Description
The present invention is equipped with an air conditioning unit, and sucked air exhausted from the water tank by a blower fan is passed through the air conditioning unit to be dehumidified and heated to be dried high-temperature air, and then blown into the water tank and accommodated in the return water tank The present invention relates to a laundry dryer that dries laundry in a rotating drum.
Such a washing / drying machine is already known as, for example, a drum-type washing / drying machine (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Referring to the drum type washing / drying machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention schematically shown in FIG. 14, the
For this purpose, an
On the other hand, in the heat exchanging area, there is provided a
However, in the drum type washing and drying machine 1 as described above, defective drainage by the
The object of the present invention is to separate the circulating air sucked and introduced into the air conditioning unit from gas and liquid together with the detergent and softener components that may contain the water removed from the associated laundry. The separated separated water is passed through the heat exchanging section and drained with dilution of the highly viscous detergent and softener component, which affects the heat exchange with the circulating air of the sticky material and the operation of the drainage pump. It is an object of the present invention to provide a washing and drying machine that can prevent the above.
In order to achieve the above object, the washing and drying machine of the present invention is provided in an air conditioning case having an air suction inlet and a suction outlet, and in a heat exchange area of a ventilation path from the suction inlet to the suction outlet. Equipped with a dehumidifying heat exchanger that dehumidifies and heats the air and an air conditioning unit that divides the heating heat exchanger into a suction introduction side heat exchange area and a suction discharge side heat exchange area. sucked through dehumidifying the air-conditioning unit, after the hot air drying by heating, the circulating air passage repeating drying the laundry in the rotary drum being accommodated in the water tank back into the water tank In the washing and drying machine that has, the moisture removed from the laundry accompanying the suction air introduced from the suction inlet to the heat exchanger for dehumidification and the detergent and softener components that may enter the circulation air passage, collision In addition, a gas-liquid separation part that separates from the suction-introduced air by centrifugal action is provided in the suction-induction-side heat exchange area, and the separated water and the detergent and softener components that may be contained therein are collected. Further, the present invention is characterized in that a separated water drainage channel is provided for draining the collected separated water to the outside with dilution of components of detergents and softeners that may be contained therein.
In such a configuration, the air in the water tank is sucked and exhausted by a fan and passed through the air conditioning case, and the heat exchange area in the air conditioning case is divided into a suction introduction side heat exchange area and a suction discharge side heat exchange area, and is dehumidified. The suction inlet is used to repeat the drying of the laundry in the rotating drum contained in the water tank as dehydrated and heated high-temperature air dehydrated and heated by the heat exchanger for heating and the heating heat exchanger, and drying the laundry in the rotating drum accommodated in the water tank. The suction introduction side heat exchange together with the detergent and softener components that may be mixed with the moisture removed from the laundry in the circulating air that is sucked into the suction introduction side heat exchange area and headed to the heat exchanger for dehumidification Detergents and softener components with a mass greater than moisture are separated by gas-liquid separation with the probability of increasing moisture due to collision and centrifugal action by the gas-liquid separation unit provided in the area, so a highly viscous detergent in the heat exchanger for dehumidification And the softener invades Argument, even moisture removed from the laundry from entering can be reduced. At the same time, the separated water separated from the gas and liquid is collected in the separated water drainage channel together with the components of the detergent and softener that may be contained in the separated water, and the collected separated water may be contained in the detergent and softener. Since the wastewater is drained to the outside with dilution of the components, the detergent and softener with low viscosity do not enter the drainage pump, and even if the separated water is mixed in it, the detergent or softener has reduced viscosity It can be drained along with lowering the viscosity of the components.
In the above, further, the suction inlet side heat exchange region, provided the dew condensation water discharging tray to drain to the outside receiving condensation water flowing down from the heat exchanger for the dehumidification, the separated water drainage path, separation and collecting Water and components of detergents and softeners that may be contained therein are drained through the condensed water drainage tray.
In such a configuration, in addition to the above, while the condensed water generated in the heat exchanger for dehumidification is drained through the condensed water drain tray, the separation water drainage path is separated by collecting water in the suction introduction side heat exchange area. By draining water and the components of detergents and softeners that may be contained in it through the dew condensation water drainage tray, a special drainage system is unnecessary, and the drainage channel from the water collection section to the dew condensation water drainage tray After the detergent and softener components are sufficiently diluted alone with the drainage of the separated water, the condensed water drainage tray can be brought to the outside to be drained.
In the above, further, the separated water drainage path, and the suction inlet side heat exchange area water collecting portion for storing collected and dropping or flowing down separated water to the side of, the dew condensation water discharging tray from part of the water collecting portion and a separated water discharging tray that as water is the water collecting in the water collecting part through the dew condensation water discharging tray, bypassing drained guided to the dew condensation water discharging tray of outer loop, the separated water discharging tray In addition, a baffle portion for receiving foreign matter such as lint, highly viscous detergent or softener component can be provided.
