 is attached to the front surface of the storage port 4. The heat insulating door 5 is formed by foaming and filling a heat insulating material such as urethane in a space surrounded by the outer skin and the inner skin similarly to each panel, and a magnet packing 14 that is in close contact with the opening edge of the warehouse port 4 on the periphery of the back surface. Is attached. Moreover, the handle 16 with a lock function is provided in the front, and seals the storehouse 4.

As described above, according to the configuration of the present embodiment, since the warehouse molding 12 is attached to the recessed frame material 10 exposed on the upper and lower frames of the inner edge of the warehouse 4, heat exchange between the inside and the outside of the warehouse is possible. As a result, the occurrence of dew condensation in the vicinity of the warehouse is suppressed, and efficient cooling storage is possible. Further, a reinforcing leg portion 12b that contacts the inner bottom portion of the recessed frame member 10 and a claw piece 12c for mounting and fixing are suspended from the molding 11 in a substantially parallel manner, and a heat insulating packing 13 is sandwiched therebetween. As a result, by attaching the warehouse molding 12 to the concave frame member 10, the inside of the concave portion 10c of the concave frame member 10 also functions as a heat insulating space, and further reduces the heat exchange between the inside and the outside of the warehouse. It becomes. Furthermore, since the storehouse molding 12 is configured to be fitted to the concave frame member 10, when a large storage with three or more front panels arranged is formed, the layout of the storehouse can be arbitrarily set. Therefore, design constraints are reduced.
