Description

The present invention relates to a suspended vehicle provided with two horizontal wheels on both sides of the upper end of a moving wall and suspended from a ceiling rail to suppress noise when moving at an intersection.

The partition has a structure in which a panel is installed and fixed at a predetermined position, and a moving wall that can move the place. A moving wall is constructed so that it can be suspended from a ceiling rail and can be moved to partition a large space in a building as needed. I can do it. When partitioning a large space, it is suspended along a ceiling rail and arranged in a straight line, and when stored, a plurality of moving walls are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval.

By the way, there are a horizontal wheel type suspension vehicle shown in FIG. 4 (a) and a vertical wheel type suspension vehicle shown in FIG. 4 (b) as suspension vehicles capable of suspending / moving the moving wall on the ceiling rail. The type of suspension vehicle is formed by two horizontal wheels (a) and (a) supported on a suspension bolt shaft (b) at a predetermined interval, and formed in two upper and lower stages of a ceiling rail (c). The running pieces (d) and (d) that are present can be rotated with the outer circumference resting on them.

One vertical wheel type suspension vehicle supports vertical wheels (f), (f),... On the front and rear and both sides of a rectangular block body (e). The vertical wheels (f), (f)・ ・ Can be mounted on the running piece (chi) and (chi) of the ceiling rail (g) and rotate. By the way, in the case of the vertical wheel type suspension vehicle, it is possible to move relatively straight, but in the case of a horizontal wheel type suspension vehicle, each horizontal wheel (A), (A) is a ceiling rail (C). However, when the suspension car reaches the intersection of the ceiling rail (c), there is a part where the side wall (re) does not exist. To shift. Therefore, the sleeve (n) attached to the suspension bolt shaft (b) between the horizontal wheels (b) and (b) hits the corner of the traveling piece (d) and generates an impact sound.

When a moving wall equipped with a horizontal wheel type suspension vehicle moves along the ceiling rail (c), noise is generated regardless of the amount, but the largest noise is when the suspension vehicle passes through the intersection. This is a sound generated when the sleeve (n) hits the corner of the running piece (d). Various devices for smoothly passing a suspension car through an intersection in a conventional moving wall are known.

For example, in “Division traveling rail intersection device” disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 64-33383, a moving wall is suspended from a traveling rail by a suspension vehicle, the suspension vehicle is of a horizontal wheel type, and the traveling rail has a wheel bottom inward. The direction of the moving wall at the intersection of the traveling rails is made smooth.

“Suspension vehicle for suspending a moving panel” according to Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-32163 is a suspension vehicle having two horizontal wheels, where the bottom of the wheel is a curved surface curved in a concave or convex shape, In this case, the inclination rate on the inner peripheral side is increased, the inclination rate on the outer peripheral side is decreased, and on the convex wheel bottom, the inclination rate on the inner peripheral side is decreased and the inclination rate on the outer peripheral side is increased.

Furthermore, the “moving partition suspension wheel” according to Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-59287 has two wheels that are rotatably concentrically supported at a predetermined interval at the upper end of the suspension shaft, It is a suspension car built in a rail laid on the ceiling so as to roll on the traveling surface of the rail piece inclined toward the surface, a resin wheel is formed on the wheel of the suspension car, and the traveling surface of the rail is formed on the outer periphery of the resin wheel. A metal reinforcing ring is provided in the other area excluding the contact area, and the outer diameter of the reinforcing ring is made larger than that of the resin ring.

Thus, although there are various things related to the suspension vehicle of the moving wall, there is no technology that suppresses noise when passing through the intersection. Although the strength of the wheel is increased by providing a metal reinforcing wheel as in the “moving partition suspension wheel” according to Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-59287, noise is further increased by hitting the side wall.

The sleeve (nu) provided in the horizontal wheel type suspension wheel in FIG. 4 (a) is a collar provided on the suspension bolt (b) that attaches the upper and lower horizontal wheels (b) and (b). Yes, the distance between the horizontal wheels (A) and (A) is determined via the sleeve (N). Accordingly, both horizontal wheels (A) and (B) can roll on the traveling pieces (D) and (D) of the ceiling rail (C).