In such a configuration, in addition to the above, the separated water drainage channel collects and collects the separated water that drops or flows down to the side of the suction introduction side heat exchange region at the water collecting portion, so that the separated water as well as the separated water can be collected. Even if the condensed water flows down on the suction surface side of the heat exchanger for dehumidification and does not enter the dew condensation water drain tray, it reaches the suction introduction side heat exchange area side, collecting this water and using it for dilution of detergent and softener components. In order to receive and capture lint, highly viscous detergent and softener components by the baffle, the detergent and softener are sufficiently diverted around the outside of the dew condensate drain pan while being used for dilution until the trap is released. It is made to drain together with the separated water in a drainage channel having a path length.
In the above, further, the baffle portion can be wherein a throttle portion for narrowing the projection or and passage projecting from the bottom of the separated water discharging tray.
In such a configuration, in addition to the above, the protrusion is suitable for catching and capturing long foreign matters such as yarn waste, and even if the amount of yarn waste increases there, the yarn waste in the circulating air, etc. Is preliminarily captured by a filter upstream of the suction inlet, so the amount of increase is limited and maintenance-free, and the increase in lint prevents the passage of highly viscous detergents and softeners with high viscosity. It can be useful for dilution with separated water. Further, the narrowed portion is suitable not only for catching lint but also for obstructing passage of detergent or softener with high viscosity depending on the size of the gap.
In the above, the gas-liquid separation unit further receives suction introduction air from the suction introduction port toward the suction surface of the dehumidification heat exchanger in the middle of the suction introduction side heat exchange region, and then proceeds downstream. It can be characterized by including an airflow catching portion provided so as to be laid.
In such a configuration, in addition to the above, an airflow catching portion as a gas-liquid separation portion is positioned in the middle of the suction introduction side heat exchange region, and suction from the suction introduction port toward the suction surface of the heat exchanger for dehumidification Detergents that may have been mixed in as well as moisture removed from the laundry that accompanies the suction air by the centrifugal action at the time of collision or sudden change of direction when receiving the incoming air and then moving it downstream In addition, the softener component can be gas-liquid separated with a higher probability than water because of its higher mass than water.
In the above, further, the suction inlet port, through from top to the suction inlet-side heat exchange area provided upwardly displaced in one side wall side of the ceiling wall of the air conditioning case, wherein the suction outlet port, said air-conditioning Provided in a lower part of the end wall of the case and communicated from the side to the suction / discharge side heat exchange area, and the airflow catching portion is dehumidified from a position corresponding to the middle height of the dehumidification heat exchanger on the one side wall. It is a shelf part extended to the position near the heat exchanger side for operation.
In such a configuration, in addition to the above, the air sucked from the suction inlet is further introduced into the suction introduction side heat exchange area from the upper side of the side of the ventilation path, and the suction of the ventilation path In the form that the suction surface of the evaporator once catches it, showing the tendency to go diagonally downward toward the suction discharge port at the bottom of the end wall of the air conditioning case connected to it through the heat exchange area on the discharge side A shelf in which an airflow catcher extends from a position corresponding to a height of the dehumidifying heat exchanger on one side wall to a position closer to the dehumidifying heat exchanger side in order to pass through the surface area of the dehumidifying heat exchanger. Because it is a part, the suction-introducing air after receiving it while reliably achieving moisture or gas-liquid separation by collision and centrifugal action by the moisture in the suction-introducing air and the detergent and softener components that may be mixed The suction of the heat exchanger for dehumidification downstream Since the guide is toward the side, it does not interfere with the equalizing passage of dehumidifying heat exchanger and to the next heating heat exchanger.
According to the washing / drying machine of the present invention, the air in the water tank is sucked, passed through the air conditioning case, dehumidified and heated by the heat exchanger for dehumidification and the heat exchanger for heating, and returned to the water tank as dry high-temperature air. In order to repeat the drying of the product, the moisture in the circulating air that is sucked into the suction introduction side heat exchange area and directed to the heat exchanger for dehumidification is mixed with the components of detergent and softener that may be mixed. Of course, detergents and softeners with large mass are separated by gas-liquid separation with a probability of increasing moisture due to collision and centrifugal action by the liquid separation unit, and of course high viscosity detergents and softeners enter the heat exchanger for dehumidification. Since moisture removed from the laundry invades, it is possible to avoid a high viscosity detergent or softener component from entering the heat exchanger for dehumidification and partially clogging it to reduce the performance. Moisture content in the suction air passing through the exchanger Reduced by reducing the heat exchange duty, the miniaturization of the heat exchanger for dehumidification, performance enhancing heat exchange efficiency can be achieved. At the same time, the separated water separated from the gas and liquid is collected and drained together with the detergent and softener components that may be contained in it, but the detergent and softener components that may be contained in the separated water are diluted with the separated water. As a result, drainage can be performed reliably, and maintenance due to poor rotation and clogging caused by intrusion of detergent or softener components with high viscosity into the drainage pump becomes unnecessary.
