フロアパネルの後部に下方に向けて形成され、スペアタイヤを収納するスペアタイヤ収納部と、このスペアタイヤ収納部に設けられ、スペアタイヤ収納部廻りの剛性を向上させる補強部材とを備えた車体後部構造において、
前記補強部材は、略Y字形状を呈する部材であり、前記スペアタイヤ収納部の下面で且つ中央に前後方向に沿わせて延びる本体部と、この本体部の前端から略V字状前方に広がって両先端が上方へ屈曲され、前記スペアタイヤ収納部の下面の角部稜線から前面に渡り沿わせたアーム部とから構成され、
前記アーム部は、リヤサスペンションを支持するリヤサブフレームを左及び右のステーを介して連結される複数の連結部を備え、
前記アーム部及び前記本体部の所定箇所が前記スペアタイヤ収納部に接合されたことを特徴とする車体後部構造。
