Description

The present invention is a vehicle stop column used in the state of being fixed or arranged on a road surface in a single or plural form for the purpose of lane center line marking, lane guidance marking or traffic regulation guidance marking, and prevention of vehicle entry into a sidewalk or park, etc. It is about.

Conventionally, various inventions related to the vehicle stop column have been proposed. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a cylindrical columnar body and a pressing ring fitted to the outside of a base body that covers the lower surface of the flange at the bottom of the columnar body. A road sign is disclosed, and a nut or bolt to which a bolt or nut attached to a road surface is screwed is attached to the lower surface of the central portion of the base body.

However, in the vehicle stop column described in Patent Document 1, a nut or bolt to which a bolt attached to a road surface or a nut is screwed is attached to the lower surface of the center portion of the base body. When it is attached to the lower surface, a bolt is screwed to a nut (anchor) mounted on the road surface to fix the vehicle stopper column to the road surface, but only a bolt is screwed to the nut and fixed. Therefore, if the vehicle is stepped on or kicked by a pedestrian, the bolt may loosen from the nut. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically tighten and tighten the bolts, which is troublesome. Further, when the bolt is loosened, if the pedestrian touches the vehicle stop column and recognizes that the bolt is loose, there is a concern that the vehicle stop column is further loosened and removed from the nut and stolen.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and is intended to provide a vehicle stop column that is difficult to loosen even when it is repeatedly stepped on a vehicle or the like.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows.
That is, the wheel stopper column according to the present invention has a base portion attached to the lower end of a cylindrical main body, and a bolt projecting from the lower surface of the base portion is screwed to the anchor nut so that the lower surface of the base portion is installed on the installation surface. The base is formed with a step at the base of the bolt protruding from the lower surface thereof , and the anchor nut has a bottom with an upper surface opened. A nut portion is formed below the inside of the tubular body, a space portion is formed above the nut portion, and a tubular shape is formed between the opening edge portion of the anchor nut embedded and fixed on the installation surface and the lower surface of the base portion. spacer via the base portion of the bolt is screwed into the nut portion of the anchor nut with cylindrical spacer is sandwiched between the lower surface of the opening edge portion and the base portion of the anchor nut anchor In a state where the cylindrical spacer is sandwiched between the opening edge of the nut and the lower surface of the base portion, the gap between the step portion of the base portion and the nut portion inserted into the space portion of the anchor nut The spring washer inserted through the bolt is tightened until it is substantially flat .

According to the present invention, the base portion is formed with a step at the base of the bolt, the anchor nut is formed with a nut portion below the bottomed cylindrical body having an open top surface, and the space portion is formed above the nut portion. The bolt of the base part is screwed to the nut of the anchor nut via a cylindrical spacer between the opening edge of the anchor nut formed and fixed on the installation surface and the lower surface of the base part, and the anchor nut Since the spring washer inserted through the bolt is tightened between the stepped part of the base part inserted into the space part and the nut part until it becomes almost flat, the spring of the spring washer can be used even if it is repeatedly stepped on the vehicle etc. The bolt is not easily loosened by the action, and the tightening work of the bolt can be reduced. Further, when a pedestrian or the like touches the vehicle stop column, there is almost no looseness, and since it does not rotate even if a little force is applied, theft can be prevented. Further, for example, a liquid adhesive is poured into a mounting hole drilled in the installation surface, and an anchor nut screwed to a bolt protruding from the lower surface of the base portion is inserted into the mounting hole so that the lower surface of the base portion is used as the installation surface. When the car stopper post is installed in contact, the bolt on the base is screwed into the nut of the anchor nut via the cylindrical spacer, preventing the adhesive from entering the space of the anchor nut. Therefore, there is no adhesion of adhesive to the spring washer fixed to the space of the anchor nut and the stepped portion of the base, and when the car stopper is replaced due to damage to the cylindrical main body, etc. Exchange work can be performed efficiently.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The best embodiment according to the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a vehicle stop strut according to the present invention, and is an explanatory view showing the formation of a vehicle stop post. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a partially cut-away cross section of the main portion of the formed vehicle stopper post.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical main body, which is extrusion-molded by a polyurethane-based elastomer, has a cylindrical shape and has a hollow portion 11, and a polyurethane resin having higher hardness than the main body 1 is injection-molded at the upper end and lower end of the main body 1, respectively. The head 2 and the base 3 formed in this way are attached to form the vehicle stop column P.