As shown in the figure, the ceiling rail (c) on which the horizontal wheel type suspension wheel moves is shown in FIG. ), (Li), the suspension vehicle that has shifted laterally at the intersection where it will disappear collides with the tip of the traveling piece (d). Since the outer diameter of the sleeve (nu) is larger than that of the suspension bolt (b), the sleeve (nu) collides with the traveling piece (d) and generates noise. Alternatively, there is a case where the horizontal wheel (A) hits the side wall (Li) instead of the sleeve (NO) and generates noise.
"Intersection device for running rails for partitions" according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 64-33383 "Suspension wheel for suspending moving panels" according to Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-32163 “Moving partition suspension car” according to Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-59287

As described above, the conventional horizontal wheel type suspension vehicle that suspends and moves the moving wall has the above-described problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and provides a moving wall suspension vehicle that can hit a corner when the moving wall passes through an intersection and suppress noise caused by an impact.

The moving wall suspension vehicle according to the present invention has a horizontal wheel model as a target, and two horizontal wheels are rotatably supported on the suspension bolt shaft at a predetermined interval. A muffler sleeve is attached to the outer periphery of the sleeve provided between the two horizontal wheels. This silencer sleeve is composed of an elastic roller made of urethane rubber or other rubber, and when the suspension car is laterally displaced at the intersection of the ceiling rail, this silencer sleeve hits the corner of the running piece. .

By the way, when the suspension vehicle travels linearly on the ceiling rail, there is only a slight gap between the silencer sleeve and the tip of the traveling piece. The gap is greatly enlarged. On the other hand, the horizontal wheels also run in a straight line leaving a slight gap with the side wall of the ceiling rail. However, when approaching the intersection, the side wall is bent and the gap between the side wall corners is greatly enlarged.

In the present invention, the gap between the silencer sleeve and the running piece is smaller than the gap between the corners of the horizontal wheel and the side wall. Therefore, when the suspension wheel is shifted laterally by reaching the intersection, the muffler sleeve can hit the corner of the traveling piece before the horizontal wheel hits the side wall corner of the intersection.

The suspension vehicle of the present invention has a noise-reducing sleeve fitted between both horizontal wheels, so that even if the suspension vehicle hits a crossing portion and shifts laterally, it does not cause a large impact even if it hits a corner of a traveling piece. Can be suppressed. The suspension vehicle has a gap between the side wall corner and the horizontal wheel larger than a gap between the muffler sleeve and the traveling piece corner so that the horizontal wheel does not hit the side wall corner at the intersection of the ceiling rails. Therefore, the horizontal wheel does not collide with the side wall corner, and no noise is generated.

In this way, it is possible to suppress the generation of impact sound when the suspension vehicle passes through the intersection. The suspension wheel according to the present invention has a simple structure in which a muffler sleeve is fitted between both horizontal wheels, and its manufacturing cost is low, and the operation can be continued stably.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing a general moving wall 1. Suspension wheels 2 and 2 are attached to both sides of the upper end of the moving wall 1, and the suspension wheels 2 and 2 and the moving wall 1 are connected by suspension bolts 3 and 3. The suspension vehicle 2 can be moved by being freely fitted on a ceiling rail laid on the ceiling, and the moving wall 1 can be suspended by the suspension vehicles 2 and 2 and moved together with the suspension vehicles 2 and 2.

FIG. 2 shows a section of the moving wall 1 suspended from the ceiling rail 4. The suspension wheel 2 is a horizontal wheel model, and the two horizontal wheels 5 a and 5 b are spaced from the suspension bolt 3 by a predetermined distance. And is pivotally supported. A sleeve 6 is attached between the horizontal wheels 5a and 5b, and the distance between the horizontal wheels is fixed. The ceiling rail 4 has a running piece 8a on the side wall 7a, and a running piece 8b on the other side wall 7b. The outer periphery of the horizontal wheel 5a rests on the running piece 8a, and the outer circumference of the horizontal wheel 5b runs. It is on the piece 8b.

