Claims (2)
- 電動空気清浄システムの製造方法であって、
第一の部品と第二の部品を含む複数の部品のそれぞれによって、前記システム内の吸入口から排出口までの流路部分のそれぞれを定め、
中間パイプアセンブリで前記第一の部品から前記第二の部品までの流路を連結することによって、前記中間パイプアセンブリを前記システムの流路の一部とし、清浄な空気が供給される装置内において、前記第一の部品と前記第二の部品を離れた位置に別々に搭載し、
前記第一の部品が前記流路に沿って配置され、粒状の塵埃を含む空気を前記吸入口に引き入れ、軸を中心に回転させて前記塵埃を含む空気を最も重い粒子が最も外側の軌道にくる層状にする回転流を形成するモーター駆動ファンを有し、
前記第二の部品が、前記流路の前記モーター駆動ファンの下流に分離排出室を有し、
前記分離排出室内の中心に前記流路を横切って前記排出口の上流に配置され、前記層状の回転流の最も内側の軌道からの空気を濾過する空気フィルターと、
前記分離排出室の端部で、粒状の塵埃を含んだ空気を前記システムの前記層状の回転流から排出する排出ポートとを有する電動空気清浄システムの製造方法。 - 塵埃を含む空気の前記回転流の容量を圧縮し空気の速度と前記空中に浮遊する塵埃にかかる遠心力とを上げる圧縮アセンブリを、前記第二の部品の前記空気フィルターの上流に配置することを含む請求項1記載の製造方法。