The head 2 is provided with a cylindrical protrusion 21 downward, the protrusion 21 is inserted into the hollow portion 11, and the outer surface of the protrusion 21 and the inner surface of the main body 1 are fused to form a head. 2 is attached to the body 1. In addition, a disc-shaped reflector R1 in which spherical glass beads are embedded in a synthetic resin molded body is fitted and attached to the head 2 in advance.

The base portion 3 is formed integrally with a cylindrical mounting portion 31 and a reinforcing member 32 that reduces the degree of buckling in the vicinity of the lower end of the main body 1, and the bolt 4 protruding from the lower surface of the base portion 3. A step portion 33 is formed at the base, and a core material 5 formed by extruding a polyurethane resin having a hardness higher than that of the main body 1 is protruded from the outer surface of the mounting portion 31 in the same manner as the head portion 2. The base 3 is attached to the main body 1 by fusing the inner surface of the main body 1.

Reference numeral 6 denotes an anchor nut in which a nut portion 61 is formed inside the bottomed cylindrical body whose upper surface is opened, and a space portion 62 is formed above the nut portion 61. The anchor nut is embedded and fixed in the installation surface GL. The bolt 4 of the base portion 3 is screwed to the nut portion 61 of the anchor nut 6 via the cylindrical spacer 7 between the opening edge portion 63 of the anchor nut 6 and the lower surface of the base portion 3, and the anchor nut 6 A flat washer 8 and a spring washer 9 are inserted into the bolt 4 between the step portion 33 of the base portion 3 and the nut portion 61 inserted into the space portion 62, and tightened until the spring washer 9 becomes substantially flat. It has been. By doing so, when the lower part of the installation surface GL is buried below the base portion 3 and the vehicle stop column is fixed, the bolt 4 protruding from the base portion 3 is loosened by the spring action of the spring washer 9. Can be prevented.

The outer diameter of the core material 5 is smaller than the inner diameter of the main body 1, and a belt-like reflector R <b> 2 in which spherical glass beads are embedded in a synthetic resin around the base portion 3 is formed in a groove formed in the base portion 3. The bolts 4 are fitted in advance and attached, and further, bolts 4 for attaching to the road surface are projected downward from the bottom surface of the base portion 3. In addition, a reflector R3, which is a reflection sheet, is attached to the upper portion of the main body 1 at two locations over the entire circumference of the main body 1 at intervals.

Here, the hardness of the main body 1 is such a hardness that the degree of feeling pain when contacting a pedestrian or a bicycle is small and the risk of injury is small. Specifically, a synthetic resin that expresses such hardness is JIS. In the test based on Type A of K 7215 (Plastic Durometer Hardness Test Method), it is about 70 to 90, more preferably about 75 to 85. For the head 2 and the base 3, a synthetic resin having a hardness higher than that of the main body 1 may be used. However, if the hardness is too high, the risk of breakage increases. Are preferred.

The core material 5 inserted into the hollow portion 11 of the main body 1 of the vehicle stopper post P has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the main body 1, so that the space between the periphery of the core material 5 and the main body 1 is between A space K is provided. Further, the lower end portion 51 of the core member 5 is inserted into the reinforcing member 32 of the base portion 3, and the lower end portion 51 and the upper surface of the base portion 3 are rotationally fused and integrated. Since the space K is provided, when a pedestrian or a bicycle contacts the main body 1, the main body 1 having low hardness can be bent by the space K, and contact the car stopper column having a hardness of about the core material 5. Compared with this case, the risk of pain and injury felt by pedestrians and the like can be reduced. Further, the height of the core material 5 is set to 500 mm to 600 mm which is slightly higher than the height of the bumper of the automobile at the time of installation, and an impact on the core material 5 is given to the automobile driver when the automobile collides. This is preferable because the effect of preventing entry is enhanced.