Since the traveling surfaces of the traveling pieces 8a and 8b are inclined inward, the lower outer periphery of the horizontal wheels 5a and 5b can be rotated in contact with the traveling surface. Since one horizontal wheel 5a is close to the side wall portion 7a and the other horizontal wheel 5b is close to the side wall portion 7b, the suspension wheel 2 is not displaced laterally but along the ceiling rail 4 that extends straight. Can move.

The suspension bolt 3 extending downward from the suspension wheel 2 extends downward through the guide space 10 formed between the guide portions 9 a and 9 b formed as a part of the ceiling rail 4, and the lower end of the suspension bolt 3. Is fixed to the moving wall 1. Support portions 11a and 11b projecting outward are provided at the lower ends of the guide portions 9a and 9b, and the edges of the ceiling panels 12 and 12 are supported on the support portions 11a and 11b.

Shield plates 13 and 13 are provided upright on both sides of the suspension bolt 3 on the upper portion of the moving wall 1, and the upper ends of the shield plates 13 and 13 are close to the support portions 11a and 11b. Therefore, a certain degree of airtightness and sound insulation can be obtained. Of course, an upper pressure contact member can be provided on the upper portion of the moving wall 1 and a lower pressure contact member can be provided on the lower portion. In this case, the movable wall 1 is fixed by ascending the upper pressure contact member to press against the support portions 11a and 11b of the ceiling rail 4 and lowering the lower pressure contact member to press against the floor surface.

By the way, in order to keep the distance between the two horizontal wheels 5a, 5b of the suspension wheel 2, the above-mentioned sleeve 6 is fitted to the suspension bolt 3. Therefore, both the horizontal wheels 5a, 5b are both traveling surfaces of the traveling pieces 8a, 8b. It is possible to roll in contact with no gap. That is, the distance between the horizontal wheels 5a and 5b is determined according to the height between the two traveling surfaces. In the present invention, a silencer sleeve 14 is fitted on the outer periphery of the sleeve 6.

The sound deadening sleeve 14 leaves a slight gap from the tip of the traveling piece 8a extending inward from the side wall 7a. However, if the suspension wheel 2 reaches the intersection, the distance from the traveling piece 8a is greatly increased. A large gap is formed between the two.

FIG. 3 shows a case where the suspension vehicle 2 is located at the intersection of the ceiling rails 4. In the figure, 3 is a suspension bolt, 6 is a sleeve, 14 is a muffler sleeve fitted to the sleeve 6, and 5 is a horizontal wheel. Reference numeral 15 denotes a traveling piece corner, and 16 denotes a side wall corner. The traveling pieces 8a and 8a extending straight at the cross-shaped intersection of the ceiling rail 4 form a traveling piece corner 15, and the side walls 7a, The side wall corner 16 is formed by crossing 7a.

This figure shows the case where the suspension vehicle 2 is located at the center of the intersection, but the suspension vehicle 2 may be displaced laterally because the side walls 5a, 5b and the traveling pieces 8a, 8b do not exist. Therefore, the distance that can be laterally shifted is A in the figure, and this distance A is the distance between the muffling sleeve 14 and the traveling piece corner 15. The distance from the outer periphery of the horizontal wheel 5 to the side wall corner 16 is B. Therefore, the relationship of B> A is established so that the outer periphery of the horizontal wheel 5 does not hit the side wall corner 16.

The crossing shape of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is a cross shape, but the same applies to the L-shaped crossing and the T-shaped crossing. In the present invention, if the suspension wheel 2 is laterally displaced at the intersection, the noise reduction sleeve 14 made of an elastic material hits the traveling piece corner 15 before the horizontal wheel 5 hits the side wall corner 16, thereby suppressing the impact. Noise can be suppressed.
