Description
The present invention relates to a compressed fiber panel. More specifically, the present invention relates to a structure of a joint portion of a compressed fiber panel that can be joined by a nail or a screw like wood even though it is a compressed fiber panel.
Wood is widely used as a structural material in many industries including the construction industry because it has suitable strength characteristics, is relatively inexpensive, and is easy to process.
On the other hand,
Further, in
Further, in
Since the compressed fiber panel described in the above-mentioned
Therefore, the applicant of the present application has proposed that the hollow portion is filled with the synthetic resin to form the joint portion by a nail or the like as previously disclosed in
On the other hand, as proposed in
Accordingly, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a compressed fiber panel that can be joined by a nail or a screw, such as wood, in spite of a compressed fiber panel integrally having a plurality of hollow portions. The purpose is to dramatically expand the use of panels as structural materials.
In order to solve the above-described problem, in the present invention of
Further, in the present invention of
Further, in the present invention of
According to the compressed fiber panel of the first aspect of the present invention described above , the compressed fiber panel is attached to the joint portion having a plate thickness formed in advance on the compressed fiber panel by screwing or screwed or other members. It becomes possible to join the compressed fiber panels with nails or screws as in the case of wood. Moreover, since only the part located in a junction part should be formed in a shallow hollow part, and a board | plate thickness should just be made thick, the lightweight property of a compression fiber panel is not impaired. Further, since the joint is formed by forming a shallow hollow portion, the pattern formed on the surface of the hollow portion is not disturbed at the joint, and the function as the joint and the continuity of the surface pattern are maintained. Can be made compatible.
Further, according to the compressed fiber panel of the second aspect of the present invention, since the joint portion is formed in a band shape, the joint portion can be changed with a certain degree of freedom in the field where the compressed fiber panel is used.
Moreover, according to the manufacturing method of the compressed fiber panel which concerns on this invention of said 3rd aspect, at the time of manufacture of a compressed fiber panel, it is a board | plate surface of this compressed fiber panel. Can be easily formed in advance.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the above-described compressed fiber panel and a method for producing the compressed fiber panel according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and the like.
The compressed fiber panel according to the present invention is manufactured, for example, by the following manufacturing method.
First, the raw material A such as wood fiber and recycled paper is pulped by a strong stirring force to obtain a fiber-containing slurry S having a uniform concentration [see FIG. 1 (a)]. Subsequently, the slurry S is placed on a
Subsequently, the
FIG. 2A is a plan view showing an example of a
By using the
As a result, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the
When the two
When forming the
However, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
As shown in FIGS. 6, 7, and 8, even when a plurality of
For example, the size of the panel as a building material is generally 910 mm × 1820 mm, and in order to attach it, as shown in FIG. 10, the
FIG. 2 (a) shows an example of the arrangement of the
When the
As shown in FIG. 12, the
On the other hand, the
FIG. 13 is a partial cross-sectional view of the
The preferred embodiments of the compressed fiber panel and the method for producing the compressed fiber panel according to the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and is described in the claims. Various modifications and changes are possible within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, natural fibers obtained from cellulosic materials such as wood fibers and recycled paper were cited as fiber raw materials, but various plastics, synthetic fibers such as fiberglass or mineral fibers were used as raw materials. It may be a compressed fiber panel. Moreover, the manufacturing method of a compression fiber panel, the structure of the formwork to be used, etc. are merely examples, and are not limited to those of the above-described embodiments.