Such a car stopper column P is poured until the adhesive S is poured into the mounting hole H formed in the installation surface GL, and the anchor nut 6 is mounted in the mounting hole H filled with the adhesive S until the adhesive S is solidified. Curing is completed and the attachment to the installation surface GL is completed. Here, since the bolt 4 of the base portion 3 is screwed to the nut portion 61 of the anchor nut 6 via the cylindrical spacer 7 as described above, the adhesive S is applied to the space portion 62 of the anchor nut 6. It is possible to prevent intrusion, and therefore, no adhesive adheres to the spring washer 9 fixed to the space portion 62 of the anchor nut 6 or the step portion 33 of the base portion 3, so that the vehicle stopper replacement operation is efficient. Can be implemented well.

The material forming the main body 1 is not limited to the polyurethane-based elastomer as long as it has a lower hardness than the head 2 and the base 3, but durability is improved by bending and restoring due to a collision of a vehicle or the like. It is preferable to use a material that is highly flexible, such as natural rubber, butadiene styrene rubber, neoprene, butadiene acrylonitrile rubber, chloroprene polymer, butyl rubber, synthetic rubbers, polyurethane resin, polyisobutylene resin, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer Synthetic resins such as coalescence, silicon resin, olefin-based and urethane-based elastomers can be suitably used, and it is preferable to form them without foaming to prevent tearing from voids. In addition, in the above-described hardness of about 70 to 90, it is preferable that the thickness of the main body 1 is about 2 mm to 6 mm in order to ensure sufficient deflection against a vehicle collision or pedestrian contact.

The material forming the head part 2, the base part 3 and the core material 5 is not limited to polyurethane resin as long as it is harder than the main body 1, but it can be struck against the road surface by a vehicle collision or impact, Since there is a risk of being stepped on the vehicle and the hardness is too high, the material is easily damaged and the durability is lowered. Therefore, the material having the above hardness of about 95 to 100 is preferable. Those having increased hardness by increasing the degree of polymerization or the like, or synthetic resins such as polyethylene resin having a certain degree of elasticity, soft and hard vinyl chloride resin can be used.

In order to attach the head 2 and the base 3 to the main body 1, the rotational fusion method is preferable because a uniform and strong fixing force can be obtained without making the fusion part conspicuous. There is no limitation, and fastening using other heat fusion, adhesion, rivets, or the like may be performed. In the case of performing rotational fusion, it is preferable that the main body 1, the head 2 and the base 3 are made of compatible materials in order to increase the fixing force. Further, in order to fix the lower end portion 51 of the core material 5 and the upper surface of the base portion 3, rotational fusion is preferable in order to increase the fixing force, but it is not limited to rotational fusion, and other thermal fusion or Adhesion, fastening means, etc. may be used.

When the vehicle collides with the stop column P, the main body 1 is bent by a bumper of the vehicle. However, the main body 1 and the core material 5 are deformed, and the head 2 having higher hardness than the main body 1 is deformed. And the base part 3 is hardly deformed, and the main body 1 and the core material 5 are fixed to the base part 3 at the lower end, and the buckling degree near the lower end is made small by the reinforcing material 32, so that the entire body 1 and the core part 5 are bent uniformly. It is possible to prevent the main body 1 and the core material 5 from bending and wrinkling only at certain points.

When the car stopper post P is installed near the boundary between the roadway and the sidewalk, the bolt 4 protruding from the lower surface of the base portion 3 is screwed to the anchor nut 6 embedded in the sidewalk in advance and is fixed on the sidewalk. The When the vehicle stop strut P is continuously installed in the vicinity of the boundary between the roadway and the sidewalk, the vehicle driver is psychologically prevented from entering the sidewalk, and when the vehicle rides on the sidewalk due to unavoidable circumstances. In addition, the degree of damage to the vehicle can be made much smaller than that made of metal.

The vehicle stop strut according to the present invention has a base portion with a stepped portion at the base of the bolt, and the anchor nut has a nut portion formed inside the bottomed tubular body having an open top surface, and a space above the nut portion. The bolt of the base part is screwed onto the nut of the anchor nut through a cylindrical spacer between the opening edge of the anchor nut embedded and fixed to the installation surface and the lower surface of the base part. The spring washer inserted through the bolt is tightened between the stepped part of the base part inserted into the nut space and the nut part until it becomes almost flat. Due to the spring action, the bolt is difficult to loosen, and the bolt tightening operation can be reduced. Further, when a pedestrian or the like touches the vehicle stop column, there is almost no looseness and it does not rotate even if a little force is applied, so that it can be suitably used as a vehicle stop column that can prevent theft.
