Description
本実験例では、ガス吹き込み装置を総計23個設置した。つまり、分散板の上部350mmの高さに16個、1100mmの高さに3個、1400mmの高さに4個を設置して、流動還元炉の操業中温度を測定した。一方、比較例では、ガス吹き込み装置を設置しない流動還元炉での温度を測定した。

Claims (9)
- 鉄鉱石を還元及び焼成して還元体に変換する1つ以上の流動還元炉、
前記還元体を装入して、内部に酸素を吹き込み溶鉄を製造する溶融ガス化炉、及び
前記溶融ガス化炉から排出される還元ガスを前記流動還元炉に供給する還元ガス供給管、
を含み、
前記流動還元炉は、前記流動還元炉の内部にガスを吹き込んで、停滞層を除去するガス吹き込み装置、
を含み、
前記流動還元炉は、その下部に前記還元ガスが通過して分散される分散板を含み、前記ガス吹き込み装置は、前記分散板の上部に設置される、溶鉄製造装置。 - 前記ガス吹き込み装置は、前記ガスを互いに異なる2つ以上の方向に吹き込む、請求項1に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 前記ガス吹き込み装置は、
前記ガスを前記流動還元炉の内部に供給するガス供給管、及び
前記ガス供給管に連結されて、互いに異なる方向に前記ガスを吹き込む、複数の分配ノズル、
を含む、請求項2に記載の溶鉄製造装置。 - 前記ガス吹き込み装置は、
前記ガス供給管と垂直に形成される第1分配ノズル、
前記ガス供給管及び前記第1分配ノズルと垂直に形成される第2分配ノズル、及び
前記ガス供給管及び前記第2分配ノズルと垂直に形成される第3分配ノズル、
を含む、請求項3に記載の溶鉄製造装置。 - 前記ガス吹き込み装置は、前記ガス供給管から前記流動還元炉の下部方向に傾いて形成される下方分配ノズルを含む、請求項3に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 複数の前記ガス吹き込み装置が、予め設定された距離だけ離隔して前記流動還元炉を囲んで配列される、請求項1に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 前記流動還元炉は、
前記流動還元炉の一面に備えられた、前記粉鉱が装入される粉鉱装入口、及び
他の一面に備えられた、前記粉鉱が排出される粉鉱排出口
を含み、
前記ガス吹き込み装置は、
前記分散板の上部に配置されて、前記流動還元炉の下部に形成される前記停滞層を除去する複数の第1ガス吹き込み装置、
前記第1ガス吹き込み装置より上部に配置され、前記粉鉱装入口の下部に配置されて、前記粉鉱の装入を円滑にする複数の第2ガス吹き込み装置、及び
前記第2ガス吹き込み装置より上部に配置され、前記粉鉱排出口の下部に配置されて、前記粉鉱を分散させる複数の第3ガス吹き込み装置、
を含む、請求項1に記載の溶鉄製造装置。 - 前記流動還元炉は、その内部に前記粉鉱を捕集するための1つ以上のサイクロンをさらに含み、前記第2ガス吹き込み装置は、前記サイクロンの下端部の高さと同一な高さに設置される、請求項7に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
- 前記ガスは、窒素、前記還元ガス、及び前記溶鉄製造装置で生成された副生ガスからなる群より1つ以上のガスを含む、請求項1に記載の溶鉄製造装置。
