Claims (3)
- ローラの両側に取り付けられた中空のジャーナルの外周を、その両側で軸受を介して機台に回転自在に支持するとともに、前記ローラを誘導発熱させるための誘導発熱機構を、前記両側のジャーナルの中空内を挿通する支持ロッドに固定して前記ローラの内部に配置し、前記支持ロッドに少なくとも一端部を軸受を介して前記ジャーナル内で支持してなる誘導発熱ローラ装置において、前記支持ロッドを支持する軸受より外側に位置する前記ジャーナルの内周面を磁性体とし、前記磁性体と対向する前記支持ロッドの外周面に、周方向に沿って複数の電磁石を配置するとともに、前記各電磁石の近傍に前記ジャーナルの内周面からの位置を検出する位置センサを設け、前記位置センサの検出信号に基づいて前記各電磁石が発する磁力を個別に制御し、前記ローラの回転により前記支持ロッドに伝達される振動を抑制してなることを特徴とする誘導発熱ローラ装置。
- 前記ジャーナル内で支持ロッドに支持する軸受を静圧気体軸受とし、前記支持ロッドをジャーナルの内周面に対して空間を介して支持してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘導発熱ローラ装置。
- 支持ロッドの外周面とジャーナルの内周面との間に隙間を介して機械軸受を配置してなることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の誘導発熱ローラ装置。
