Description

3)微小孔が変形によるグラフト材料の面外運動を与えるように設計され、これによって、当初においてそれらグラフトの向き合う面を画定する平面間に明確に定義されたスペースが保たれる場所として、
与えられてもよい。
Claims (7)
- a.第1の表面と、第2の表面とを有し、さらに該第1の表面と該第2の表面との間に厚さを有する、真空堆積させられた金属フィルムを含み、前記厚さが0.1から75μmである、管状グラフト部材と、
b.前記真空堆積させられた金属フィルムの厚さに形成されて貫通し、第1の表面および第2の表面の間を連通する複数の微小孔であって、該複数の微小孔が幾何学的変形を受けることを可能にするように対置する端に末端フィレットを有する細長い溝穴を含む、複数の微小孔と
を備えることを特徴とする移植可能医療用グラフト。 - 前記真空堆積させられた金属フィルムは、チタン、バナジウム、アルミニウム、ニッケル、タンタル、ジルコニウム、クロム、銀、金、ケイ素、マグネシウム、ニオブ、スカンジウム、白金、コバルト、パラジウム、マンガン、モリブデン、およびそれらの合金からなる群から選択される金属材料から作製されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能医療用グラフト。
- 複数の微小孔のうちの細長い溝穴の長軸は前記管状グラフト部材の長軸と共軸であり、前記細長い溝穴の変形は円周方向のコンプライアンスおよび膨張のうちの少なくとも一方を前記管状グラフト部材に与えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能医療用グラフト。
- 複数の微小孔は、前記装置の少なくとも一部分のX軸およびY軸の両方における寸法変化を可能にするように、前記管状グラフト部材のX軸に平行な方向に配置された第1の微小孔と、前記管状グラフト部材のY軸に平行な方向に配置された第2の微小孔とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能医療用グラフト。
- 寸法変化は、弾性コンプライアンス、塑性コンプライアンス、形状記憶コンプライアンスおよび超弾性コンプライアンスのうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の移植可能医療用グラフト。
- 前記管状グラフト部材は、管腔面を含む第1の表面と、反管腔面を含む第2の表面とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能医療用グラフト。
- 複数の微小孔は、それぞれ、ほぼ同一平面の3脚形状をさらに構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能医療用グラフト。