In addition to the above, the dew condensation water generated in the heat exchanger for dehumidification is drained through the dew condensation water drain tray, and the separation water drainage channel collects the separated water and the components of the detergent and softener that may be contained in it. The drainage through the dew condensation drainage tray eliminates the need for a special drainage system, and it is possible to use the deionized water without affecting the smooth drainage function of the dew condensation water drainage in the single drainage channel until reaching the dew condensation water drainage tray. After sufficient dilution of the detergent and softener components, it can be brought to the dew condensation water drain tray to ensure smooth drainage.
In addition to the above, the separated water drainage channel starts with separated water that drops or flows down on the suction introduction side heat exchange area side at the water collection part, and flows down on the suction surface side of the heat exchanger for dehumidification to the condensed water drainage tray. Water can be collected and drained, including the condensed water that does not enter and reach the heat exchange area, and the degree of dilution and speed of the detergent and softener components can be increased by the amount of water in the drainage process. . In addition, during the drainage, the baffle part receives and captures lint, a highly viscous detergent and softener component, so no filter is required to capture lint in the air conditioning case, and lint is drawn into the suction inlet. Since it is captured in advance by a filter upstream, the amount of lint captured in the air conditioning case is limited and maintenance-free. Also, highly viscous detergents and softeners are used not only for the baffle part but also for the yarn waste captured by the baffle part as a baffle part. This can be reliably achieved by a drainage channel having a sufficient length that bypasses the outer circumference of the dew condensation water drainage tray, and can be prevented from flowing forward to the drainage pump with high viscosity.
In addition to the above, the baffle part is effective as a protrusion or a throttle part, and since there are differences in the baffle characteristics with respect to their lint, viscous detergent and softener, it is advisable to combine them Preferred.
In addition to the above, further, the suction air introduced from the suction inlet toward the suction surface of the heat exchanger for dehumidification is temporarily received at the intermediate receiving part and then directed downstream, so that the centrifugal force at the time of a collision or a sudden change in the collision and the direction is changed. Due to the action, the detergent and softener components that may be mixed, as well as the accompanying water, will be separated from the gas and liquid with a higher probability than the water by the amount that is higher than the water. Intrusion of a highly viscous detergent or softener component can be reliably prevented.
In addition to the above, the suction introduction air is introduced into the suction introduction side heat exchange area from the upper part of the side wall side of the ventilation path, and passes through the suction discharge side heat exchange area of the ventilation path. The evaporator's suction surface shows a tendency toward the suction outlet at the lower part of the wall, while trying to pass it while spreading it over its own area The airflow receiving part forms a shelf provided in a wide range extending from a position corresponding to the middle height of the dehumidifying heat exchanger on one side wall to a position closer to the dehumidifying heat exchanger side, in the suction-introducing air The intake air after receiving is sucked into the downstream heat exchanger for dehumidification while reliably achieving gas-liquid separation by collision or centrifugal action by colliding with water and detergent and softener components that may be mixed As it is guided toward the surface, heat exchange for dehumidification And it does not interfere with the equalizing passage to the next heating heat exchanger.

The rotating drum 2 is formed with a large number of through holes 8 communicating with the
When the door 9 is opened, laundry and detergent are put into the rotary drum 2 and the operation of the
The drum-type washing / drying machine 1 has a function of drying laundry stored in the rotary drum 2. Therefore, as described above, the drum-type washing / drying machine 1 sucks and exhausts the air in the air conditioning /
When the
In the drying process using the
Here, the
As described above, the air-conditioning /
As described above, the
As a result, the compressor of the
In particular, when the
Also in the present embodiment, the
As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 7, the
In the present embodiment, in association with the communication structure of the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1, 4, 5, 11, and 12, the
Thereby, the front part of the one end of the air-
In this case, in particular, the
Here, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 4, and 5, the above-described
Moreover, the
Here, the installation direction of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the
The heat exchanging part receiving tray 393a1 receives the
This is because the water in the circulating air is removed as condensed water by passing through the
For this gas-liquid separation, the suction air introduction side of the
As a result, the suction air introduced into the
On the other hand, the bottoms of the heat exchanger receiving tray 393a1 and the
Corresponding to the fact that the
Further, the

Here, the
Conventionally, the
Specifically, the
As a result, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
Incidentally, the suction action from the
Further, the shielding
On the other hand, in order to prevent the shielding
At the same time, in the suction /
As shown in FIG. 1, the

According to the present invention, the suction air after the gas-liquid separation together with the components of the detergent and the softener that may contain the moisture removed from the laundry accompanying the air introduced into the air conditioning unit is dehumidified. It can be passed through the replacement part to prevent the entry of highly viscous detergents and softener components, and the dehumidification load can be reduced by reducing the amount of water passing through. Draining with dilution of the agent component can prevent the drainage pump operation from being affected by the high viscosity of the detergent or softener being drained.
